    Closet is small.

Cleanliness: 5. Remodeled recent years, so overall it's very "new" and clean. Bedroom: 5. 1) I come for business trip, so the desk is really important for me to work on. I love the large desk in the room. 2) Beds are comfortable, and again, clean. 3)closet is small, but enough to put 2 days clothes. Bathroom: 4. spacious and clean. 1) I love large bathroom vanity, so I can lay out my stuff. 2) I don't know if they have a hair dryer. 3) The water flow from the shower head is small, which takes one point off. But I understand, we are in the desert. Amenities: 5. Very convenient. 1) I need a lot of USB charger portals and regular outlet. And I can find them here! By the desks, by the beds. Nice! 2) microwave, coffee maker and fridge in the room. 3) TV: can connect with stream platform, which I really care. 4) Lights and AC are well designed, worked well. 5) they have a small pool and a gym. Dinning: 5 I like their dining area, bright, spacious and clean. Breakfast is included, simple choices, but I can get full with no problem. Overall, I think this is the best hotel (cleanliness and business-oriented) in this area.

I rarely love hotels and tend to have some major complaints. However, dare I say, Fairfield Inn & Suites in LANCASTER, CA of all places...is AMAZING. Honestly, more hotels need to follow suit because this should be the standard for affordable hotel stays. My dad had purchased a separate room so that I could be closer to him while we were there for a funeral (I was originally staying at another Fairfield with my grandma and aunt, which was also a wonderful hotel). I had the king sized room, number 302, at a great rate due to a bereavement and the receptionist (I also believe maybe the manager?) was so kind and understanding. Truly, the entire staff here were superb. From interactions with the three receptionists, the friendly housekeepers, and the hard working staff in the dining area, it was a fabulous stay. My room was spotless and well-stocked with toiletries (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash), plenty of towels, and a coffee station. The bed was comfortable, the ac was cold, and the shower was hot and had great pressure (the holy trinity of hotel stays). I had breakfast in the morning and it was a phenomenal setup for a hotel. Waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, milk, cereal, muffins, bagels, English muffins, fresh fruit, and an oatmeal station had everyone well-fed. Now...the oatmeal station was jaw-dropping. They had pumpkin seeds, walnuts, coconut flakes, dried apricots, dried bananas, chocolate chips, brown sugar, blueberry compote, and granola for toppings. Like...what?! It's amazing!! Their coffee and tea bar is nice and was always well-stocked, too, even at night. My only "complaints?" There was no lotion provided in the bathroom (which is fine but would have been nice for the dry desert air) and the tv wasn't working when I got in. However, they immediately had someone fix the tv and it was ready to go when I came back. So really, no true complaints at all. This hotel was near perfect. So, if you're in Lancaster and need a hotel, you HAVE to go with Fairfield Inn, you won't be disappointed.

The property is clean and well kept and lends itself to a good night's sleep and overall relaxation. There are plenty of amenities in this well-run hotel. Roaches can carry bacteria, contaminate belongings, and are often a sign of a larger infestation. We found roaches in our room on arrival, which immediately made us question the cleanliness and safety of the entire property. At first, the staff refused to switch our room. When they finally moved us, it was to a smaller room, yet we were still charged the original 1-bedroom suite rate. They only offered a discount for 1 of our 3 nights despite the severity of the issue. To make matters worse, we found another roach in the new room as well. That confirmed this was not an isolated issue with just one room, but potentially a larger property-wide problem. Because of this, we now have to go home and unload all of our laundry outside, then thoroughly clean and disinfect all of our luggage and belongings to make sure we don't bring an infestation into our home. I want to be fair and say that we were polite and respectful throughout the entire interaction, and the staff we spoke with were polite as well. We did not make unreasonable demands or cause a scene. My disappointment comes from the fact that I expected management to treat this like the serious issue it is and go above and beyond to make things right, but that simply didn't happen. Management's overall response felt like "oh well," with little urgency, accountability, or meaningful effort to resolve the situation. Extremely disappointing customer service and an unacceptable experience.

It's called "States" it's huge weekends for softball players. The best of the best come out from different cities to compete. Our city alone brought about 80 people here. Players, siblings, grandparents, parents. 22-24 different families. Only 2 families had their personal issues here, and those odds are not bad! The kids LOVED it here! I'm sorry you are not gonna get peace and quiet until about 1030-11pm. Kids were playing hide and seek, ding dong ditch. It's annoying for the moment, but when are kids gonna make those memories. They play their heart out all day and deserve it. So chill out! The food was great! Unlimited waffles are huge with the kids. As far as breakfast, just be nice and go to the front desk, and they'll accommodate you another ticket. They have burritos to go for all the early birds, toast, oatmeal, and cereal. 3-4 self-serve juices. They give complimentary drinks 1 per person. A small bar area! Yes, the pool is crowded, but if they were to try to crowd control!! Imagine how many people would be pissed! The only ones that ruin it are the drinking adults that can't control themselves. They have 2 bbqs, propane filled and ready to use. Restrooms and tvs in dining area. If you're worried about noise stay away from 1st floor and balcony rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised at how updated and cute the hotel is. It's like a little baby apartment. Let's start with the good cause who doesn't like the good stuff, right? Upon entering the hotel you are greeted with a cute listing area in cause there's a line at registration.(thoughtful) but then there's the cutest little doggie area cause they allow pets here! Yeah for all those that travel with their fur babies. (Pic included) Then there's a larger guest eating area that include's a TV and fireplace. I noticed approx 30 tables so they can host quite a few families at a time for breakfast. Now I did touch and sit in or on every chair bench and stool. A few of them I didn't like they weren't that easy for smaller hands to grasp for moving and they are quite heavy which for kids, elderly or handicapped may have a bit of issue moving them, but also they are heavy so they'll last and won't easily break under a someone's heavyweight. Oh yeah did I forget to mention that breakfast is included! They offer a variety of items like oatmeal, waffles, fruits and other cold cereals. I seen eggs and sausage I think there was bacon as well. Outside area: They have included a pet area with at least 3 cleaning stations that all were filled with doggie bags and trash cans. They have a sister hotel on the grounds so parking shouldn't be an issue. They offer a parking permit for guests I seen a security guard walk and ride a cart around the property several times throughout the evening and night. I am unsure if this is a regular position or just temporary while they are remodeling, my hope is it's a permanent thing just because it's pretty dark and desolate with the other businesses mainly being day time traffic. They have a small pool, think of a big residential type which is fine (this isn't Vegas) depth ranged from 3.5-5.5 feet and that's really all that's need to cool off but what's nice is they included a lift so even a person with mobility issues can still enjoy. Now to the room. I love that they didn't go cheap. The amenities feel like someone said "make them feel at home" the cookware wasn't that cheap lightweight pot and pan it has weight it doesn't cook from raw to burnt and sticking like the .99$ store types do. The plates and silverware weren't so thin they break or bend in your hands. I think the only thing I didn't like in the room was the shower. And that is really because of the shower-head. I am just not a fan of the old fashioned fixed heads. It doesn't take in to account the height differences between male/female tall/short thin/heavy. I wish either two heads or removable shower-heads in all hotels that consider themselves a 3* or higher. And I thought the toilet paper roll wasn't in the best spot with the door open it's banging into the roll and I know it's my cra cra but it feels yucky like unsanitary icky. And I took a star for those two bathroom issues. I must admit this was a nice jewel to find in the area as I have stayed at another brand hotel out here 2x and this one far exceeded the luxury feeling for a regular buck scenario, and I appreciate it! Unfortunately I seem to be capped at 20 pics as I took about 40 so I can't show your the dinning arrange in room and the kitchen area with all those amenities
