I would just like to say I am completely turned off by the way the pre-meet the design consultant process works. You go through a call center whose only job is to set up an appointment. You cannot ask any questions to gauge whether you might even want to proceed with them. All the call center can do is set up appointments and you can't get past them. If there is a showroom nearby, you can go there but it is not really set up for meeting with homeowners. They also ask a lot of unnecessary questions. For example, for a window replacement they ask how old the window to be replaced is, what problems you are having with it, how old it is, etc. Who cares? We find process very annoying compared to other companies where you can actually speak to someone first about their product and get a ball park figure of about how much it would cost, understanding of course, that the final estimate depends on the exact measurements, and some other factors.

Had Bethlehem windows install our Bay window a few years ago. They've been out before to fix the leaks and say the caulking is bad .? How can this be ? When you caulk a tub and water is used it don't leak ? This is by far one of the worst experiences ever . I had windows put in the rest of my home my a local one man company and haven't had one issue once !!! They lost out on that job because of the owners attitude and when he conducts his business . He's a poor business man with a bad attitude he's all about the money not what the customer needs . I don't recommend them to any one !
