There was also zero explanation about the treatment itself: no mention of wavelengths, benefits, or why this type of light is used. My mom had a similar experience with her leg compression add-on. The staff repeatedly asked her, "Are you feeling better?" as if she had come in feeling unwell, which made the whole interaction awkward rather than relaxing. Even small moments felt off. In the lounge, we were offered something to drink and asked for tea. The staff handed us cups without saying what kind it was. Not a huge deal, but details like that matter in a spa environment. The one bright spot of the visit was the facial itself. Once I was finally in the hands of my esthetician, I felt taken care of. My Signature Facelift facial ($168) was relaxing, professional, and genuinely enjoyable.
