I was referred and went there myself and enjoyed the entire experience so much that I refer anybody that I know is pregnant to go. Odaisha has great bedside manors and does an amazing job catching the full features of baby and allows family members to engage in such a memorable amazing moment! Everyone I have referred LOVES their visit just as much as I loved mine! I know exactly what baby looked like even before the baby was born. How AMAZING to be able to have baby's 1st photo, I would recommend Ispy Babies to anyone who is with baby and wants to enjoy a friendly, loving, family atmosphere for babies first photo's.

When I was four months pregnant my husband and I desperately wanted to know the sex of my baby, as I was really wanting a girl as I already have a 5 year old son. I booked an appointment with ISPY because my doctors office did not allow visitors bc of COVID which was very depressing and also My doctor did not want to tell me the sex of my baby until 20 weeks, (ISPY confirmed at 16 weeks) being able to have my family with me and to share that experience with my husband was important to me, so when I stumbled across ISPY I was thrilled! Booking was very easy and straight to the point Upon arriving to the location, she provided me with a momista which a drink that gets the baby moving to be able to get the best imaging ; my baby was moving so much she got some amazing shots, and she PRINTED THEM OUT! (Which is a big deal as due to COVID, my doctor did not provide) she also provided me with a frame and goodie bag on every appointment. - the location was SUPER easy to find and very beautiful and spacious. The aura of the space felt very welcoming, safe and non- judge mental which has a lot to do with the Owner Daisha. Her Spirt is so bright and genuine I felt like I could talk to her about anything and trust me I did Daisha really makes you feel so safe, I would tell her everything as if I'd known her my entire life she definitely has a way of creating a safe space for you to feel you can talk about anything and I think that is needed because when woman are pregnant our emotions are so HIGH, and sometimes out of wack - with little support during my pregnancy I felt she was my support system whenever I was feeling discouraged like I couldn't handle two kids or my life is in shambles I'd book an appointment to see my baby face and she was always there to remind me that I could do this, and that my baby was lucky to get me as a mom - which really kept me going at the time bc I was so full with doubt. Also, I have anxiety so anytime I felt something wasn't right with the baby or just concerned I'd text Daisha and she would ease my mind ; but I'm so crazy I'd still book an appointment which she always did (even last minute) and I'm so thankful for that! Lastly, when I say I booked every single service available I'm not lying so I'll review them all. Ultrasounds - I'd say these ultrasounds are the best in the world, I was able to see my babies face and all his features from 16weeks until 38 weeks - she provided me with PRINTED PHOTOS with a cute frame (that's amazing because my doctor would not bc of covid ) my baby looks EXACTLY like the photos it's insane! She definitely has a gift for capturing your baby! Belly casting - This experience was very fun for me, I didn't do it with my first child so wanted to do it with my second; it was very fun, listening to music talking her ear off about my raging hormones and emotions and get my belly cast was fun she also offers services if you want to paint the cast or decorate it to your liking which is also very unique. Massages - OMG if the massages are to die for, I literally got one every single week and now months postpartum I still go every week that's how amazing they are! You're missing out if you don't book a massage, Chanel was my therapist and those hands are GIFTED!!!! High Risk Pregnancy; So high risk pregnancy happen more than you think and my sister happen to fall right into that category; we are very close so it's not a coincidence that we got pregnant at the same time. My sister doctor would not see my sister because she was high risk pregnancy so we contacted Daisha and she explained to us what that meant, and how to navigate and provided ultrasounds to my sister that were even better than the OBGYN. ISPY also offers the service of Sneekpeek which draws your blood to provide the sex of the baby; which my sister did and TMI we are both having BOYS! In closing, now two months later my baby is here and I feel much better mentally and I'd like to think apart of that was with the help of ISPY - it's not only a place to obtain ultersounds it's a safe haven for woman to enjoy pregnancy. Long story short ; book with ISPY you won't regret it

I have now been to Baby Scene with Sarah about 5 times throughout my pregnancy for prenatal…read moremassages, and let me preface this by saying that I get a lot of massages and am very picky about them. Since moving to Tampa, I've tried at least 3-4 highly rated places and specifically sought out prenatal massages around town. While some have been good, Sarah is truly another level. Somehow, every massage with her gets better. She is incredibly kind and personable, but beyond that, she is exceptionally trained and talented. She finds knots and areas of tension I had completely forgotten were there. She listens closely to your feedback, gets to know your body over time, and adjusts her technique accordingly. She genuinely misses nothing. I had my 39-week prenatal massage with her last week and literally came back TODAY, on my due date, because I didn't want to go anywhere else! I personally prefer a stronger, deeper-tissue massage, and Sarah delivers that exceptionally while staying completely within the appropriate safety boundaries of pregnancy. But if you prefer something gentler, she is equally attentive and will adjust to exactly what you need. And if you don't mind essential oils and fragrance, the lotions and oils she uses are incredible. I work in a highly specialized field of medicine, so I'm always especially impressed when I encounter someone who is so knowledgeable, well-trained, talented, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Sarah clearly cares about both her work and her clients, and it shows. I'll absolutely be coming back for postpartum massages -- and I'm already planning to bring my mom and husband as well! If you're looking for a prenatal or postpartum massage in Tampa, you really need to see Sarah at Baby Scene. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

I had to reschedule for the Palm Harbor location a week later. When I arrived, the front desk insisted I had the wrong date and time--until I showed them their own confirmation text and they suddenly realized they had double-booked the machine. No apology. After the test they said the CD with my images would take 3-5 minutes. I waited over 15 minutes only to be told the employee went to lunch and probably forgot. Three days later my sister tried to pick it up (her name was already left there) and the staff refused to listen--even though the CD was literally sitting at the desk with her name on it. Completely disorganized and terrible customer service. I can only hope the technicians performing the scans are more competent than the front desk staff. The irony is that they have a memo on the front desk window reminding patients to be respectful because it's a healthcare facility--maybe the staff should read it too.

When I spoke to manager she claimed this was a promotion that expired. I explained that was not relayed to me when I scheduled my appt, she said this was out of her hands and it would be a corporate decision. They wouldn't do the mammogram unless I paid that price and I had no choice but to pay it. I called corporate as soon as this was done to inquire about what they can do and they said that's up to the manager on location. I knew at that point that I was being given the run around. In short I will not use Akumin ever again. They are good for nothing!

Rodney is super good at what he does and he goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe! With having MS (Multiple Sclerosis), Cervical/Spinal Disc Degeneration, Diabetes and Vein Degeneration, I've had many, many of my veins "blown out" from having blood tests, contrast imaging and other tests, having to be stuck time and time again. To now where it's practically impossible for me to have anything done that requires a needle into the veins and only be stuck once, usually by the time it gets to the 3rd time, I'm in tears and so upset I end up leaving. So you can see why I have a fear of needles. I've had at least 20 or more contrast images done on various parts of my body by Mr. Rodney and I can say without a doubt there's only been 3 times he's had to stick me twice! Most of the time I don't even feel it and for me that's a big deal. He's very gentle, professional, answers any question(s) you have and goes above and beyond his job to make you feel comfortable! I live near the Seffner area and will take the extra time and miles just to go to the Simonmed Imaging Macdill office not only because of Mr. Rodney but also the friendliness of the other staff too. So Thank you Simonmed Imaging! I will not go anywhere else!! Thank You, Rodney for all you do for your patients!

My doctor explicitly sent TWO separate orders: one for a DEXA Bone Density scan and one for a Total Body Composition (TBC) DEXA scan. To ensure everything went smoothly, I called SimonMed three separate times before my appointment to confirm both tests were on the schedule. When I arrived, I verified it face-to-face with the technician, who explicitly told me "YES, we are doing both today." Instead, they only performed the bone density scan and completely skipped the Total Body Composition scan. When I called today to get this resolved, the staff literally hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. When I finally reached a manager, she confirmed that my doctor did indeed send both orders, but then told me I need to "call my doctor to see what she wants to do." This makes absolutely no sense. My doctor already told you what to do when she sent the order! SimonMed simply failed to execute it. I did everything right as a patient, and SimonMed failed at every level--from scheduling to clinical execution to basic phone customer service. Do not trust them with multi-part orders.See less

I have dense tissue that can obscure growths in mammograms, so I felt interested in doing this ultrasound. In early January I scheduled an appointment for one of their sonographers to do an ultrasound for me in March. The exact location was communicated to me later, and it was a hotel's meeting room. The cost would be about $300, which I would pay with an HSA, credit, or debit card at the time of service. On the day of my appointment, HerScan emailed me four forms for me to complete online. When I arrived at the hotel's meeting room, the sonographer started the appointment on time. She had experience working in hospitals, and she interacted very nicely and professionally with me. I am a Registered Nurse, and from what I know, she seemed to perform the ultrasound correctly. Eight days later, HerScan emailed the results to me. The results said that I was Category 4, the highest category, because they found abnormalities of cysts and a lymph node without a fatty hilum. They recommended a follow-up mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy. the results did say, "In most cases, follow-up imaging does not result in a cancer diagnosis." I shared these results with my OBGYN provider, and she told me to schedule the diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. I asked HerScan to electronically send the images to my chosen imaging facility, and they promptly did so through PowerShare software. Almost two months later, my chosen sonographer and radiologist did my diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. The radiologist said that I have many cysts and slightly enlarged lymph nodes (NOT without a fatty hilum) that are likely benign and that I should return for another ultrasound in six months. Now I have peace of mind.

The radiologist who reviewed the HerScan report during my follow-up said he couldn't determine what HerScan had seen because they didn't provide details and the single image did not identify anything specific. They recreated the HerScan image and all around the area and said there was absolutely nothing there. I work in women's healthcare and will never recommend HerScan.
