The office was very easy to find and also accessible for use with my wheelchair. The Staff is over the top professional and very personable. They took they're time and allowed us to really enjoy the process. As pregnancy can go, you obviously want to see what your baby looks like and how they're growing and moving. We were able to visit Sweet Peeks and we absolutely loved it. Jessica was so great and was able to give my wife and our in laws peace of mind and a clear view of what our baby girl looks like. I was offered a re do scan because of how poor quality my images were but was told i was unable to come on a Saturday which is my only day off / the day of my appointment for a reason. When I was four months pregnant my husband and I desperately wanted to know the sex of my baby, as I was really wanting a girl as I already have a 5 year old son. I booked an appointment with ISPY because my doctors office did not allow visitors bc of COVID which was very depressing and also My doctor did not want to tell me the sex of my baby until 20 weeks, (ISPY confirmed at 16 weeks) being able to have my family with me and to share that experience with my husband was important to me, so when I stumbled across ISPY I was thrilled! Booking was very easy and straight to the point Upon arriving to the location, she provided me with a momista which a drink that gets the baby moving to be able to get the best imaging ; my baby was moving so much she got some amazing shots, and she PRINTED THEM OUT! (Which is a big deal as due to COVID, my doctor did not provide) she also provided me with a frame and goodie bag on every appointment. - the location was SUPER easy to find and very beautiful and spacious. The aura of the space felt very welcoming, safe and non- judge mental which has a lot to do with the Owner Daisha. Her Spirt is so bright and genuine I felt like I could talk to her about anything and trust me I did Daisha really makes you feel so safe, I would tell her everything as if I'd known her my entire life she definitely has a way of creating a safe space for you to feel you can talk about anything and I think that is needed because when woman are pregnant our emotions are so HIGH, and sometimes out of wack - with little support during my pregnancy I felt she was my support system whenever I was feeling discouraged like I couldn't handle two kids or my life is in shambles I'd book an appointment to see my baby face and she was always there to remind me that I could do this, and that my baby was lucky to get me as a mom - which really kept me going at the time bc I was so full with doubt. Also, I have anxiety so anytime I felt something wasn't right with the baby or just concerned I'd text Daisha and she would ease my mind ; but I'm so crazy I'd still book an appointment which she always did (even last minute) and I'm so thankful for that! Lastly, when I say I booked every single service available I'm not lying so I'll review them all. Ultrasounds - I'd say these ultrasounds are the best in the world, I was able to see my babies face and all his features from 16weeks until 38 weeks - she provided me with PRINTED PHOTOS with a cute frame (that's amazing because my doctor would not bc of covid ) my baby looks EXACTLY like the photos it's insane! She definitely has a gift for capturing your baby! Belly casting - This experience was very fun for me, I didn't do it with my first child so wanted to do it with my second; it was very fun, listening to music talking her ear off about my raging hormones and emotions and get my belly cast was fun she also offers services if you want to paint the cast or decorate it to your liking which is also very unique. Massages - OMG if the massages are to die for, I literally got one every single week and now months postpartum I still go every week that's how amazing they are! You're missing out if you don't book a massage, Chanel was my therapist and those hands are GIFTED!!!! High Risk Pregnancy; So high risk pregnancy happen more than you think and my sister happen to fall right into that category; we are very close so it's not a coincidence that we got pregnant at the same time. My sister doctor would not see my sister because she was high risk pregnancy so we contacted Daisha and she explained to us what that meant, and how to navigate and provided ultrasounds to my sister that were even better than the OBGYN. ISPY also offers the service of Sneekpeek which draws your blood to provide the sex of the baby; which my sister did and TMI we are both having BOYS! In closing, now two months later my baby is here and I feel much better mentally and I'd like to think apart of that was with the help of ISPY - it's not only a place to obtain ultersounds it's a safe haven for woman to enjoy pregnancy. I was originally supposed to have my imaging done in the Dr. Phillips office but was called two…read moredays prior to the appointment and told that their MRI machine was being refurbished. There were only two other locations in Orlando that have the equipment that can do the breast MRI that was required. One in downtown Orlando area and one in Winter Park. I chose the Winter Park one because they had an immediate availability on the same day, I was supposed to have the original one. I was the last appointment of the day which means my appointment wasn't until 430. I arrived a half hour ahead of time as directed to complete any paperwork. I had already completed my paperwork online so I only had two small forms I need to fill out when I arrived. After waiting in the front waiting room for a half hour I was called back to get into my gown and then sat in a sub waiting room for another half hour in the gown. When I was finally called back the young lady who was in charge of doing the MRI. was clearly in a hurry just to get done with her day. She immediately started just telling me what to do and when I stopped her and said this is my first MRI I need you to walk me through what's gonna happen she looked at me like I was asking too much of her. There definitely was not any bedside manner to this experience. It also shocked me that while someone else was in the mri machine she had stoped away from the room to get me and set me up - leaving no one in the room with the MRI machine. What if something were to have happened? After she got me all set up on the machine and explained everything that's gonna happen I completed the MRI. After the scan was done She said oh I need you to sign this paper. Well that paper was the consent to have the contrast solution injected into me. Pretty sure that should've been given to me ahead of time, especially given the fact that it states that there could be a severe reaction, not excluding death from the contrast solution. While this could be in a rare cases, paperwork for the consent to have that done, should've been done prior to me going into the scan. I also question the cleanliness/sanitation of this establishment. When I came home the next day I immediately woke up with a sore throat. And the following day had a full-blown head cold going on.

He spoke to me in perfect English with no accent and said he only speaks Spanish but that's not a problem because me and my mom are both Spanish speakers and now the guy looks scared. In my initial review I gave them the benefit of the doubt becuase the doctor herself was truly excellent. But her staff is so unprofessional that I won't be returning as a patient. They truly ruin what otherwise may have been a good experience. In the month since becoming a patient at this practice I have needed to once them exactly 4 times. Once to make an appointment. This took 7 calls & voicemails & my doing an online appointment request (which they subsequently lost). Not once did I recieve a call back. The second time was when I was running late to my appointment after a truck blocked a one way road. Called twice. No answer. The third was when I needed to change my BC. That took four phone calls and I was told I had to call them to remind them to do it (I'm sorry I have to remind you to do a basic function of your job? In 2026?). This brings us to this most recent attempt to contact them - when I called back 3 weeks later to remind them about my medication change. I called 8 times. Left voicemails. Not a single call back. On the morning I was set to start my new round of medication it still had not been called in. So I tried emailing them at the only email address I have for them-the front desk. So I get in my car to drive to their office & ask them to person and they finally call(thanks email). And they had the audacity to try to ignore the whole situation. No apologies. No accountability. When I got what I feel was understandably angry (at this point I have l called them close to 20 times and which feel like I am having to harass them to do basic functions of their job) so I asked to speak to her manager. She puts me on hold and then comes back to say she's not available and hangs up on me. The kicker, she did not confirm my pharmacy so I had to still go in person to get my medication sent in. Now I'm furious, but I know I can't be furious in person. It will not help me or anyone else there in their waiting room. So when I arrive, I very calmly, quietly, (so as to not upset the pregnant women in the waiting room because this isn't their fault or problem) ask to speak to the office manager. I also give them the pharmacy so that it can be called in. I wait around for 20th min only to be told she is in a meeting and then is going to lunch. She could not daine to give me 5 min of her time. They then add insult to injury and say "she will call you" why if you can't be bothered to call me about making an appointment, or my calling in my medication would I believe that someone would call for me to air a complaint? Truly? To my actual shock, they did call. The office manager whose name is Paige, called at the end of the day (she waited until the end of business). I went through the reasons for my outrage. I preface my start by asking her to not interrupt me until I had gotten through it all & I asked for her to put herself in my shoes. If she did, I asked how she would feel had she been treated with such disregard as her staff has now routinely shown me. She made no attempt to empathize or take any accountability. The "apology" she offered was "I'm sorry you feel that way" which basic psychologically & customer service 101 tells us is not an apology but a deflection tactic. (That's not my opinion that is fact-you can literally google this & I did. See my screenshot) When I pointed this out she just repeated herself. She also tried to suggest what I was somehow calling from a different number and that's why they weren't calling me back...? What? Like what a truly bizarre attempt to cover your mess up (& before you ask no-I have one phone) Zero accountability. Zero integrity. She made an already unprofessional & egregious situation so much worse. I wasn't even after an apology. I wanted to know why they can't be bothered to call people back or call in medication & how they wood be fixing that issue for their patients going forward because this is not reasonable. But nope... The worst part is I will have to do this song and dance AGAIN in 3 weeks when I have to change my medication again per my insurance. I am considering contacting the state medical board about it. While it is a staffing issue rather than a medical issue they should be aware of the egregious situations allowed to go on at this office. Just imagine if I was a hormonal pregnant woman or someone actually dealing with a distress in my pregnancy and I couldn't get my doctors staff to call me back without harassing them with repeated calls & voicemails or I physically show up in their office, they then try to gaslight me into thinking I am the problem. Completely unacceptable & unprofessional. Stay away. STAY SO SO FAR AWAY. I have never experienced such poor customer service and disrespect from a medical staff across the board in my life.
