I love everything at this Medi Spa except for the request for tipping. I've been going to Medi Spas for 25 years and just a couple of places in Tucson have begun requesting tips. Ugh! I hate the pressure I feel for tipping and it makes me not want to go to Greenspring anymore. What makes it worse there's always a turnover so you never know who you're going to get for the next procedure and not everyone is great. But I still feel obligated. The woman that did my injections needs a lot more training!! It's been about 3 weeks since I had juvederm and botox injections. Some of the juvederm injections were shallow and left lumps on my face. Another injection was so deep, I had a bruise the size of a dime on my face for almost 2 weeks. Areas of my cheeks are still painful!! I have NEVER had this experience in all my years of getting injections!! Had to massage my face for a week in order to fix the uneven injections. What a waste ! read more

This review is not about services provided at Greenspring Rejuvenation but the lack of clarity regarding their Groupon. I used a Groupon for Juvederm over a year ago and purchased another recently to use at a different location. According to the listing it stated "Limit 2 per person(s), may buy 2 additional as gift(s). Limit 2 per treatment per customer." When I was in contact with Greenspring about making an appointment I spoke to a person named LeeAnn who told me I was already in their system and because I had already used a Groupon at Greenspring, I was ineligible to use another as "they are for first time client only". I let LeeAnn know that it was not made clear on the "Things you should know" section for the Groupon listing. She responded and said the limit of 2 per treatment per customer is in reference to up to two syringes at the time of your first visit. However, this was not clearly stated on the Groupon and because of this I feel they should have honored it. They are not fans of Groupon so just beware before purchasing one that it will be a headache if you purchase more than one. Unfortunately, as much as I've wanted to love this place I've had the worst experience with Greenspring from the very beginning. I bought a Groupon for $300 for 2 IPL treatments. I made my first appointment, letting them know I had a Groupon & that I wanted treatment for my rosacea. I went in for my first appointment & they let me know my Groupon didn't work on what I needed, I needed a different "more expensive" laser. Not ideal but fine, I trust their judgment and skill and I still wanted the procedure so I bought a 3 pack for $700. They were supposed to reach out to Groupon to cancel it on their end so I would get a full refund. I had to call and remind them 3 times. Finally got "refunded" but only as Groupon bucks, which will never be used. Fast forward to my first treatment. It was fine, the woman was nice but results were minimal. I know it takes several treatments so I wasn't deterred, just her. I Scheduled my second appointment for 4 weeks later, took a half day off of work to get in before they closed. Got there on the day of my appointment and they had double booked the slot & she said "didn't someone call to let you know?" No. They hadn't. Very frustrating and the woman at the desk did not take any responsibility - made it seem like it was my fault for showing up. I rescheduled for 2 weeks later (their first availability.) Took the afternoon off from work, again. That morning, 2 hours before the appointment they called to let me know the IPL machine was down and would be for the foreseeability future. Finally was able to schedule my second appointment 12 weeks after my first. My appointment went fine, although I left with quite a burn on my cheek. Lisa was great and got me in right away to check on the burn and I healed up okay, but whatever my second treatment was wasn't ANYTHING like the first. Lisa was the best part of this whole debacle. Schedule my 3rd appointment for 3 weeks later. The morning before my appt I got a call letting me know "the machine had been double booked so you need to reschedule" AGAIN. At this point my frustration is through the roof. Why do I need to reschedule? Why can't the other person reschedule and WHY is the machine double booked?! I called and spoke with a manager about just giving me a refund. She was supposed to give my information to whoever was above her since she is not allowed to issue refunds. This was 3+ weeks ago. Since then I left 2 more messages and still have not heard back. As much as I wanted to love this business, their business practices have been subpar. I hope maybe someone will reach out to me so I can get this settled. And I sure hope whoever is reading this has better luck than I do read more

Today marked my first time at Greenspring Rejuvenation and I must say, I was impressed with the quality of care and service I received from the beginning. After calling to make an appointment, I was asked to arrive early my first visit and to please wear a mask. When I arrived, I was glad to see social distancing guidelines in place, a pictograph, and even tissues to pull the door open. I was immediately greeted when I arrived, the receptionists sit behind plexiglass and they promptly gave me the paperwork I had arrived early for and guided me to the waiting room. (Even providing me with a pen cleaned with disinfectant and taking my temperature.) In the waiting room, I found myself comfortably spaced out from other people and the wait itself was a few minutes. They called me back so quickly that I actually finished my patient paperwork in the patient room. The place was spotless and the staff was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Everyone wore masks and the procedure that I was there for went smoothly. I left without any questions, feeling at ease, but not forgetting to stop and make my next appointment the counter. My first experience here definitely will not be my last and I sincerely appreciate the level of care and compassion. read more

Krystal to me is just the best there is, she is hip to the new trend with lip fillers, shaping and she is just simply magical. I am a regular at Greenspring Oasis, but recently trekked up to Rejuvenation to get some Botox since Oasis is temporarily closed with the COVID-19 crisis. Lovely location, all areas were clean and pristine. The entire staff I encountered were taking every precaution to ensure safety and wellness yet still providing services. It was nice to do something "normal" given the global pandemic. I generally go in about every 3 months to get my 11 lines done. Great experience after a reputable source convinced me to try this place and Botox instead of the usual Dysport I usually would get from another place. Before committing to an appointment I tried creams, facial massage, masks galore & massive amount of water. Didn't work. Old 11 was still hanging on strong... apparently my glabellar is profound! I did 20 units in that area, 5 units above each brow and 10 units into each masseter muscle (jaw... for grinding & lock jaw) and I'm happy with results. It took about 5 days to see real results and I couldn't be happier. Total with $129 Groupon was $248 total. After Botox, it's important to NOT exercise, bend over or lie down all day. You should remain upright and avoid rubbing or massaging the injection sites for several hours after treatment. This helps prevent the toxin from spreading to other muscles. They say four hours, but I waited all day. It is said to last three to four months... so we'll see. If you've never gotten anything done before this is how it feels: The injection may cause you to feel pain, similar to a bug bite or prick. Being new to the area I purchased the Groupon for 20 units of Botox to try out for my tension headaches, since I work from a computer all day. The front desk staff was very nice and had me fill General paperwork, and then had me sit in the lobby area to wait for my appointment. Once back at my appointment, Kim came in and was extremely professional and nice. She answered all my questions in regards to the treatment, and was very personable and real in my expectations and goals. I loved her soft and natural touch, I am still able to slightly move my 11's, but not to the point that I don't look normal. This soft natural touch makes it so my four head doesn't wrinkle, yet I don't look like I lack emotion. I did experience slight tenderness in the area afterwards, but that is partly due to my tight muscles ( which she educated me on since the needle made a crunching noise). The treatment took less than 10 min and I wanted to wait the full two weeks to write this review. My headaches have decreased by 80% from the treatment and I must say I'll be coming back. I'm very disappointed in Kybella I was told that at 3 treatments I'd see a difference but I did not notice anything. I came to find out that I could've done Sculpsure for less and used Kybella for any fat remaining. Why wasn't I informed of this in the beginning. I feel a better examination should've been done to benefit patient not the pockets of the doctor. 4/27/2019: So on my Google review Greenspring replys as if everything is resolved and I'm happy. NOT! Months later and I've still had no resolve to my issue besides a follow up appointment with a bunch of empty promises that Dr Cadoux has not fulfilled. I have several emails requesting my medical records and a full refund as I went directly to Allergan. They have given me the run around and have ignored me. Beware! Did not have a good experience here. Had Botox, it did NOT work, at all. Went in couple weeks later, and was told, I just needed more. I say, if the first round didn't work, why would I spend more money for the same thing to happen. I asked for some refund, or something as compensation. Nothing. The DR. (some lady), was unyielding, and had a TOO bad sort of attitude. If it were my business, and someone had a negative experience, I would refund the money. Looking for that fountain of youth, my journey put me on the path to Greensprings via our good friend, Groupon. I was after Botox, that magical serum that changes my "11" from some kind of sick and twisted origami to the still, smooth water of a pond in a Japanese garden. I was indoctrinated in to the world of false prophets a few months prior when I had my first Botox treatment at another facility and was in love. So when I saw the Groupon for Greensprings, I naturally snatched it up. Making the appointment was really easy and done online. I loved how easy they made it! When I arrived the girls at the reception desk greeted me in a friendly manner, checked me in and asked me to wait in the waiting room. In just a matter of a few minutes, Lois came to get me and bring me back to the procedure room. Lois was very nice and I felt her experience and knowledge as she was speaking to me. I told her my main area of concern is the dreaded "11" between my brows, the thing I'm always looking at in my rear-view mirror, the thing I try to diminish by pulling my eyebrows back. I also mentioned that I'm not particularly fond of the lines of my forehead but was most concerned with the aforementioned "11". Lois iced the areas and began her injections in the "11" area. It didn't hurt at all; she was gentle with the needle. Push that bacterial toxin botulin in, baby! Push it in! She then started to inject my forehead which really surprised me since I didn't think there would be enough to properly treat my "11" AND my forehead. Oh well, I was sure she knew what she was doing. I left happy but my excitement and happiness wore off rather quickly as I didn't see the results I wanted. I know it takes days for the Botox to reach its full effect but the first time I had Botox I was squealing with delight in my bathroom mirror the same night that I received the injections. So several days, several weeks and now more than 45 days out and all I see are the lines between my eyebrows. And I've got a little of the eyelid droop goin' on that is always a risk with Botox. I'm disappointed that despite me explaining my main area of concern, it was treated fairly lightly and the remaining stuff in the syringe was put in other places. I know Lois thought she was doing me a favor by spreading it out but it wasn't what I wanted and I wish she had properly treated my area of concern. When I checked in with the receptionist I gave her my Brilliant Distinction account number so they could add the points from the Botox treatment to my account but it took 2 follow up calls from me to actually make that happen. I'm actually glad I tried Greensprings so I can have something to compare to. I'll stick with my other place. read more

I wondered off a few times and experienced leaving spas with having seen absolutely no results. The product was not opened in front of me. I only have words of appreciation for Greenspring Spa, Skyline location. I've dealt mostly with Karla and Chelsea at the front desk, who are a delight to work with. From setting up appointments, to explaining difference between products, product recommendations and best guidelines after various procedures, these ladies are professional and knowledgeable, but also have great personalities and are very friendly. Nurses are also a friendly group, experienced and patient (Kim is my favorite). I should also mention that, due to Covid-19 everything is spotless, hand-sanitized and everyone wears masks, so I do feel safe in this spa. Last but not least, Dr. Cadoux is the ARTIST. He can just look at you, and knows how many fillers you need to improve whatever you want. His hands are magically light yet sturdy, so your face in his hands is not only a canvas for his experience, but definitely a brand new creation. I should also mention I received Juvederm fillers by him, and Botox by one of his techs, Lisa, who also did a great job as well. But the spa offers so many other products and services, ask and you'll be for sure helped. I should also mention that I am one of those people who just the thought of needles gives me reason to cringe, BUT not when those needles are in Dr. Cadoux hands; no fear there! I got both botox around my eyes here, 20 units, that wore off in less than two months. The low prices drew me in, but their skill, even the doctor, doesn't seem to be where it needs to be. I got my lips done and the doctor hit a vein or something because I have severe bruising, which is a tell tale sign of poor technique. Some bruising is normal, but my lips have never bruised this bad before. He knew right away he had done something because, he said "oh that's going to bruise. I needed botox at the time, but I knew not to get it here again, so I made an appointment with Tucson cosmetics, amazing place, doctor is knowledgeable, my mind was absolutely blown by how different the experience was. At green spring they don't really chat with you too much and the staff is barely friendly with awkward feeling interactions. At Tucson cosmetics bot the staff and doctor talked to me for about 30 minutes about my goals and future goals and I learned so much! The doctor even looked at the bruising and extreme swelling on my lips that were done from Greensping and prescribed me a low dose of steroids and told me in detail what to do and what not to do. It's worth the little bit of extra money, not even that much extra, to be seen by a true expert like Dr Rubani at Tucson Cosmetics. I would never let Greenspring touch me again. read more

I picked Greenspring and Dr Cadoux at random from their impressive advertising, as I had never had cosmetic surgery. I was very specific as to the areas of my face that troubled me: upper lip lines and "jowls" on either side of my mouth. I thought this was a consultation, but he began my treatment (filler, I assume) immediately, injecting the area below the corners of my lower lips. After the injection, he pushed the filler up into my cheekbones and never got close to the areas of my concern. With every little bit of pushing, he stopped and asked whether I wanted to continue. He told me it would be another $1,000, which would save me money and discomfort because my face was already numb and it would cost less than coming in again at a later time. By the time I finally said "no more" I was out $4,000. I had had no treatment in my two areas of concern, and I was left with a hard pea-sized knot between my lip and chin, which took months to go away. The final insult was when I picked up their brochure on the way out: They offer treatment on a sliding cost scale based on the complexity of the treatment and the skill/education of the technician, with Dr Cadoux of course being at the highest cost and another three levels below for less complicated treatment. I was never told about this, and Dr Cadoux went ahead and did what should have been quite a simple procedure, at the highest cost. I felt scammed. I didn't know what questions to ask and got no treatment of my two areas of concern. Stay away, or at least ask lots of questions and demand honest answers and commitments. This was some years ago now, but I went in to have filler for the "marionette" lines that went from the ends of my smile down the sides of my lower jaw, making my resting face look like I was really sad all the time. He gave me a price quote for the estimated number of syringes it would take for the lines but ended up not going anywhere near that area for session after session, ultimately costing me almost 3 times the original quote. He did my cheeks. He did my jawline. He did the furrow between my brows. I kept going back because I was feeling overwhelmed with a really painful, debilitating health problem that had been going on for months, and didn't have the spoons to start all over to try to find someone else to do the work with a product that I could tolerate with all my sensitivities and allergies, besides not wanting to just walk away after already spending so much money and him not doing the requested area yet. Admittedly, my face mostly looked much better when he was done, but I had a fat upper lip for so long afterwards (MANY months) that people would come up and ask me if I had been stung by a bee or something and did I need some medication, and the way the whole thing went down around not doing what I'd come in for until almost *$18,000* later left me with some very negative feelings about the whole experience. Part of it too, I think, was that he was just so nice I was kind of... hypnotized into letting him do whatever instead of standing my ground, and I was way less assertive back then than I am now. read more

I am still waiting to see results from my Botox injection from one week ago. They said to give it 2 weeks for full results. I think it's starting to work on my right side, but not so much yet on my left (vertical brow/frown lines). My sister has gone there for several years and swears by them, so I'm giving it more time.
