It was a struggle to find someone to follow through and come inspect the roof in the timeframe I was looking for, until I reached out to Element Roofing. David inspected and diagnosed the issue with my roof in a timely manner, came up with a temporary fix, and eventually replaced my roof successfully in the following weeks. Throughout the entire process, David and Element Roofing were very processional, provided great customer service, and great quality and value. We definitely recommend Element Roofing for any future roof repairs and installations!

If you'd like to see that or copies of our back and fourth text messages begging him to return let me know. He even said he'd be back out and never came after a partial finalization visit. That is unacceptable. It also took over two and a half months to get our 50+ year GAF warranty despite multiple request after being told it could take up to 30-days. This type of behavior is not what I sensed from him initially when he stood in my kitchen and promised me he was a hands on manager of his crew who would be here throughout. He was here periodically but they were here sux days after he promised they'd be done in 3.5 days max. And, weather played only a small isolated role in that. Email me at seemefly06@msn.com if you have any questions. And, I have proof to back up every single thing I've stated here. On a positive note his crew was great. They were respectfully kind, cleaned the grounds well before leaving each day and kept me informed as things progressed. In kind, I baked cookies and provided other snacks and beverages throughout all six days. And, that is how we feel we should have been treated by their boss... respectfully.

Once he called and told me we were set to start, they moved in with military precision. They arrived on time and with a full crew and all the equipment. The crew was polite, efficient, easy to work with and definitely knew what they were doing. I was very comforted by the fact that they left all their equipment and vehicles at my house the first day. For me, this showed efficiency and trust. How many stories do we hear of contractors who never come back? When a man leaves tens of thousands of dollars at your house, he's planning to come back. Phil makes you feel like family and takes pride in what he's doing and how he does it. He kept me informed along the way and delivered exactly what he promised. I'm happy I was able to support a family business and I'd recommend Phil without hesitation. I won't need him for another 50 plus years, so please keep him busy until then.

Upon doing the repair, they pointed out several areas of our roof that needed to be taken care of. We are grateful for their inspection because we were very fortunate, we did not have water in our house after seeing pictures of what they found underneath the shingles. We were exceptionally pleased with Builders and Management Plus, LLC. From start to finish, they were very easy to work with. They kept in contact with us to let us know what was going on and did it in a very timely manner. All of the workers were very polite and took care of our property throughout the project. We cannot say enough nice things about Builders & Management Plus and their team. From quotation to…read moreproject completion, they were extremely professional and friendly. Joe was our Senior Project Manager and Chad was our project foreman. Both of them were extremely friendly, caring and understanding and they have an INCREDIBLE team of hardworking, friendly guys. They were able to complete replacement of both our barn and house roof in 1 day, and came back to do our flat roofs the next business day (because it was a different material). They were so careful, especially, with our barn because of our horses. They made sure no debris or nails fell into their paddock and they made sure to not only do the job right, but quickly on the side facing the paddock. We couldn't believe they completed both of our main roofs in one day and when they left, it was like they weren't here with how much care they took to clean up after themselves. Tarps were laid out and they walked around both the barn and house multiple times with their magnet rollers, to ensure they don't miss any nails. We couldn't believe the quality of work they provided, and their character, kindness and professionalism was top-notch and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof replaced. Since we had to replace both the roof on our barn and house, we received A LOT of quotes from companies big and small. Their quote was very reasonable and they took the time to explain everything on there, as well as answer all our questions honestly. Definitely call them!

Excellent company to work with and we're lucky we chose Lehigh Gap for our new roof. Cory was…read morepleasant, informative, and helpful when gathering information needed to provide the initial estimate. He was able to update that estimate to include new gutters when I inquired a few days later. When we decided to move forward, scheduling the work was easy and Julie kept in contact when weather delayed the initial start. The crew worked late trying to complete the roof by the end of Friday as planned, but when unforeseen complexities necessitated an additional day of work, they came out early Saturday to complete the job without any impact to the quoted price. Cleanup was handled well both after the roof was done and a few days later after the new gutters were installed. Julie followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory and was very helpful in addressing a few questions I had immediately afterward. A few months after having the new roof installed, I noticed water coming in the attic around the chimney during some heavy rains. I reached out to Julie for help and very quickly she had Chris come out to investigate. He redid some of the flashing around the chimney but I was still getting water inside after his first visit. I stayed in contact to let Julie know and she again had Chris out quickly to completely redo the flashing and seal around the chimney. When water was still coming in, Steve came out to investigate further and found defects within the chimney flue were the root cause. At this point, where Lehigh Gap could've claimed no further responsibility and left me to figure out how to address the issues with the chimney myself, Steve instead let me know he was beginning to partner with a local masonry company to address situations like this as they've become more and more common. Steve sourced the appropriate chimney caps and a brick chimney sealant through his partner and was out the next week to install the caps and apply the chimney seal. Through this entire time, everyone that worked with me was so pleasant and conveyed an earnest interest in resolving the issue. It's stressful having issues after such a big investment, but everyone was so understanding and at no point did they make me feel like I was annoying or pestering (though I'm sure nobody was thrilled to hear me calling after each bout of heavy rain!) I am so thankful and frankly blown away that Lehigh Gap worked to resolve this after they identified the chimney was the root cause, and not the roof or the work they did. I don't think any other company I might have chosen for my new roof would have been so tenacious in ensuring my satisfaction and connecting me to solutions well beyond my expectations and the initial scope of work. Thank you to everyone at Lehigh Gap Seamless Gutter! I cannot recommend highly enough!

They removed our roof and skylights and replaced the skylights neatly and quickly. It was a cold day but they were so quick we never felt any cold air when the skylights were replaced. Mike the foreman was there to answer any questions and address any concerns while completing the finish work on our skylights. The whole crew seemed like a great bunch of guys who really showed pride in what they were doing. The roof looks great and their clean up was superb. At one point we wondered how they would ever get all of the old roofing cleaned up but at the end of the day you couldn't tell they had been here. They protected our deck and our shrubs during the process and even removed and replaced any solar lights that were in harms way. We could not be happier with our selection of Roofing Logic and are very happy with the finished project! We would be extremely happy to recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
