When I was four months pregnant my husband and I desperately wanted to know the sex of my baby, as I was really wanting a girl as I already have a 5 year old son. I booked an appointment with ISPY because my doctors office did not allow visitors bc of COVID which was very depressing and also My doctor did not want to tell me the sex of my baby until 20 weeks, (ISPY confirmed at 16 weeks) being able to have my family with me and to share that experience with my husband was important to me, so when I stumbled across ISPY I was thrilled! Booking was very easy and straight to the point Upon arriving to the location, she provided me with a momista which a drink that gets the baby moving to be able to get the best imaging ; my baby was moving so much she got some amazing shots, and she PRINTED THEM OUT! (Which is a big deal as due to COVID, my doctor did not provide) she also provided me with a frame and goodie bag on every appointment. - the location was SUPER easy to find and very beautiful and spacious. The aura of the space felt very welcoming, safe and non- judge mental which has a lot to do with the Owner Daisha. Her Spirt is so bright and genuine I felt like I could talk to her about anything and trust me I did Daisha really makes you feel so safe, I would tell her everything as if I'd known her my entire life she definitely has a way of creating a safe space for you to feel you can talk about anything and I think that is needed because when woman are pregnant our emotions are so HIGH, and sometimes out of wack - with little support during my pregnancy I felt she was my support system whenever I was feeling discouraged like I couldn't handle two kids or my life is in shambles I'd book an appointment to see my baby face and she was always there to remind me that I could do this, and that my baby was lucky to get me as a mom - which really kept me going at the time bc I was so full with doubt. Also, I have anxiety so anytime I felt something wasn't right with the baby or just concerned I'd text Daisha and she would ease my mind ; but I'm so crazy I'd still book an appointment which she always did (even last minute) and I'm so thankful for that! Lastly, when I say I booked every single service available I'm not lying so I'll review them all. Ultrasounds - I'd say these ultrasounds are the best in the world, I was able to see my babies face and all his features from 16weeks until 38 weeks - she provided me with PRINTED PHOTOS with a cute frame (that's amazing because my doctor would not bc of covid ) my baby looks EXACTLY like the photos it's insane! She definitely has a gift for capturing your baby! Belly casting - This experience was very fun for me, I didn't do it with my first child so wanted to do it with my second; it was very fun, listening to music talking her ear off about my raging hormones and emotions and get my belly cast was fun she also offers services if you want to paint the cast or decorate it to your liking which is also very unique. Massages - OMG if the massages are to die for, I literally got one every single week and now months postpartum I still go every week that's how amazing they are! You're missing out if you don't book a massage, Chanel was my therapist and those hands are GIFTED!!!! High Risk Pregnancy; So high risk pregnancy happen more than you think and my sister happen to fall right into that category; we are very close so it's not a coincidence that we got pregnant at the same time. My sister doctor would not see my sister because she was high risk pregnancy so we contacted Daisha and she explained to us what that meant, and how to navigate and provided ultrasounds to my sister that were even better than the OBGYN. ISPY also offers the service of Sneekpeek which draws your blood to provide the sex of the baby; which my sister did and TMI we are both having BOYS! In closing, now two months later my baby is here and I feel much better mentally and I'd like to think apart of that was with the help of ISPY - it's not only a place to obtain ultersounds it's a safe haven for woman to enjoy pregnancy. Their sonographers…read moretravel around the country to perform breast ultrasounds, and then radiologists read the images. I have dense tissue that can obscure growths in mammograms, so I felt interested in doing this ultrasound. In early January I scheduled an appointment for one of their sonographers to do an ultrasound for me in March. The exact location was communicated to me later, and it was a hotel's meeting room. The cost would be about $300, which I would pay with an HSA, credit, or debit card at the time of service. On the day of my appointment, HerScan emailed me four forms for me to complete online. When I arrived at the hotel's meeting room, the sonographer started the appointment on time. She had experience working in hospitals, and she interacted very nicely and professionally with me. I am a Registered Nurse, and from what I know, she seemed to perform the ultrasound correctly. Eight days later, HerScan emailed the results to me. The results said that I was Category 4, the highest category, because they found abnormalities of cysts and a lymph node without a fatty hilum. They recommended a follow-up mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy. the results did say, "In most cases, follow-up imaging does not result in a cancer diagnosis." I shared these results with my OBGYN provider, and she told me to schedule the diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. I asked HerScan to electronically send the images to my chosen imaging facility, and they promptly did so through PowerShare software. Almost two months later, my chosen sonographer and radiologist did my diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. The radiologist said that I have many cysts and slightly enlarged lymph nodes (NOT without a fatty hilum) that are likely benign and that I should return for another ultrasound in six months. Now I have peace of mind.

After moving, I used HerScan while waiting to establish care with new providers. My scan was the quickest ever and flagged after taking place in a waxing studio. The box checked on the standard form indicated I needed additional imaging. That follow-up became diagnostic, which wasn't covered by insurance and ended up costing me almost $1,000 out of pocket, on top of the $300 HerScan fee. The radiologist who reviewed the HerScan report during my follow-up said he couldn't determine what HerScan had seen because they didn't provide details and the single image did not identify anything specific. They recreated the HerScan image and all around the area and said there was absolutely nothing there. I work in women's healthcare and will never recommend HerScan.

I stopped today without an appointment and was greeted by Linda. I inquired about pricing for foot and body massages including combo packages. They had prices on a laminated sheet right at the counter and thought prices were very reasonable. She was able to take me in immediately for a 30 minute foot Massage which was amazing. I explained my pain from plantar fasciitis and asked her apply maximum pressure for relief which she did. I will definitely return for a back and foot massage combo soon. The lobby and waiting area were neat and the massage rooms were clean and well prepped for several clients at a time if group therapy is requested.
