They replaced a water heater and just eliminated a thermal expansion tank on a closed system thus causing the water heater to leak every time it kicked on. Flooring installed was cracked in areas. Painting was done with no primer on new drywall. Paint splatters all over new flooring. Absolutely nothing was done to code. Would not recommend. The electrical issues alone could have killed someone. These guys should not be allowed to operate. Absolutely horrible.

Initially we agreed on 2-3 hours now it was 4-5 hours and they we're over an hour late. When I challenged the timeframe, the husband then abruptly blurted out "I don't need this!" Instructed his wife to grab his tools & I followed them out of my home. I felt very uncomfortable with them in my home esp the husband. He seem very unhinged & I smelled alcohol on him as he was leaving. They also left my office a mess. Don't leave ANYTHING to weaver!

Fast forward to 2026, additional work was done on the windows, gutters, roof deicing cables, and siding. We are extremely happy with the salesman (Garland) and his crew. Honestly, we did get other quotes but weren't happy with their products. We didn't want to make major changes to the house with the siding, and they had the perfect color match. We wanted to add a layer of insulation to the house, without tearing out the whole inside of the house. The price was perfect for what we wanted done. The crew didn't leave a mess. I used Alliance for a large roofing project and also to replace a shower base. Alliance provided a…read morelifetime mold-free guarantee for the shower work. Imagine my surprise then when no more than six months after the work was completed, my shower base had developed extensive mold in the seaming between the base and the wall tile. I contacted the owner to make him aware of the issue, and he stated that they had used the wrong caulk and would address the issue by replacing the caulk. However, when they came back they used the same caulk as the first time and the employee stated that was the caulk they always use. After a short time, the mold came back just as before. I contacted the owner yet again and was told I should just clean the caulk and he cannot come re-caulk every year when mold grows (notwithstanding the fact that the project was guaranteed mold-free). What seems more likely to me is that the correct caulk is not being used, or poor workmanship has caused mold to grow underneath the mold-free caulking. After repeated attempts to communicate with the company and the owner to remedy the issue, they have now become completely non-responsive. I would only recommend this company if you are willing shell out several thousand dollars and take the risk of being left with a deteriorating final product and no recourse for correction. Zero stars, do not recommend.
