I love a good Dollar Tree shop. Being able to run about in a store and fill up a cart is always fun…read moreto me. Makes me feel like I'm on Supermarket Sweep and I can actually afford a full cart of items. But, sometimes, it is hard to do when the store is a mess and not all items are stocked. I came in here with expectations to fill a cart of my usual items I grab from a Dollar Tree, but I could have used a basket to grab the items I did find. I traversed the aisles and closely looked for what they had. For the most part, the store is laid out appropriately, but it is the lack of items and the lack of keeping the store in order. There is a lack of sorting this store and keeping it in order. It can make navigating the aisles a task. Your cart can get caught up on the items just left on the floor. That aside, I was able to grab a few items that are my usuals for this chain. When I finally got to the register it took some time as it appeared the had the most unmotivated employees working at that time. It took a moment to get through the lines here, but when I was done, I was out the door.

Yes, sometimes you find a seemingly great item and then find it either doesn't work or is missing a piece. But did you take it to the Testing Area and check it out? Many times when I find a dud, I didn't test it. It's a gamble you take and, in the end, if you find good deals regularly like I do, you'll stay in the positive. If you take your time and really dig around, many times you'll find some great things! I miss the layout of the old location for some reason but the new one is definitely easier to get to. I believe the staff like the new spot much better and are better able to keep up with clearing out the obvious junk.

The stock is usually well stocked and is updated often. Shelves are usually neat and aisles are clear. You can find great deals during off seasons. For example, you can find great deals on grills and outdoor chairs during the colder months. Employees are always friendly. Prices are amazingly cheap. Come with a budget because you can easily fill up your cart with great finds lol! We scored a case of Spindrift for half the Costco price, a box of brownies for pennies on the supermarket price, and a random over the door spice rack for $15. We had so much fun exploring that the meter ran out. They have blowout sales twice a week - when we went all clothing was randomly had off.
