My esthetician, Jazmine, was uber-engaging, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining each step of the facial process. The spa's ambiance was serene and calming - the perfect environment to unwind and escape. I also appreciated the attention to detail - from the soft music to the calming scents and relaxing atmosphere. Based off my first visit, I would highly recommend Skin Spirit to anyone looking for top-notch facial and skin care with amazing customer service. I'm looking forward to returning for my first facial services.

For something she should have done right the 1st time definitely the 2nd time! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! And then for her to turn to me the 3rd time expecting a tip! I was foolish to pay the second time and the third time. I was foolish to tip her twice! There was an older couple in the lobby waiting to see Vanessa as I was leaving her for the third time. I so wanted to tell them do not see Vanessa. Go elsewhere, but I kept my mouth shut.

While, the prices are attractive, my experience has pushed me to pay more at a Derm or surgeon practice. Maybe you should look into hiring more experienced professionals who have several years of experience under their belt.

I already wanted to leave. I sat in the uncomfortable chair, the girl told me she wasn't gonna do the nanosculpt. Instead she was going to do the virgin bundle($45), with the hour ($85). Then told me they were credit my account with the difference. I was uneasy but I said okay. We went through the very overstimulating and rushed facial-didn't use gloves or anything, trying to relax but maybe this environment wasn't for me at this time. Then I went to the register and the girl told me i owed $40....i now had the original booking on my bank account and this...i didn't say anything, just left feel overwhelmed, overstimulated and overcharged. I told my bf about it and he said I just got duped. I did contacted corporate and they looked into it and gave me a refund. I will say the esthetician was very nice and sociable but I was looking for relaxation not social hour. She was knowledgeable in skin care routine and i loved the ice globes.

I looked into making an appointment, but I was already in the area and the appointment times were 2 hours out. The booking site also states that face/brow services are walk in any how. So, I don't believe making an appointment is necessary for facial threading/waxing services. There were a couple clients ahead of me and a few walked in after me. There were 3-5 clients inside at any given time within the duration of my visit. I like that the waiting area is nice and separate from the service area. There appeared to be two ladies working. I waited about less than 10 minutes. They had uncensored pop radio playing as I waited and when I got into the chair it was classical piano, which I really appreciated. (This was likely just coincidence but I was glad). I think we all would like our services to be relaxing and that definitely added to my experience. Service: I got my eyebrows, chin, and lip threaded by Nera. Nera has been threading for 2 years, and with a bit of guidance, she helped me achieve my desired outcome. I did spend more time in the chair than I expected because of this, but I was ok with that. The one thing I wish would have been more obvious is the sanitization of hands, especially since gloves are not worn. I had to ask for this to be sure. 4 stars because of this and the level of expertise. My brows are clean and shaped and my face is smooth and bright after my service. The pricing was super reasonable, I was charged $26 total. I received a $5 discount for being a first time guest. All in all, I would definitely come back again for threading services.
