The clothes are super cute, they're always rotating through different pieces and they have a great variety. The quality is good and the prices are reasonable. The jewelry options are also great. Lots of different pieces and every time there's something new. But truly the highlight is the women who work here. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. They are helpful but also do a great job of "reading the room" and knowing if you are looking for more attention or just good on your own. They hype you up when something is cute without trying to push everything you try on to you to make a sale. I almost never walk out without having bought something. A few months ago I had honestly one of the most special shopping experiences ever. Brenda was working and it was towards the end of the day so it was quiet. I told her what I was looking for and she pulled some really great options. We ended up having just the very best talk about some wonderful things going on in both of our lives. She's truly so genuine, kind and helpful. I could seriously go on and on. Thank you for always being a great store, and especially thank you for yesterday. I couldn't have had a better experience.

I went in to the store, thinking how cute it was, and told the gal there that I would love to exchange them for something else in the store. I had the gift receipt. Long story short, she would not budge on her 14 day return policy! I even offered to forfeit the full retail price and use the sales price of the other 2 pair hanging on the rack in the store. Given it was a gift and my friend probably purchased them a little while prior to my Birthday, a 14 day period is far too short and ridiculous when you are talking about a gift. Not to mention she was unpleasant aswell. Sad to say I shall never be returning to that store again, and will urge my friends to do the same.

For example, I was greeted warmly by Melissa today and she helped me pick out a few new outfits to try on. She gave me honest feedback and insightful styling advice, but with no pressure. She had an authentic interest in helping me find a piece that was functional for my lifestyle and that was special enough to help me feel like my best self. To top things off, as I'm walking out, she recalls that I had a son at home and asked if he might want a small packet of gummy bears. This may seem like a small gesture, but it's more than that to me-- she remembered me, she remembered him, and she cared. She cared enough to offer him a cheery moment (even if she wasn't there to witness or get credit). That's so cool. Well, even if Tucci wasn't conveniently located in the same shopping center as Philz coffee and Jimbo's, I'd still make the trip to visit Tucci because they're worth it!

Jamie takes time to ensure that her clients are happy, have access to a variety of sizes/options, and experience top notch service! Also there was jewelry. The store is sleek, modern, and bright. The best part though - you have to meet her two frenchies! I think their names are Rye and Barley !! I went back in to return it today, and the lady working gaslighted me and acted like I was stupid for not knowing there was no return policy. Just store credit exchange. Super shitty policy honestly and the girl working the first night should've explicitly told me that for a $200 item I couldn't try on all the way in-store. Schemes and gross to do that to people. Wouldn't recommend only because of the crappy policy. Be sure you love your item because you'll be stuck like me if you aren't sure. Owner-- you should probably consider moving to at least a 7 day return policy before you piss more people off like myself. Definitely will not recommend this boutique to my friends as I had before. Here's the cherry on top: WOW! Went onto their website and here I read this: " What is your in store return policy? Full Priced Merchandise: All returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment, exchange or online store credit. Returns within 30 days will be accepted for store credit ONLY." So you didn't want to honor that for me when I bought this two days ago? Bullshit. Asides from the hard but enjoyable work out class, the store itself is located in a nicer, upper middle class plaza. There's plenty of parking right outside the store. The employees here are all very nice and helpful!! The products are a little pricey, but the quality is so soft and great for both workouts and casual wear.

I'm finding Texas is bringing the best clothing to market these days! My thing is vintage style with modern fabric or modern design of vintage fabric! It's timeless... I left the shop with a "donut" yoga mat. I shouldn't eat them, so I might as well work out upon them. However, the supersized totes here are like arm candy and give me a reason to return.
