Another tip: Use the restroom before undressing on the table. Without giving anything away or take away from your experience, it was so relaxing and serene. The soft instrumental music playing in the background, breathing in the lavender, the additional neck and shoulder massage - wow. Booking your appointment via the Vagaro app is easy. You can always call them too if you have any questions. I will definitely be making this my go-to spot for when I need a self-care or "me" day.

She sounded young, difficult to understand, but she asked angrily what my problem was... said she called me 2 years ago & that she had resolved this for me. She did not resolve anything for me, & did not make me feel any better, not then, definitely not now. She wanted to pinpoint when exactly I had my Brazilian waxing done. I wasn't going to be interrogated, harassed, or gaslit. I told her that I've been there more than once, & I don't appreciate her calling to argue with me. I am entitled to an honest review of my experience & my feelings concerning it. She sounded argumentative wanting to argue the exact date & what happened, saying she had video proof. I told her that I've been there more than once, & left the room at different times & there is nothing to argue about. She has never cared about my feelings & experience there. The Brazilian waxing covers a delicate area, you need to trust the place you go to, and this Manager woman just makes the whole experience so much worse for me. I should have never given this place my business in the past, should've stayed at a better sugaring place in Oviedo which was honestly so extremely sweet, kind, caring, & patient. I even bought a nicely scented exfoliant from the previous sugaring place. Less painful overall also because that other place in Oviedo, FL was so much more caring and professional, protecting my dignity & privacy. Spa Bar is not trustworthy, just in MY OPINION, and they continue to disrespect me, harsh on the phone! Really bad energy there, horrible to this day... I don't like being intimidated or gaslit. I am taking another star off, down to 1 star from 2 stars last night. Now she sent me a long text, & the last part of the text is, "After reviewing the actual footage, if you still believe otherwise, then I will forward this to my attorney who will follow up with you regarding your false accusations." My review that I wrote last night: I got a Brazilian wax here, and was very nervous. The young woman was nice and let me talk nervously as I was being waxed. It hurt at times and she couldn't calm me down or make me feel better like a previous place would. It was sort of a cold environment emotionally. I quickly went to the ladies room, and saw a front desk person with her neck pressed up against the wall right where I had been laying listening to my room. I was shocked when I saw her and felt like my privacy had completely been violated. That was completely unfair. I complained to management when a woman called me, and nothing was done. Unprofessional. That was the last time I went there. I had seen high schoolers there getting their hair blown out or put up for a dance.

One day, I finally decided that it was time- time to get my own eyebrows done and time to love my brows. Doing my brows with makeup is such a pain in the ass because the hairs are so thin, and not even. And shaping them is a whole different story. Booking was very easy on her website. It had all the information you need to know prior to the appointment, but also the aftercare. That was nice because I like to do my research beforehand on everything. Walking into the salon in Orlando, Sky introduced herself and went right down to business - she put the numbing cream on me so that she can get started as soon as she could. The appointment lasted more than a couple hours. Sky does not rush her work which I love- she definitely takes pride in what she does. We had great conversation too- the time flew by! She's really easy to talk to which made feel super comfortable. When she was done, I looked in the mirror and was completely wow'ed! I'm so so excited that now I won't have to do my brows again! I do have to go to a follow up appointment in a couple of months- that is when the procedure is considered finished. During the follow up, Sky will be perfecting them after the initial healing is done. I highly recommend her. Save up your money and invest in getting your brows done by Sky. Unfortunately had a bad experience…read more First, I scheduled an appointment for 12:30 on a Sunday for a male cut, and received a call that the stylist I requested was no longer available and they could move the appointment two hours back with another stylist who I was told could achieve the same goal. (Vivionne- I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) I asked for a medium/long haircut and was very specific with what I wanted. I included 3 separate inspiration photos and was very very detailed before the cut began. I told the stylist NOT to touch the back since I liked how it was laying at the moment and I also liked how the sides were laying. Really I just needed volume taken out of the top and sides so it wasn't too heavy. I don't believe I was asking for too much and my requests were relayed back to me and I was told what I wanted could be achieved. She reassured me she would just take off weight and thin it out on the top/sides, and wouldn't touch the back. Well, she trimmed off literally everything I had in the back, and took the sides way too short. Additionally, the line up was WAY too rounded and uneven. The one thing I asked her not to touch/trim length off of, she took INCHES off. It was nothing like the pictures I showed and did not reflect the conversation that was had before at all. Extremely disappointing. It was so far off what I asked for it seemed like she forgot the conversation and inspiration and just did what she wanted. If you can't do the cut I asked for, just say that. The salon was completely empty, and for such a large space this should've been a sign. Will not be back and would definitely not recommend Vivionne unfortunately.

Time and time again when I schedule an appointment and arrive just before or at the time of appointment, she is busy with another client. Either she doesn't communicate with the girls at the front desk, or they just push through and scheduling appointments just don't matter. As an example, let's say I schedule an appointment for 10am. I arrive right at 10am, and as I'm checking in another person is getting sat in her chair. What was the point of me scheduling an appointment? Why does the business even allow scheduling appointments if no one will stick to it? At least inform all the clients that eyebrow threading is on a first come first serve basis, and not by appointment. It's frustrating time and time again. Eyebrow threader does great work, but the scheduling/front desk girls don't do great work in keeping to client appointments.
