Move it to the corner and work on the rest of the place? DUH! - VERY unprofessional, Janice practically BEGS for extra payments to help them from month to month. Overall this was a gut job and they kept throwing in my face that this was a big job, DUH! That's why I called a contractor! I thought they could handle it! - They still have YET to complete the job and have stopped responding to my texts and calls. I have since canceled both of my credit cards that they are using so they cannot charge me anymore! - PATHETIC - DO NOT RECOMMEND ZERO STARS! - They say they are "done" both of my sinks LEAK and there are holes in drywall where there were mistakes made and the won't even respond to me to work together to get this completed. Now I have to hire someone else to clean up THEIR MESS! BIGGEST PROBLEM is COMMUNICATION. They BARELY respond to a text message and when they do it's have this there in the morning, and they text me at 9pm! Even the husband mentioned to me not to text Janice after 3pm as she's a bit of a drinker! - REALLY???? Of course they started out nice saying they would waive the 4% credit card fee and pick up supplies at Lowes then it turned out they DID charge me the 4% fee and they refused picking up supplies after about the 2nd week.

Started off nice. I spoke with the wife and she was pleasant. About an hour goes by I reach out to ask if they were still coming she says yes they got held up at Lowe's and will be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes go by I start to call to cancel the appointment but saw them pulling in my drive way. The wife came in greeted me & appeared apologetic the husband "handyman" stood behind very stand off & seemingly annoyed. He came in my home I extended my hand and he was reluctant. Brushed it off showed them upstairs to the office and kids bedroom and what I needed done. I asked how long the service would take. Initially we agreed on 2-3 hours now it was 4-5 hours and they we're over an hour late. When I challenged the timeframe, the husband then abruptly blurted out "I don't need this!" Instructed his wife to grab his tools & I followed them out of my home. I felt very uncomfortable with them in my home esp the husband. He seem very unhinged & I smelled alcohol on him as he was leaving. They also left my office a mess. Don't leave ANYTHING to weaver!
