When we arrived they had us take off our shoes and gave us sandals to use, we also selected scents for the rooms and our tea preference. While the space is too small for couples massages, we were able to go in the steam together and after we went into a room to drink our water/tea and relax ahead of the massage. Once they took us into the room the music was relaxing and they did a great job to ask where to focus and check in to make sure the pressure wasn't too much/too little. I had A LOT of tension in my back. While she was working on some problem areas I asked some questions about why it might be so tense/painful and it definitely was a mix of working out the pain to feel relief. The big takeaway was that I shouldn't go years between massages. After the massage we went back to the relaxation room and drank more water before heading out to pay. There were just a few things that made it more of an OK experience for me. First thing is that they have a sign to "request to see the price menu". It's not like the pedicure was extremely expensive or anything, I just think that folks should be able to know beforehand what the service they are receiving costs. The other thing is that they had asked multiple times if we wanted to get manicures. I didn't mind the first time, but after declining multiple times it got awkward.

I met Noe almost 10 years ago when she first started her business in the South Bay. I was desperate to find a masseuse as I had an awful, head pounding debilitating migraine that would not go away for days. I found Noe on Yelp and she was able to take me in right away. Noe is a miracle worker, after one hour of massage, the migraine completely went away and I walked out feeling normal again. I have gone to her for a massage ever since then. After a few years, I decided to try her facial too. I would go whenever I can but as soon as when I am able to afford a facial monthly, I made it a monthly routine. I followed her to the many locations she moved to in the past 10 years. There were times I tried other services because they were closer, but always end up regretting it. So I'm going to be loyal client for life! Noe has always been keen on researching and adding services that provide the best results. When she started to provide Qi treatment, I tried it and saw a difference it made on my face. I feel lifted, plumped and hydrated with less fine lines. It also lightened my dark spots! The last thing I have to add is, everything she offers in her shop is carefully curated. I love the Eminence Organics skin care she carries. They use pure, natural ingredients that is potent without chemicals. It absorbs fast and it works. She was very friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. I was placed in a large, leather reclining chair that was clean and comfortable. To my surprise, I was offered a variety of beverages and decided on a sweetened matcha! That was a nice, small touch. About half way through, I knew I was feeling much more hydrated as I was fidgeting waiting for a chance to use the bathroom. She also checked some vital signs pre-IV, after the first 500mL's, and again at the conclusion-I was happy to see my heart rate come down after the second 500mL's was infused . IV hydration was done in about an hour and I left feeling refreshed and hydrated! 10/10 and highly recommend! I definitely will plan to add this to my post travel routine.
