I saw mugs, candy spoons, a box full of 9 days of hot cocoa, a container of flavored hot cocoa with crushed candy and mini marshmallows and the likes. There were several other things. I loved the setup. However, I was here to get a lotion set. There wasn't a lot to select, that I wanted, but was able to settle on a perfect body oil and body lotion combo. They have some cute holiday decorations - think snow globes, but better. I got a pair of socks to keep my feet warm this winter and used as many coupons I had for any extras I got. This is about their pharmacy medicine refill phone automated system. I called them a week ago to…read morerefill a prescription, I put in the info and was told that they would reach out to the medical provider. Now, a week later, I have heard nothing and when I called the medical provider to check on the status they said that the Gaint Pharmacy never called them to renew the prescription order. This has not been the first time that this system has screwed me over. The medicine is for seizers and can cause more harm if the meds are not or can't be taken. Please, can someone look into a better system or be more proactive in filling the prescriptions and reaching out to both the medical provider and the patient? This can lead to some really dangerous medical outcomes.

The second order none of the items that needed cuts were cut so I had to drive back again to have them cut. I was in a rush and figured, "they would remember to cut the parts" well I was freaking wrong about that. My truck gets 12 miles to the gallon and they are 18 miles from my house. This time I called because I was so ANGRY. They had a Dolly driver come pick up the parts and deliver them. Guess what... THE PARTS WERE NEVER CUT!!! WTF is wrong with this place? Last, they expect me to tip the Dolly driver when I wasn't the one who made a million mistakes and still can't get it right! Find another location cause this one has massive problems!!!
