I come in 20 minutes after that phone call and they say that they're fully booked for the whole day and that someone came in before me so first of all why would you even ask me what time I wanna get my facial done if there's no times available for that whole day except that one timeslot that the person who showed up five minutes before me got. Second of all why didn't you take my name down or finish the reservation like I called to do. I was speaking with the Director and expressed my frustrations because this was my third time I wanted to get a facial and she said that there's no one else who can do my facial and that she knows the exact amount of students that she has didn't apologize for anything and laughed when I walked out. So why when she answered the phone didn't she tell me that there was only one time slot and if I'm calling to make an appointment, why wouldn't you just reserve me for that one time slot if there's only one left in the whole day? Didn't like the vibe or energy from that interaction especially cause I've tried to book an appointment 2 other times earlier last week. What's unfortunate is that the students have always been great, I can't say the same for the leadership.
