Since moving to Tampa, I've tried at least 3-4 highly rated places and specifically sought out prenatal massages around town. While some have been good, Sarah is truly another level. Somehow, every massage with her gets better. She is incredibly kind and personable, but beyond that, she is exceptionally trained and talented. She finds knots and areas of tension I had completely forgotten were there. She listens closely to your feedback, gets to know your body over time, and adjusts her technique accordingly. She genuinely misses nothing. I had my 39-week prenatal massage with her last week and literally came back TODAY, on my due date, because I didn't want to go anywhere else! I personally prefer a stronger, deeper-tissue massage, and Sarah delivers that exceptionally while staying completely within the appropriate safety boundaries of pregnancy. But if you prefer something gentler, she is equally attentive and will adjust to exactly what you need. And if you don't mind essential oils and fragrance, the lotions and oils she uses are incredible. I work in a highly specialized field of medicine, so I'm always especially impressed when I encounter someone who is so knowledgeable, well-trained, talented, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Sarah clearly cares about both her work and her clients, and it shows. I'll absolutely be coming back for postpartum massages -- and I'm already planning to bring my mom and husband as well! I have dense tissue that can obscure growths in mammograms, so I felt interested in doing this ultrasound. In early January I scheduled an appointment for one of their sonographers to do an ultrasound for me in March. The exact location was communicated to me later, and it was a hotel's meeting room. The cost would be about $300, which I would pay with an HSA, credit, or debit card at the time of service. On the day of my appointment, HerScan emailed me four forms for me to complete online. When I arrived at the hotel's meeting room, the sonographer started the appointment on time. She had experience working in hospitals, and she interacted very nicely and professionally with me. I am a Registered Nurse, and from what I know, she seemed to perform the ultrasound correctly. Eight days later, HerScan emailed the results to me. The results said that I was Category 4, the highest category, because they found abnormalities of cysts and a lymph node without a fatty hilum. They recommended a follow-up mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy. the results did say, "In most cases, follow-up imaging does not result in a cancer diagnosis." I shared these results with my OBGYN provider, and she told me to schedule the diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. I asked HerScan to electronically send the images to my chosen imaging facility, and they promptly did so through PowerShare software. Almost two months later, my chosen sonographer and radiologist did my diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. The radiologist said that I have many cysts and slightly enlarged lymph nodes (NOT without a fatty hilum) that are likely benign and that I should return for another ultrasound in six months. Now I have peace of mind.

After moving, I used HerScan while waiting to establish care with new providers. My scan was the quickest ever and flagged after taking place in a waxing studio. The box checked on the standard form indicated I needed additional imaging. That follow-up became diagnostic, which wasn't covered by insurance and ended up costing me almost $1,000 out of pocket, on top of the $300 HerScan fee. The radiologist who reviewed the HerScan report during my follow-up said he couldn't determine what HerScan had seen because they didn't provide details and the single image did not identify anything specific. They recreated the HerScan image and all around the area and said there was absolutely nothing there. I work in women's healthcare and will never recommend HerScan.

Rosemary checked me in, and my paperwork was quickly completed. No problem arriving later rather than earlier. Josh came out to the waiting room to get me at 2:25. He apologized for keeping me waiting, but I didn't mind. I enjoyed sipping on one of the complimentary water bottles while watching the flat screen tv on the wall. He took me into a room to store my things in a locker, and change into cotton pants and top. When I entered the room for my MRIs, Josh provided me with a warm blanket as I lay on the table. He also gave me earplugs to minimize the clunking sounds of the MRI. During the procedure he continued to be attentive, caring, and informative. At 3:15 we were done. I changed back into my street clothes, and walked to the parking garage - a short walk away - to drive home.

I took the orders to Partner's Imaging because of how they treated me, their quality of testing, and timeliness of getting results over the years. After arriving as a walk-in, I had the XRay disc in hand and on my way home in LESS than an hour. Barbara and Judy treated every person at reception as if they were the only patient there. They teamed up to help coordinate procedures and address payment issues tactfully and confidentially. The RT Mikaylie (unsure of spelling) was kind, professional and efficient. As a retired health professional, I appreciate how difficult it is to juggle the various front desk and scheduling tasks for patients worried about their test results as well as costs. Staff in this facility could teach many others in Sarasota a thing or two about customer relations and proper business operations.

She was there for the entire process. The room we were guided in was dark, had a big projector, and chairs and couches if you were to bring more people in.
