I underwent the procedure with the expectation that the concerns I had would be addressed, but unfortunately, I have seen little to no improvement in the areas that were treated. Because this was a revision procedure, I had hoped for a significant improvement and felt that my concerns and expectations would be carefully considered. Unfortunately, the outcome has been very disappointing, especially after going through another procedure, recovery period, and the associated expense. I understand that no surgical procedure can guarantee a perfect result, but I expected to see a meaningful improvement. At this point, I am left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the overall experience and the lack of results. We were then told we had 45 minutes to choose from 2 other doctors that we never heard of before or cancel the surgery and get a refund. After talking to my wife for a few minutes we decided to cancel the surgery and asked for a refund . We were then escorted back up front and were simply handed a piece of paper ( sticky note ) that only had an email address and we were told we would have to email them for a refund, when I began to ask questions and complain about this they acted like they didn't speak English anymore . My wife then began to search for Dr Loessin on google and found him in Miami Lakes at another company called Harmony Cosmetics, my wife then called there office and made a same day appointment with Dr Loessin. When we arrived and explained our situation to Dr Loessin in person he agreed to perform my wife's surgery the next day . Dr Loessin also explained that he had left CG COSMETICS 3 weeks prior due to reasons that he could not disclose. We then went back to our hotel and emailed CG for a refund since they had lied to us about the doctor resigning that morning and tried to pressure us into having another Dr who we didn't know , perform the surgery, be advised at this time they were in breach of contract as the agreed upon Doctor had left 3 weeks prior and could have told us about it , giving us plenty of time to research another doctor . We also explained that they were going to file complaints with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Florida Board of Medicine as well as file fraud charges with our credit card company . Now CG did respond saying sorry and that they would look into our refund within 30 business days , it has been almost 2 months now and haven't heard anything from them despite several emails demanding our money back due to a breach of contract. These people in my opinion have committed fraud and need to be held accountable! If anyone reads this please reconsider using CG Cosmetics, this has been the worst experience we have ever been through. They are unprofessional and have no morals or integrity. We are still out of pocket thousands of dollars on hotel and airfare that could not be refunded because of CG's deceptive practices. If CG Cosmetics does not issue a full refund due to breach of contract the credit card company assures us that they will take legal action .

The clinic staffs are very busy. Long waiting time in the waiting room even if you have a 9am appointment, you will be seen past 12noon based on experience. Post op nurses here are always on a rush, they also have earbuds on their ears talking spanish non stop and I cannot understand anything. Even if you're in excruciating pain they don't care, as soon as you wake up they want you in a wheelchair and get out even if you ate groggy. The clinic operates very quickly, and at times it can feel like you're just another number being moved through the process. For example, my surgery was scheduled for 1:15 PM, but I didn't go back until 8:35 PM, which felt extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Post-op care was another area that could be improved. I didn't see my surgeon again after the procedure, and the follow-up felt minimal. Since this wasn't my first surgery, I was comfortable navigating recovery on my own--but if this were my first experience, I could see how the lack of guidance would feel overwhelming and even a bit scary. I also wasn't impressed with the post-op massages. They are listed as 30-minute sessions but felt much shorter and rushed. In my opinion, they weren't worth the cost, and similar care could be done at home. That said, I do want to give credit where it's due. Dr. Miller did a phenomenal job. My breast augmentation revision looks very natural and proportionate, which was exactly what I wanted. My Lipo 360 results also turned out really well, and I'm happy with my overall outcome. If you are looking for an affordable option, this clinic may work for you. However, if you value more personalized care, consistent follow-up, and a more attentive experience, that is something to consider before booking. Overall, while the experience itself had its downsides, the surgical results were strong--and that ultimately improved my rating.

I did mostly my transaction online by email since i was in NYC but to be honest the process was very smooth and stress free. I was being helped by patient coordinator Celeste which words can't express how appreciated i am of her. she is polite discrete and judge free professional pure awesome lets face it i sent her pictures of myself without a shirt judge free zone she was attentive made sure all my needs where met. I was told it was normal and Ana continued to wrap me in the abdominal binder everyday tighter and tighter which wasn't the correct thing to do with an open wound. One point the nurse practitioner sees me and prescribed me a cream, the next day I told Ana and the medical assistant Niubi that the cream he prescribed cost to much and I didn't have the money at the time if they can call him and ask if there is anything else I can use. Niubi came back and said you need to use what he sent you. A week passes by I tell the nurse practitioner I couldn't afford the cream he looks at me and says "why didn't you tell them?" I said "but I did" he looks at Niubi and says "when that happens you need to call me and tell me because I would have given her the cream" THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL HIM AND TELL HIM I COULDN'T AFFORD IT. This continued on for about 1 month they finally decided to do a culture and send to the lab because now I was draining green pus with a horrible smell they started me on a antibiotic. I got a call 4 days after the culture that I had staphylococcus growing, I asked the medical assistant so what's the game plan with this draining and this smell and she said yeah we have to wait for another culture but the drainage and smell is normal. I went to the hospital that same night because I knew something was off. Everyone at the hospital was shocked; shocked to hear I never met the surgeon, shocked to hear they never did an ultrasound, shocked to hear how clinics like this are still able to be open. It's disgusting, they don't care about anyone. This is a literal chop shop. Once they get your money they are done with you. I also want to mention that the medical assistant Niubi went to a cheap nursing school and the board ended up taking her license from her bc the school wasn't accredited by the state of Florida, I know this because in conversation she told me yet she's the medical assistant at this wonderful clinic. She and everyone else there including Ana that after me defending myself and saying it ended up getting that bad because of her my last massage that I paid $400 for 5 massages was about 10 mins all because I had defending myself the day prior. All of them including who they call the nurse, a shorter man who also stated he is part manager are all so rude and unprofessional once you start defending yourself and realizing all the thing going on at this clinic. Point of the matter is, I never met this mystery surgeon, I've never seen him walk in that clinic. They didn't do an ultrasound to see where the drainage was coming from. I ended up with a $67,000 bill from the hospital because the hospital needed to fix a mistake they did not make. At the end of the day they got their money and I'm going to be left with a hideous scar because of them. I want to say the nurse practitioner of Dr. Amin was very nice and seemed genuine, I just don't think it's right to be using your nurse practitioner as the face of a surgeon. Please just pay the extra money and go somewhere else

In our case, it often felt like obstacles were being placed in the way rather than support being provided. My wife was subjected to multiple last-minute requirements, including being drug tested twice on the day of her surgery. Although she ultimately underwent the tummy tuck and arm lift procedures, she was hospitalized for two and a half days immediately afterward due to complications. What was most concerning was the lack of postoperative care and follow-up. Basic assessments, such as checking vital signs and hemoglobin levels, were not performed, and when we notified the clinic of concerns, the providers' responses were brief and unhelpful. Based on our experience, I would encourage anyone considering this provider to thoroughly research their options and proceed with caution.

Then the morning of the surgery is when I had finally got to meet the Dr and discuss my implant sizing. We went with a 400cc saline implants with an anchor incision. I was shaken awake and rushed out the door, shaking from the anesthesia. We went to pick up my meds, were given a hard time before MIA had misspelled my last name, had to show my ID and they had to call to verify with MIA. The next day I went in for my post op check up and was okay with my results but they looked odd. Dr. G assured me that they would settle and fluff. By Oct 2025 my breast had "fluffed" but they began to drift more towards my armpit area. The top fullness I wanted wasn't there. Now 14.5 months later, I have major implant malpositioning. They're drifting apart, the left one is visibly lower than the other, they pop out of the breast pocket and create a tubular appearance and it's pretty uncomfortable. I reached out to the office via email with no response. I'm now most likely facing another surgery to have them either adjusted and or removed all to together. After spending $6,000 on the procedure and $3,500 on flights, hotels and other expenses for this procedure I'm very unhappy with the experience. I would not recommend MIA to anyone. After paying a deposit and moving forward with scheduling, I discovered that the surgeon assigned to perform the procedure had been changed. What made this even more frustrating was the way the booking process was handled. I was expected to review documents, sign agreements, and make payment within a very short timeframe during the same call. I did not feel I was given a reasonable opportunity to fully understand the terms or the possibility of a surgeon substitution before committing financially. The identity and qualifications of the surgeon were a major factor in my decision to proceed. Learning about the change after the fact significantly damaged my trust and confidence in the process. When patients are making important medical decisions, transparency and clear communication should be a priority. Based on my experience, I felt pressured during the intake process and disappointed by the lack of clear communication regarding a change that directly affected my decision. As a result, I chose not to move forward with treatment and requested a refund of my deposit. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who expects clear communication, transparency, and sufficient time to review important medical and financial documents before making a decision.
