After service I go to check out and as I am kindly explaining the situation to another woman at the desk (different from earlier) she cuts me off and says "I'm aware of what happened, we'll see what we can do after speaking with the manager." Her tone was rather off putting and the other young lady from the beginning overheard the conversation and informed her that the manager was going to apply a $20 credit per person for the overall booking; so instead of paying $99 per person, it would instead be $79 per person. While I didn't feel that was sufficient, and the manager never came out to personally acknowledge us, I wasn't in the mood for any back and forth & honestly was just ready to leave. I still tipped Cathy for her service and she was extremely apologetic for the entire experience because even she knew it was out right pathetic. I've been to some of the highest rated spas in the world so this was for certain a one and done for me, but I'm sure someone with lower standards might like it.
