I contacted the doctor on July 31, 2025 with my concerns, and instead of offering a proper resolution or refund, I was told they would not refund me under any circumstances. Their only solution was to dissolve and redo my fillers at full price, which is unacceptable, I should not have to pay again to fix a problem they created. I disputed the charges with my bank in August, submitted all supporting documents, and was still denied. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this business handled the situation. Consumers deserve to know that if something goes wrong here, you will be left to pay out of pocket with no accountability from the provider! I plan on escalating it further than just bank disputes and reviews.

I get nervous with any medical procedures, even if it's just a facial, so I did my research on the people who work there and was amazed by their qualifications. There are two Nurse Practitioners on staff who have done extensive training in aesthetics. Upon arriving for my facial, I waited for about 5 minutes before being moved to the back. Everyone working took the proper precautions to keep a safe environment; they were wearing masks, and sanitized everything. During the procedure we had good conversations and laughed. It was like I had known these people my entire life. They gave me great recommendations on what I can do in the future to achieve my goals. There's zero question that Modern Vitality Medical Spa is staffed with a group of professionals that work diligently to help you obtain your desired look. Everyone on staff is inviting and welcoming, and the procedure itself made me feel more relaxed than I've been in a long time. My skin feels amazing, and I cannot wait to go back for another procedure. This medical spa didn't just save my skin, they made my skin look better than it ever has AND the prices are extremely competitive. What's not to love? HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It's so easy to lie on the internet and say you're a professional , then you get there and see it's just careless individuals who try their hardest to scam you. I booked a consultation and I literally sat in there for 5 minutes before she rushed me out , It seemed like I did all the talking. All I got recommended was 900$ of "micro needling" in which I stated I wasn't interested in from the very beginning. I was told I needed to book an appointment to actually get the service done. SO I drive 25 minutes to speak with someone about my skin then leave ? That doesn't make sense. Then she said she could fit me in & that someone was using the machine and I'd have to wait 30 minutes until I'm able to use it. Speaking through a medical mask that makes me feel so comfortable , not really. I scheduled my appointment for a specific time, I expected to be able to have it. When I arrived I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even came to the front to greet me. They didn't even ask for my name and just took me back, mistakenly about to start a service that was for someone else . The last name of the girl who was supposed to do my facial wasn't matching to the name I scheduled with. Her name tag was completely different then what is listed on the website. I don't believe the girl I spoke with here was a licensed nurse practitioner whatsoever, nor did I see any credentials anywhere in the office. I was gonna spend around 200$ for a hydra facial but I walked right out of there. Thank god I did. Obviously all they care about is money and have no actual knowledge on anything to help the client with skin concerns, so please go somewhere legitimate. This place should be reported for falsification.

My visit with this facility was the most unprofessional, dirty, questionable, abrupt,…read moredisrespectful, invasive & frustrating consultations I've ever had. Mistake #1) Photographing potential clients before the consultation. Know one should ever ask for you to consent to being photographed or recorded in any way shape or form until after you've signed a contract agreeing to their services. They do not need nude photos of your body if you're not even sure you are going to do business! The fine print included with the consent form, also states that they can use your images as they please ( unless you read the fine print & deny consent). The individual who starts the consultstion is fake nice. And laughed when we spoke about wether or not I had met with other surgeons and the prices I was quoted. Akron charges two to $3,000 more than a competitor in Mentor for the same exact procedure! Yet couldn't explain to me why and treated me as if I was lying. Once I was in a room, the assistant couldn't have been more cold and abrupt. She has absolutely no patience, knowledge or experience with hospitality. I have read other reviews that complain about her attitude. She had to keep leaving the room to ask the doctor questions because he couldn't be bothered by me. The male surgeon was incredibly rude, cold, arrogant & acted like he had better things to do. If you are not what he'd consider "high profile" it's clear you're not welcome. Money is money, it should never matter what a clients background is or what they look like. While I was in the middle of my consultation, a mirror was placed directly in front of me to try in implants. This faced the door- multiple employees kept opening the door without knocking or waiting for a response. Just walking in and out , leaving the door wide open for everyone to see my naked chest. This is an incredibly private moment and goes against the HIPPA laws and privacy act! I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism. I just wanted to cry and was so embarrassed and angry. The implants were dirty too, had long blonde hairs all over them. And they give you a dirty bra to try them on with. Then they wanted me to make a life changing decision in less than 5 minutes, it's not that simple. Their competition had me do a consultation, then come back to try on implants and take 2 photos only ( as I have Scopophobia & this sh**hole wasn't willing to work with me even though it's a super easy to lessen the amount of camera use). I couldn't get dressed & leave fast enough. I stormed out of the office as quickly as possible walking past the woman who started the process. Common sense tells you if a potential client doesn't return to finish the consult they're not interested. Yet she called the next day & played the stupid card when I told her what happened. Don't use this facility for any plastic surgery procedure! Go to Dr. Greer instead!!!

I see Libby for lash extensions and cannot sing her praises enough. Every 2-3 weeks, she ensures that my lashes are on point and I am not sure how I could ever live without them now! I believe that finding the right shape and length is truly an art and Libby has a good eye for this. I have never had extensions last as long as they do since I have been seeing her- another huge bonus! I am looking forward to getting botox and fillers with Libby after I have my baby and am no longer nursing. I always feel safe in her care and trust her without a doubt. She is incredibly professional and is a perfectionist- exactly the qualities that one should look for when trusting someone with their face! The practice itself is very clean and tranquil and the staff is great about fitting me in for appointments and returning phone calls in a prompt manner. I am so thankful to have found this med-spa and highly recommend checking them out!

Clients Beware, You Are NOT Being Told the Truth About Where Your Money Is Going…read more For two years, I tipped my nurse injector at Radiant Divine Medical Spa under the belief that my gratuity was going directly to her, the person who performed the service. What I didn't know, and what no one at the spa ever disclosed, is that all tips across every Radiant Divine location are sent directly to the co-owner, Ryan Devault, a man who is not a licensed medical professional. According to a phone conversation Ryan had with my husband, he personally collects all client tips and redistributes them to employees as he sees fit, including staff members you never interacted with. Not only is this incredibly deceptive, but it's also unethical. Clients are never told that their tips won't go to the person who cared for them, and I was never given the chance to opt out of this hidden policy. Even more troubling, Ryan's wife, Rachel Devault, is a licensed nurse and also a co-owner who works at one of the spa's locations. While I can't confirm whether she accepts tips herself, her dual role makes the entire system feel like it was designed to exploit a loophole, to benefit from client gratuities without disclosing where that money actually goes. When I found out what was happening, I called to cancel my membership and voice my concern. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with resistance and eventually offered a refund, only if I agreed to delete my Google review. That moment told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates. Radiant Divine presents itself as a high-end, professional medical spa, but behind the scenes is a web of non-disclosed financial practices, conflict of interest, and reputation damage control. Clients deserve transparency, especially when it involves money, medical professionals, and trust. Please think twice before doing business here. If I had known the truth earlier, I would never have stepped foot in the place.

No. At least, NO for me. I had disappointing experience. I…read morefeel bad that it's a first review and it's a negative review... But, I wasn't happy with my experience. Let's start from the beginning. I got the certificate from the fundraiser; it was worth 100$. I knew this spa from Brecksville location which I didn't like either. I thought that I will give a try for the second time so I booked the appointment. When I called, I specifically asked about facials. The front lady said 3 options and I chose Vitamin C facial- 125$. Now, let's stop for a moment. What do you understand by word "facial"? When I think about a facial, I imagine cleansing, opening pores, massage, serum or mask and at least 45-60 minutes experience. Again, this is how I understand a word "facial" or what I had received in the past. I came to the spa that was located in the plaza. The place was clean, modern and elegant. However, the vibe of the place was cold and unfriendly. No one greeted me, no one noticed me- I took papers on my own and started fill out. Next, my Aesthitician or maybe I should call her a technician called me and we left to the room. The lady, Shawna, was nice and talkative. She told me to lay down but said that I could stay in the sweater bc the facial was just for the face. The beginning of the facial was cleansing. I need to admit the product that Shawna used was enjoyable and soft. After the cleansing, the lady put Vitamic C mask (she called it a mask). I had the mask for 10 min. I just lied there in the silence with the music in the background. The mask had tingling effect. After 10 min, Shawna removed the mask; however, she never changed the gloves so I still had unpleasant tingling while she put cream and serum on my face. Then, she said: "we are done". Yeaaa... 18 min total... and I was lighter on 125$ lol. Ok, so why was I dissatisfied? First, it wasn't facial but acid treatment- my face was swollen all day and next day too. I wasn't prepared for it and nobody even explained that the facial was actually acid procedure. Def ask questions before coming to any service, otherwise you will be disappointed. Second, all what Shawna did it was application of the product... I could do this at home! She didn't do anything that I couldn't perform by myself. The last one was time. This procedure and experience wasn't worth 125$ for 20 min. Nope. I had better experience for less money and longer time. And now, I still need a facial because I hadn't received it. I put two stars for the interior and friendly aesthetician. One tip- if it happens that you will visit this place, check in on yelp and you will get 10$. However, I do not recommend this place or any of their locations. It was my second time and 2nd time disappointed. Response to the business owner: Thank you for you comment. The first time, I visited the spa in 2018, so it was 2 years ago. Between 2018 and now, I went to so many places that it's hard to remember all. And yes, I had never returned. But this time, my bf bought me a coupon at the fundraising, so I decided to check out this location. The problem is that the services that your spa offers don't say exactly what people will get. I was misled by the lady on the phone when I booked the facial. I asked specifically about the facial, nothing medical, but just a simple facial. She had never mentioned about time frame or that "the facial" was actually acid treatment. And, I believe that those two are two different procedures. The first time when I came, I had 2 stimulating facials, what actually happened to be mechanical facials or facials done by the machine. Then, I was misled by the name too. I regularly go to all kind of places, and I do have what to compare with. Plus, I'm yelping since 2012 and I know how hard is to find a good place for the service or to get a decent food. I write honest reviews about my subjective opinion with objective observations. These reviews help people to decide where they want to go and what experience they may get. In all my reviews, I state my final opinion if I would recommend the place to someone or not. I didn't say nothing negative about the technicians that were nice the first time and the second time. The same with the interior, it was elegant and modern. However, the atmosphere wasn't friendly same as your comment back to me. In the end, I did not sign any policies that would say something about taking and posting the pictures.
