She even checked if I needed breaks, and chatting with her made the whole wax go by so fast. For my first visit I got a Brazilian and underarms and I was very happy with my experience. I'll be doing this monthly and adding full legs to my appointments. The receptionists are great too, always ready to answer questions about packages or anything else, and the center is very clean. I've already pre booked my next appointment with Julia and I'll definitely keep booking with her. Such a great experience!

In a loud manner trying to embarrass me in front of like 10 other people. I went ahead and showed her my bank account to prove to her that I had money so that I did not look like a fool which was unnecessary cause I was her loyal customer of 3 years. Eventually she just told me to Apple Pay her and the begged me to accept her apologies when she saw that I actually had MORE than enough money. Very poor experience. Never coming back.

I said i wanted to wax my legs, and the woman at the front desk said something to the other woman in another language and she then walked me into a room. I didnt like how she treated her colleagues or how no one greeted me. The waxing session itself was very painful, other wax places don't hurt as much as this did. They use all purpose wax, which she had to repeatedly go over the same areas because it wasn't working well. The lady was so nice though, she was great. I am not coming back because the wax is really cheap and they double dipped.

They are very professional, clean and friendly. My go to ladies are Dominique and Crystal. They always make me feel so welcomed and the whole experience with them is always so relaxing. I usually get my eyebrows, upper lip and Brazilian wax with them and they always do a phenomenal job. If it's your first time, the girls will give you a step by step of what they are doing so you can feel comfortable and there's no surprises. I highly recommend this place. It's a bit more than you would with these small beauty salons but it's worth it.

The treatment rooms often appear dirty, with floors that look like they haven't been properly swept or mopped and countertops that could use more regular cleaning and sanitizing. In a personal care business where hygiene is so important, the condition of the rooms should be a higher priority. I don't place the blame on the wax specialists themselves. From what I understand, they are expected to maintain and clean their own rooms in addition to serving clients, which seems like an unrealistic expectation. Management should consider hiring a dedicated cleaning team to regularly maintain the treatment rooms and common areas. Having professional cleaners come in several times a week would help ensure the facility consistently meets the cleanliness standards customers expect. The staff is friendly, and Danielle does an amazing job, but the overall upkeep of the facility needs improvement.
