The hotel itself was very clean, and looked new which was nice. Breakfast was your typical hotel setup with a waffle maker, eggs, pastries, cereal. Totally fine and what you would expect. Where things fell short for me was comfort and service. The first night, I requested two extra blankets (one for me and one for my husband) and was told they only had one available. I was given that one, but ended up cold and didn't sleep well. The next day, I asked again and it felt oddly interrogated, like I needed to justify why I wanted a second blanket. It was a weird experience. I promise I was not trying to construct a blanket fort...I just wanted to be warm and sleep comfortably. There was also no blow dryer in the room, which surprised me. After already feeling weird about the blanket situation, It was awkward to go back down and ask for that too. Then early Sunday morning a group was setting up in the meeting room they have directly across from our room. There was loud hallway traffic, people socializing right outside our door, the back door to the hotel propped open and people coming in and out, with equipment being dragged in, which made it pretty impossible to sleep. I understand events happen, but placing guests directly across from early morning setup felt avoidable. Overall, the property was clean, but the stay was not restful, and that is ultimately what I am paying for. I do not think I would choose this location again. read more

I happen to be working in the area and my company set me up for one night at this hotel, I had a very easy check in with the young lady at the front desk. Room was very clean. It was a two queen beds in the room, microwave and a little coffee pot. Bathroom was very clean. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. They also had a complementary breakfast in the morning and 24 hour coffee in the lobby. read more

I really wanna give it a five star review unfortunately I didn't have the best experience this time. Hopefully next time we'll be able to give it an update and give it a five star review we were stuck in traffic which unfortunately let us to come hours later, so we checked in around 1230 almost 1 o'clock in the morning when I asked the gentleman at night if we could have a late checkout, he said he doesn't see a problem with that, but just let them know in the morning. When I called in the morning, the young lady informed me that they were unable to accommodate me because they don't have any one working to clean the rooms which is hard for me to understand because if there's no one cleaning the room, why couldn't I have a late checkout, I didn't even have the option to pay more to have a later. Check out, it was just a disappointing experience unfortunately. Besides that our rooms are always clean. We get the king suite I must say if you have the opportunity to pay that little extra for this week I always recommend to get the Suite that extra room in there makes a big difference to move around. We happen to make it for breakfast, and there was no more baking at the time, but the lady that was making the food was kind enough to ask us if we wanted anything and she went out of her way to make us some bacon, which I greatly appreciate appreciated. That was extremely kind of her. I'm hoping when we come back next month, we'll have a better experience should we need a late checkout besides that everything else was great. read more

I love the large desk in the room. 2) Beds are comfortable, and again, clean. 3)closet is small, but enough to put 2 days clothes. Bathroom: 4. spacious and clean. 1) I love large bathroom vanity, so I can lay out my stuff. 2) I don't know if they have a hair dryer. 3) The water flow from the shower head is small, which takes one point off. But I understand, we are in the desert. Amenities: 5. Very convenient. 1) I need a lot of USB charger portals and regular outlet. And I can find them here! By the desks, by the beds. Nice! 2) microwave, coffee maker and fridge in the room. 3) TV: can connect with stream platform, which I really care. 4) Lights and AC are well designed, worked well. 5) they have a small pool and a gym. Dinning: 5 I like their dining area, bright, spacious and clean. Breakfast is included, simple choices, but I can get full with no problem. I rarely love hotels and tend to have some major complaints. However, dare I say, Fairfield Inn & Suites in LANCASTER, CA of all places...is AMAZING. Honestly, more hotels need to follow suit because this should be the standard for affordable hotel stays. My dad had purchased a separate room so that I could be closer to him while we were there for a funeral (I was originally staying at another Fairfield with my grandma and aunt, which was also a wonderful hotel). I had the king sized room, number 302, at a great rate due to a bereavement and the receptionist (I also believe maybe the manager?) was so kind and understanding. Truly, the entire staff here were superb. From interactions with the three receptionists, the friendly housekeepers, and the hard working staff in the dining area, it was a fabulous stay. My room was spotless and well-stocked with toiletries (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash), plenty of towels, and a coffee station. The bed was comfortable, the ac was cold, and the shower was hot and had great pressure (the holy trinity of hotel stays). I had breakfast in the morning and it was a phenomenal setup for a hotel. Waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, milk, cereal, muffins, bagels, English muffins, fresh fruit, and an oatmeal station had everyone well-fed. Now...the oatmeal station was jaw-dropping. They had pumpkin seeds, walnuts, coconut flakes, dried apricots, dried bananas, chocolate chips, brown sugar, blueberry compote, and granola for toppings. Like...what?! It's amazing!! Their coffee and tea bar is nice and was always well-stocked, too, even at night. My only "complaints?" There was no lotion provided in the bathroom (which is fine but would have been nice for the dry desert air) and the tv wasn't working when I got in. However, they immediately had someone fix the tv and it was ready to go when I came back. So really, no true complaints at all. This hotel was near perfect. So, if you're in Lancaster and need a hotel, you HAVE to go with Fairfield Inn, you won't be disappointed. read more

Our two night stay while on a mini getaway to, for us, nearby Antelope Valley; mostly to celebrate her birthday and to catch some of the last of the super bloom of poppies. This hotel is very new, opening within the last six months we were told. And everything appeared clean and orderly, with moderate sized rooms. There is free parking and Wi-Fi, with a 55" flat screen, though limited channels. Mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker included. The beds are rather firm but comfortable. With a friendly staff all around. The only thing keeping me from giving them a 5 star rating, is the terrible free breakfast selections. You'll find scrambled eggs, pre-packaged egg/Swiss cheese muffin sandwiches or quiche; depending on which day your there. And a few other items like runny oatmeal, bagels, cereal, refrigerated boiled eggs, and coffee, juice, milk etc. Boring and limited to put it mildly! I didn't even bother coming down the second morning before checkout; but hey, its free. Fairfield Inn and Suites are part of the Marriott family chain of properties. read more

Made reservations 10 days in advance. Payed the higher price for the convenience of canceling if necessary. When we arrived we asked for our room to be away from the fwy, apparently they had no suite away from fwy so we asked for standard, which they were willing to do but charge us the same rate as the suite. I protested and they lowered the price to AAA rate. Shower floor was unclean (hair on floor) no Kleenex no soap at the sink. Room carpet is filthy. Breakfast sub par. We will not likely stay here again. read more

Very newly built hotel - as someone who is a clean freak the carpet and the entire room was clean and brand new - the bathroom was glistening and spotless and the shower was spacious and clean everywhere. Although it is in a more secluded area this hotel is recommended and one of the best hotels i ever been to in America. read more

Our grandchildren had opening day little league, so we booked the rooms here for the weekend. The rooms were clean and well kept . The price for the hotel included breakfast. Which was nice considering we had a busy day . The only thing I can say negative is as we were leaving the first day to go to the games. I asked the front desk associate about snack bags that we had gotten in the past and if we could possibly get a couple . She said we had to be elite members, which we are and have been since 2001 . I didn't have time to prove it and she seemed like she didn't feel very well she was blowing her nose and coughing. read more

This is a new hotel opened Nov 2022. Night/front desk staff are very nice (all hotel employees were nice and accommodating). This hotel is located next to Towneplace Suites which appears to be new too. The room and bathroom are nice and roomy. The tv had reasonable channel selection. The hotel didn't have dinner but there's a good, decently priced Japanese restaurant (Red Salmon) located in front of Towneplace Suites, a quick 1-2 minute walk. My only issue was breakfast, the options were lacking to say the least (powdered eggs, packaged breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins and yogurt)...I ordered delivery from a local restaurant. This place is trash! I like how they jacked their rates up for a softball tournament. Knowing their hotel was full of young softball players all they did was bitch and complain. The staff is rude! Heaven forbid you ask them for anything. The pool is complete garbage! It's an indoor pool that when you walk in the pool area you nearly pass out from the deadly chlorine smell. This place is a rip off with a fancy name. On 6/12/2023 I arrive about 11:40pm Monday night To check in for work tending to check out on 6/14/2023 but when I got to work realizing that my parts are not in so I went back to the hotel a little after 9 am Tuesday to check out because there's no point of staying another day and was told that I have to give them 24 hours ahead of time. How can I give them 24 hours notice when I was only in the hotel for no more than 8 hours. Stay else where this place is a rip off I've had better service else where. Being charge over $306 for staying there for 9 hours it's ridiculous I'd rather spend my money on motel 6 read more
