I went on a Thursday and she wasn't there for some reason, wasn't told the schedule and came back Friday...she wasn't there. By this time I was a little peeved. I called today to make an appointment and was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on. I called back and placed on hold again...5 minutes and I was hung up on AGAIN. I am officially done and over that place! Customer service is hit or miss there. Their products aren't any cheaper than going to Macy's and buying them. They are more convenient, but the fact that they can't get their act together makes that irrelevant.

So she rightfully got up and left. Who wants to pay for something they didn't ask for? But it gets worse. The owner chased my mom outside, recorded her, and called the police over a disagreement about poor-quality nails that she STILL paid for. Yes, paid. And instead of understanding her side, the police sided with the business and handed her a fine and community service. This place doesn't care about customer satisfaction they care about money, control, and intimidation. If you value being treated with respect and decency, don't go here. What happened to my mom was unjust and embarrassing, and no paying customer deserves that kind of treatment.

But the customer service at the desk and floor have always been helpful. They always greet me with a smile when I enter and I also appreciate how diverse the staff is. They can get busy especially around the holidays, but they always go through the customers pretty quickly and efficiently. I love how bright and open the space is. There's a lot of color in the displays and they have a huge variety of products. Pretty much anything you need for makeup and skin is located here. Their credit card program is great and there's lots of rewards you can get. I recently brought my toddlers and they loved looking around at everything with me. I also didn't feel judged by the staff for bringing small kids to the shop. It's hard to get out with small kids these days, but friendly staff definitely make it a bit easier. :)
