I did a magnesium float for the first time and it blew my mind. I felt renewed and recharged, and my body aches significantly less than it did before I went there. They have other services, including Massage, cold plunge and infrared sauna, and I think a few other things, but I had a terrific experience, and the staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, which is always important to me. I even got a BLTA for lunch, and it was tasty as well! I'm excited to come back, thank you for such a nice experience.

We immediately slipped into the provided robes, ran out onto the deck and opened up a bottle of wine we picked up from Firehouse Winery. After a quick cheers and a photo we got too cold and ran back inside to the warm fireplace. We sat in front of the fire sipping our wine and before we knew it, it was all gone. We called the on site restaurant to order another and a charcuterie board not realizing we were cutting it close to closing time. After thinking for a moment the person who answered the phone kindly obliged and sent over a great wine and the most beautiful charcuterie board that we promptly devoured. We ended our evening in the comfortable jacuzzi tub and then slept in the incredibly comfortable bed. The Lakehouse Inn and more specifically the beach house suite is the perfect stay if you're looking for rest, relaxation and impeccable service. We definitely enjoyed the quiet side of Geneva-On-The-Lake during the winter.

I worked in retail management for 10 years, and I just don't understand what the problem is with these people. Recently I went to go pick up a photo order, told the woman working the front my last name. She told me that I have no photo order, asked me if I'm sure. I showed her the e-mail confirmation and she insisted that I told her my last name was "S". Which doesn't even make any sense, my name sounds nothing like that. Fine, you can't hear, great, moving on. So she finally found my photo order after 10 minutes. Then I came in another time to purchase an item and I had a coupon for it (a big coupon too, $15 off an item). After 3 people (including the "manager") could not figure out how to "apply" the coupon, I was eventually turned away. Are you serious? That's something you figure out on the back end as a manager after the customer has left. I knew things were going nowhere when the called over the woman who couldn't find my photo order to help. Oh yeah, she'll take care of this! Then the manager asked me if I still wanted to buy the item after all that. I'm like, uhh no. There was instructions on the back of the coupon for how to accept for crying out loud. I work full time, have 2 kids, I'm just so sick of incompetence!! Now I'm in there again (I know, I'm crazy I just keep going back expecting a different experience), 3 of them trying to do a return for an old lady, talking about points, and several transactions, etc. I stood in line for 5 mins and walked out. Enough is enough. I have to say the people in the PHARMACY are great! They are totally competent and friendly, and get you in and out. (which isn't the case at another Walgreens a mile in the opposite direction) The photo department always processes my orders faster than I'd expect them to and is great about calling me if I forget to come pick up an order. Great holiday tip? You can buy stamps at any of the registers if you need to mail out cards and are like me and are too lazy to go to a post office. Pro tip? Check out in the cosmetics department. The line is generally longer and I feel like the friendliest people tend to be stationed there.

I'm sure knee braces are not as profitable as the cosmetics located in the front, nor do they sell as quickly as the holiday items also located near the front of the store. But it sure would be nice to have the knee braces in a location where it didn't feel like an insurmountable obstacle to overcome to purchase one.
