Hoping there will be a sale or promo soon so I can come back and buy something. She had some amazing cashmere tops that I want. They also had lounge wear as well. Men and women's clothing. Also there was jewelry. The store is sleek, modern, and bright. The best part though - you have to meet her two frenchies! I think their names are Rye and Barley !! Those two furballs totally made my day (thank you for letting me take some photos with them to send to friends). I wish this boutique much success at One Paseo.

Unfortunately the item didn't work out after trying it at home although I wished it would and loved it. I went back in to return it today, and the lady working gaslighted me and acted like I was stupid for not knowing there was no return policy. Just store credit exchange. Super shitty policy honestly and the girl working the first night should've explicitly told me that for a $200 item I couldn't try on all the way in-store. Schemes and gross to do that to people. Wouldn't recommend only because of the crappy policy. Be sure you love your item because you'll be stuck like me if you aren't sure. Owner-- you should probably consider moving to at least a 7 day return policy before you piss more people off like myself. Definitely will not recommend this boutique to my friends as I had before. Here's the cherry on top: WOW! Went onto their website and here I read this: " What is your in store return policy? Full Priced Merchandise: All returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment, exchange or online store credit. Returns within 30 days will be accepted for store credit ONLY." So you didn't want to honor that for me when I bought this two days ago? Bullshit. You should probably update your website if you want to be gung-ho about no refunds.

Not only is this store beautiful and pristine, the service is by far one of the best experiences I have ever had on a consistent basis. I cannot say enough about the Store Manager, Jamie. She is friendly, courteous, willing to go the extra mile for her clients, and very reliable. I have visited this particular store with my husband several times and have left with so many incredible pieces. Jamie takes time to ensure that her clients are happy, have access to a variety of sizes/options, and experience top notch service! It's not easy talking to a male associate about women's clothing questions but he must have handled other similar situations as he knew right away what I was speaking about. I have never had one of their associates give me solutions/options when I didn't there would be any. It's a smaller location but Mason took the time to find items that happened to be in the back. It's street parking so it can be tricky during peak hours (such as lunch time today). I'd return just for the service as they went above and beyond today.
