Service requested to have calcite added to relatively new system for house…read more Whatever was done, destroyed the system. We had absolutely no water pressure after they "serviced" out system. They finally returned after a week. They sent an apprentice who was nice enough but had no clue. Could be this , could be that, I could flush it out, but it's too heavy for me, excuse , excuse... He left leaving our system on bypass so we could have a little pressure. However, In the Poconos no water filter equals orange toilets, clothes and mineral laden water. I called and called to have them fix the issue. The owner was away for the weekend. That was over 2 weeks ago. No response. Finally called another person who actual came on a Sunday morning and fixed the issue. Proper steps had not been taken prior, during and after BCD Pump touched our system. Plus they tried to tell us we needed a new system. The one they messed up is a little over a year old! Finally got a call today from BCD telling me, "Oh Hi, just wanted to say you are not forgotten". Seriously!?!?!?! We paid them for a messed up job. Got ignored when requesting the issue be fixed, had to call someone else, lay out close to $300 more to fix their error. The person who answers the phone says, "I doubt it's anything we did" Really? System fine, needed calcite added, suddenly doesn't work unless system is bypassed. New guy comes, immediately seeks mistakes, fixes issue. Voila! We have pressure AND a system working as it should.
