This was my third time back since then - 3 strikes and they're out! Instead of going to the beautifully appointed waiting room filled with caring and efficient professionals, you are herded to a large corral with a sign in system with the sophistication of a deli counter. The check in staff is as compassionate & displays the sense of urgency of a "phone tree" (thank you for your patience). Previously the technicians were the "saving grace" of the process but due to inordinate delays, prioritizing walk-ins over patients with appointments, employees / friends??? cutting the line (Go Gators!), servicing patients an hour late for their appointments I didn't even get to the techs this time. They are just too cool for school. Receptionist was not friendly or flexible. It you can go somewhere else, you probably should. They don't need your business...and I don't need them as a "partner".

The front desk was wonderful-- I needed a CT scan, the tech took me back and told me to drink water and come back seven hours after my appointment time. (Because she couldn't find a vein) And not eat (I had to fast). So my 9:45 appointment turned out to be 3pm. She should have known she lacked the skills, as I do have small veins, instead of making me wait around, not eat, and then go back to get poked so many times all in vain!
