Elite Lath & Plastering - The vent that he tried to get me to go with that was supposedly not a big difference, next to my old vent. Looks like a big difference to me

Elite Lath & Plastering

We had our home re-stuccoed and new windows installed by Elite Lath & Plastering, and overall we're…read morereally happy with the results. The stucco looks fantastic--clean, modern, and beautifully done. Jose, the owner, is great to work with: responsive, professional, and clearly takes pride in the job. There were some cleanup concerns during the project, but once we brought it up, Jose came back and made it right. That level of follow-through really stood out. We've even had him return after the fact to do some patching that was needed due to a solar panel swap--and he handled that just as professionally. If you're considering stucco work, I'd definitely recommend Elite. Just be sure to have a clear conversation up front about expectations around cleanup so everything's aligned from the start. In the end, we were happy with the work and felt well taken care of.

I can't say enough good things about Jose and Elite Lath and Plasterig. I recently needed stucco…read moreand painting work done, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. He showed up on time, was professional, and took the time to explain what needed to be done before starting. The quality of his work is excellent--the stucco repair blends perfectly with the existing finish. It's clear he takes pride in his craft and pays attention to the details that make all the difference. On top of the great work, the price was very fair for the level of skill and effort he put in. II highly recommend Jose. I will definitely be calling him again for future projects. Tracy H.

Rogelio responded promptly to our request. Estimate quickly followed, as well as scheduling the job. Rogelio is incredibly skilled and just a tremendous talent. He not only matched the texture and painted everything beautifully. He rolled back the clock and made our home look better than new. He also repaired the stucco trim along our garage and one window. His pricing was extremely fair and I would recommend Roge Plastering for any of your stucco and painting work.

The story behind these custom bi-fold doors built by Rogelio and Mark begins with a big box store…read moreblooper. The 46" by 96" closet doors were ordered in wood, but they arrived with mirrors. As you can see from the attached photo, the room's entry door would clash with mirrored doors and could be susceptible to damage when opened. So, we returned the unopened mirror doors, and despite the error not being ours, we were saddled with a $79 return fee...ouch! Floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors are pricey and require a special order, and after the big box fiasco, I didn't want to risk another problem. That's when Rogelio and Mark came up with the idea to build their own custom bi-fold doors, and at a fraction of what it would've cost via an HD order. The results were absitively spot on in every detail. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and grateful to Rogelio and Mark for their time, patience and expertise in building the doors.
