Stayed here in-between a road trip. First of all, I want to note that I was a female traveling alone and I felt extremely comfortable and safe at this hotel. The room was very clean and affordable, and the room even came with a complimentary drink, "savory snack" and breakfast. When I went to claim my free drink and snack, it turns out the snack was chicken Alfredo which was a pleasant surprise! Also, I've had A LOT of hotel breakfasts, but this one was one of the best! They had a hot grill with options of a burrito or breakfast plate, and they were even cooking your eggs to order. Now I don't find myself in Lancaster often, but if I'm ever back I will make a point to stay here. Thanks for a 10/10 experience!

When I find a very soiled construction safety vest, from a prior guest, hanging in the closet and the bathroom floor tile looks dingy, I wonder how well they clean. The hair conditioner does not pump. What irritates me is the breakfast cook tells me loudly in front of many guests, that it is only one breakfast burrito per guest, when I ask for two somewhat small burritos. Perhaps she could find time to put out the PAM nonstick spray, so the self serve waffle maker does not stick so bad. Hmm, Does she wonder why I did not put money in her tip jar? The reason this gets two, rather than one stars is the registration staff is very helpful. Overall the place is ok. The elevator is indeed slow and creeks as another pointed out. The building is rather old.

This place is perfect for a quick overnight as you pass through. Clean rooms, soft beds, good pillows, great water pressure for sink and shower, good smelling soaps and conditioners, AND BEST OF ALL full hot breakfast!!! Breakfast is a mix of hot fresh waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, juice, ceral, yogurt, and soooo much more!! The chef will make custom eggs for you with potatoes and sausage!!! Delish!!!!! When passing through we will stay here again! Thank you Oxford Suites for a good night's sleep.

EXTERRIOR : It's not the best looking hotel. LOBBY : Nice, cute and small little lounge with the front desk, bar and cafe in the front. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT : Regular check in hours is 4pm to 11pm. They have early check in for $15 extra. I called them the day before and they said that the earliest that i can check in is 6am. Checking in before 6am will be consider the day before. I arrived around 5am and was able to check in for one day stay and early check in. I was really happy with their service. BREAKFAST : Service was not that great. There was a lady there. I believe she's hispanic. She seems to be not really friendly and hurry you up to order. She doesn't smile or doesn't seem happy. Her voice tone is very loud like she's shouting at you. Im not sure if that's just how she is but she gets along with others. I was not satisfied with my service. She makes me feel hurried and nervous. They give you a breakfast ticket. You can only get 1 TIME VISIT at the cooked buffet area. They also have fruit parfaits bar, cereal, DIY waffle, juice station, and bread/beagle station. ELEVATOR/HALLWAY : The elevator is scary and slow. It looks like its going to break or stop working lol. I was pretty paranoid at their old elevator. Hallway is long and lightly lit. They have vending machine on each floor down the hall somewhere. ROOM : The receptionist said their is a special price for AAA discount. I had AAA special discount and is not sure whats the difference from the regular price but I got a room on 3rd floor by the exit stair. The exit stair door is annoying. It makes a loud slam noise each time people use it. The room is fair. Nice and clean but a little out dated furniture and interior design. I just realize that they dont have q-tips, ice bucket and room service (like ordering food downstair). I took a shower and realize how nasty and dirty is the shower drain. The drain is all gunky and grey. The water drains very slow. They do have towls, tissue hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker, coffee packet, tea packet, condiments (sugar, splenda, equal etc), 2 mint suckers, cups, alarm clock, tv, dvd player, microwave, little fridge, a table, iron rack, an iron, hair blow dryer etc. They have a ice machine and drinks vending machine on each floor lvl down the hall somewhere. OVERALL : It was an okay experince but i wouldn't come back. Im expecting something a bit better. I want a better breakfast service because breakfast starts the day. I dont want my morning to be ruined by just trying to get my breakfast fix. Its called a buffet and i couldnt get a choice of having more of something that i want to eat. Room looks ungraceful and unlively. Dirty drain. Scary elevator and long lightly lit hallways. No room service. P.S. There's a lot of construction workers stay at this inn.

Good little 6 story hotel for business travelers to the palmdale/lancaster area. For $102 a night, it was a decent place to stay. I did not have to worry about my car being broken into as they stationed me toward the place my car can be parked and I can look out at it via my window. They're real responsive if you text them after you check in (they give you a text number). Breakfast: The breakfast burrito was just eggs some hash browns make sure to grab yourself some hot sauce or ketchup and a couple of orange juices and one of those muffins if you're trying to get full. The room itself was okay it served its purpose nothing too dirty or dingy bed was fine shower clean sink was clean as well the little refrigerator does Buzz throughout the night so get ready for that although it didn't stop me. Room smelled a little bit of cig smoke even though it's non-smoking; people are animals. Internet tip, bring an Ethernet cable and plug in under the desk

While not located in the "best" part of town, this place was surprisingly good! Quiet, friendly staff, clean rooms. I was impressed that, not only did we get tickets for a breakfast, but they had two free drinks (beer, wine, or soda) in there little bar, and you could even get a free dinner of baked Ziti when we were there on Saturday night! The bed was mega-firm! So if you like a hard bed, you'll be in heaven. It was too hard for my taste. I did like the "lounger" that was in the room, rather than sofa of chairs. It was cute. Room came with fridge and microwave. The bath amenities were amazing! Will stay here again, when in the Antelope Valley.

No reasoning with them either, they just said oh well management is charging you. AVOID THIS HOTEL**** Work brought me to Lancaster and got to stay at this hotel for 14 nights and I must say that location is the best part of this hotel. The second best thing is how modern and new this hotel is. It was defenitly better than what I expected. Plus, there's a Starbucks right next door which is a major plus. Reasonable price for all the amenities you recieve. Rooms are super nice and spacious. Loved the full kitchen and how everything was designed/set up. Bathroom was super spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Only negative thing is they charge $10 a night for parking yet my employee's Honda got broken into and they tried stealing it with "security" patrolling the lot. Thankfully the thief couldn't start the car. No cameras apperently in parking lot either. That's really the only negative of this place.

When we arrived in the room, it was a little warm, being that it was such a hot day. I wish we would have walked into a cooler room, but we quickly changed that. I noticed two minor dents in the wall and on the bathroom door corner. I immediately took pictures. Overall, the room was super clean. The mini kitchen was adorable. I have one little issue and that is the bed. The mattress where I laid was really sunken in and to me was not comfortable. It was a nice location and we felt safe. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Totally fine and what you would expect. Where things fell short for me was comfort and service. The first night, I requested two extra blankets (one for me and one for my husband) and was told they only had one available. I was given that one, but ended up cold and didn't sleep well. The next day, I asked again and it felt oddly interrogated, like I needed to justify why I wanted a second blanket. It was a weird experience. I promise I was not trying to construct a blanket fort...I just wanted to be warm and sleep comfortably. There was also no blow dryer in the room, which surprised me. After already feeling weird about the blanket situation, It was awkward to go back down and ask for that too. Then early Sunday morning a group was setting up in the meeting room they have directly across from our room. There was loud hallway traffic, people socializing right outside our door, the back door to the hotel propped open and people coming in and out, with equipment being dragged in, which made it pretty impossible to sleep. I understand events happen, but placing guests directly across from early morning setup felt avoidable. Overall, the property was clean, but the stay was not restful, and that is ultimately what I am paying for. I do not think I would choose this location again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how updated and cute the hotel is. It's like a little baby apartment. Let's start with the good cause who doesn't like the good stuff, right? Upon entering the hotel you are greeted with a cute listing area in cause there's a line at registration.(thoughtful) but then there's the cutest little doggie area cause they allow pets here! Yeah for all those that travel with their fur babies. (Pic included) Then there's a larger guest eating area that include's a TV and fireplace. I noticed approx 30 tables so they can host quite a few families at a time for breakfast. Now I did touch and sit in or on every chair bench and stool. A few of them I didn't like they weren't that easy for smaller hands to grasp for moving and they are quite heavy which for kids, elderly or handicapped may have a bit of issue moving them, but also they are heavy so they'll last and won't easily break under a someone's heavyweight. Oh yeah did I forget to mention that breakfast is included! They offer a variety of items like oatmeal, waffles, fruits and other cold cereals. I seen eggs and sausage I think there was bacon as well. Outside area: They have included a pet area with at least 3 cleaning stations that all were filled with doggie bags and trash cans. They have a sister hotel on the grounds so parking shouldn't be an issue. They offer a parking permit for guests I seen a security guard walk and ride a cart around the property several times throughout the evening and night. I am unsure if this is a regular position or just temporary while they are remodeling, my hope is it's a permanent thing just because it's pretty dark and desolate with the other businesses mainly being day time traffic. They have a small pool, think of a big residential type which is fine (this isn't Vegas) depth ranged from 3.5-5.5 feet and that's really all that's need to cool off but what's nice is they included a lift so even a person with mobility issues can still enjoy. Now to the room. I love that they didn't go cheap. The amenities feel like someone said "make them feel at home" the cookware wasn't that cheap lightweight pot and pan it has weight it doesn't cook from raw to burnt and sticking like the .99$ store types do. The plates and silverware weren't so thin they break or bend in your hands. I think the only thing I didn't like in the room was the shower. And that is really because of the shower-head. I am just not a fan of the old fashioned fixed heads. It doesn't take in to account the height differences between male/female tall/short thin/heavy. I wish either two heads or removable shower-heads in all hotels that consider themselves a 3* or higher. And I thought the toilet paper roll wasn't in the best spot with the door open it's banging into the roll and I know it's my cra cra but it feels yucky like unsanitary icky. And I took a star for those two bathroom issues. I must admit this was a nice jewel to find in the area as I have stayed at another brand hotel out here 2x and this one far exceeded the luxury feeling for a regular buck scenario, and I appreciate it! Unfortunately I seem to be capped at 20 pics as I took about 40 so I can't show your the dinning arrange in room and the kitchen area with all those amenities
