Lash extensions made my cat jealous
Katie M.

Lash extensions, waxing, mani-pedis, they have it all. I always do lash extensions with Nancy. Scapy The Cat ‍ approves of the lashes & nails.

Kirkland nail and lash has been mg go to for lashes, friendly staff and perfect volume lashes every time. I have been coming here on and off for the last five years whenever I decide to get my lashes done and have never been disappointed!

I have been going to Fabulash for a natural set of lashes for over 1 year. I can expect my lashes to consistently look good whenever I leave. I think their prices are very fair and always try to make time for me to come in when I call.

I'm sad to see how many people on here have had such negative experiences! I have been going here for lash extensions for 3.5 years! I have only seen Anna and I have been thoroughly impressed the whole time. My lashes are full and amazing each time and sometimes I can go 3 weeks before having to get a fill. I'm always so comfy I fall asleep. I get a 15 length and I love them. Less expensive than other places in the area and I will continue coming back here as long as Anna is around! These lashes in the picture are 1 week old and still full and looking great!

I tried this salon one more time because I had been given a coupon for eyelash extensions. I also wanted to get my nails done at the same time. I was initially booked in the morning, but I was called a few days later and told that was not an available time to come in. Weird. So I rescheduled and arrived on time a few days later. I picked my nail colors (I was hoping they would redeem themselves) and was led into a quiet room to get my lashes done. I was very impressed with the girl who did my lashes. Tons of talent and experience - my lashes turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined. My nails turned out the same as last time - below par. I will be returning for a refill in my lash extensions but never again for my nails.

Fabulash is truly, Fabulous! This is a new location & operation run by the same owners of Myano Nails & Spa of Downtown Seattle (3rd & Pine). Due to their success and popularity, they've expanded to the East side! I have religiously been getting my lashes filled through them for over 6 years and counting. They do a fantastic job, the lash extensions lasts weeks! I'm not kidding, I've gone 4 to 6 weeks before needing a lash fill! Another great thing about Fabulash or Myano is that they don't charge you more if you haven't seen them for a while. The cost is always the same for a fill, no matter what ($50). Obviously if it has been a long time, they might have to charge you for a full set, which is still greatly priced! I visited the new location today, and am so excited since it's MUCH closer to home as I live in the north end. I don't have to deal with downtown traffic or parking garage fees! Fabulash is conveniently located right off of I-405, Exit 18. It's in a strip plaza mall, with tons of parking! The space inside is ultra sleek, hip, with chic feminine touches. The mood lighting throughout enhances the relaxing environment and still keeps it cozy. Everything is new, and freshly decorated. The wall of nail polish colors is amazing, good luck in deciding on just one! Mai did a great job with my lashes, as always! She's actually the owner, and original lash artist, as she is the one that trains every other lash extensionist after her. She spent an hour & a half on just filling my lashes. She's detailed and meticulous in her craft to enhance your eyes. Truly professional, Mai is as sweet as can be, and I feel so comfortable with her! I'm always wowed when I open my eyes after the appointments =) *SINCE IT'S THE GRAND OPENING, ALL SERVICES ARE 30% OFF (nails, waxing, lashes) UNTIL EARLY DECEMBER! I can't wait to come back and get a pedi/mani to take advantage of this great deal!

Maddie A.

I have been happy with every service I've had here!! I love getting my nails done here. Recently I got my lashes done here for the first time. They did a great job!! I have gotten so many compliments from them. They were a little dramatic for me at first, but that actually worked out great because then it lasts longer. It's been a month and they still look amazing! Will probably come in for a fill next week.

Love the whole staff! Emma the owner when there has the most beautiful smile every time you walk in! The whole entire staff is wonderful! I have gotten my eyelashes done by Linda a lot! She is very good and always so nice! She is just a sweetheart! I always get my nails done by Mimi she always does the best designs and even when I ask for some crazy stuff she does it all for me lol. She has patience, that's for sure. I have also gotten my nails done by Joanne** she is young and so funny. She was newer but as time went by she is has gotten good, she is not as quick as the others but she is a perfectionist which is really good! They also do good pedis the pictures posted are all shellac manicures **note there is a Joanne and a Joan. The difference is one is really young that's Joanne. S

half of my lashes already fell off, looks ridiculous, got them done on FRIDAY

Have been getting my lashes done for years. Wanted a nice full set before going on a vacation. Looked okay at first - nothing close to what I wanted/asked for in detail - but I could get over that. What I can't get over is almost all of my lashes falling out in 3 days on only one eye. It looks ridiculous. They obviously hire new lash techs that are training and aren't certified and make you pay $100. Will be reporting to the BBB. DO NOT get your lashes done here.

Melanie B.

STAY AWAY!!!! It's very unfortunate that Fabulash doesn't live up to their name. My eyelash lady went on vacation and recommended that I get a fill here in the meantime, which I did. I made an appointment for a fill and got in without a problem, that should've been the first sign. Secondly, I arrived and confirmed that I was there for a fill. I was walked into a room with the MOST uncomfortable LazyBoy chairs and proceeded to to get my fill. I didn't realize how long I was in the chair until I started get antsy, when the technician was done I'd been sitting in the chair for an hour and a half. The lady gave me a mirror and I about died! My lashes looked terrible, I might as well have put caterpillars on my eyes. They were SO full, I was in shock and even said something, the lady didn't seem to care as it was closing time. I paid then went to my car in tears! I let my shock wear off and then tried to take my lashes off with coconut oil when I got home - some came off but not enough. So, I called the next day and asked for them to remove them and redo them. The lady I talked with told me that most people want volume fill and that's what they did, I informed her that wasn't what I asked for and wanted them redone. She not only argued with me, but told me just to wait a week because they'd fall off. After I told her again that I wanted them redone, she told me she'd talk with the owner and the lady that did my lashes and call me back. Well, that was Thursday and it is now Monday, no return call. I've disputed the charge on my credit card and would recommend staying FAR away from this place. Next time I'll wait for my lady to get back from vacation. I've attached a photo of a lash from Fabulash, which has 7 lashes on one extension.

What I appreciate most about Erin is that she never makes you feel pressured into doing something just because it's an option. She's also constantly continuing her education, which gives me so much confidence that I'm getting thoughtful, up-to-date care. The Totum Lake location is beautiful, welcoming, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone I've interacted with has been kind and friendly, which makes the whole experience that much better. Erin is truly one of those providers I recommend without hesitation. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, approachable, and genuinely cares about her patients, go see Erin! I was supposed to have an appointment today but realized this morning that I hadn't gotten any confirmation from them, so I called to make sure I was still on the schedule before heading over. They told me "my" doctor, a person I had not met before, had left the practice and they would not have the capacity to reschedule me. They offered to give me the number of another clinic that they're offloading patients to. They claimed I should have received a letter and a text that my appointment was cancelled. I never got a letter, and when I went back and looked, the text I received did not actually indicate to me that the person leaving the practice was my doctor. It just said that a doctor was leaving the practice and IF you happened to have an upcoming appointment with that doctor, you should call to reschedule. Needless to say, the writing has been on the wall for awhile that this is not a clinic with a future for the kind of derms patient I am (maybe, as another review surmises, they are going 100% cosmetic which means less annoyance with insurance and more money per visit), and I guess I'm glad to have had them force me out as a patient so I can find a doctor who I will actually recognize from year to year. But man, what an unprofessional way to go about it with a pretty long term patient.

Daughter injured during pedicure and owner took no responsibility for it :(…read more My 5th grade daughter's cuticle got cut and infected. We incurred a doctor bill, she missed school and ballet class. My wife called to complain and they asked for proof versus offering an apology adding insult to injury. I decided to call and they treated it as "unsatisfactory service" rather than the alarming incident that it was. They offered to refund the specific pedicure service but shorted me the refund anyway. I expected an apology and some show of accountability and goodwill, but only got a lecture about them being a small business and that mistakes happen. WOW, how about making good on your mistake like a business owner who cares about their customer? We won't be back and we'll be sharing with our friends who will also be ex-customers. You continue to defend and explain from your obtuse perch... This was not simply an "unsatisfactory service." A child was injured, developed an infection, that elevated to a need for medical care (and yet you question why days later?), and missed school and ballet. Your restaurant analogy about credit for an unsatisfactory dish in our conversation misses the point. The equivalent is not an unsatisfactory dish--it is a dish causing food poisoning. Refunding that dish alone would not address the resulting harm or medical expense. Accountability is not explaining why you did enough; it is recognizing when your response fell short and making it right.

Yesterday my neck seized up and I needed to get someone to help with it quickly. I messaged Li's Spa late at night, and was surprised to get an answer immediately. They booked me in for early the morning. When I arrived they got me in to a room quickly. I told them I had never been to a spa before, and the receptionist was kind and told me what to do. The room was really nice, and it was dark, peaceful, warm and relaxing. There were covid measures in place, with an air purifier, fresh bed dressings, and an additional cover for the table where my head went. As far as the massage, it was really really wonderful. She responded to my requests for pressure, and communicated with me to make sure I was feeling comfortable. She spent time working on my difficult spots, but also worked the whole body. I dont have anything to compare it to, but I'd say it was really wonderful and I felt so much better afterwards. I was happy she worked on my knots and got some smoothed out. On my way out, the owner was at the front of the shop and offered me water, and a snack to help with the post-massage effects. SCAM! DISCRIMINATION! I had a really horrible experience here and would never go back…read more Editing this review to add screenshots of Jesse's messages and consent form "after treatment", upon reading their misrepresentations and personal attacks on my review. I went in for a laser treatment, got a chemical peel and had burning/stabbing pain on my face right after the peel. My cheeks became red and discolored for over a week, and I was scared because it was my face. I documented everything, including the fact that the consent form was signed after the treatment, not before. The provider did refund me and sent aquaphor after she was scared of a lawsuit. She refused to reimburse a derm appointment. My skin did improve but there is still pain and pigmentation. The way the business handled my concern afterward was awful. Instead of simply focusing on aftercare and making sure my skin was okay, the Director of Operations Jesse started questioning my "claims," my "intentions," and even called me a "Groupon shopper." That was rude, discriminatory, insulting, and completely unnecessary. I came in as a paying customer. Whether I used Groupon or not has nothing to do with how I should be treated when I report pain and a reaction on my face. If not for groupon, this place wouldn't be able to pay the rent which is why they advertise on Groupon in the first place. They withheld meds that they claim to have ordered in lieu of more photos everyday so they can "verify" their claims. Due to a confusion with the order number, they figured I bought another groupon from another spa way before going to Skintegrity. None of my other groupons had anything to do with the treatment I went in for nor it should matter to the business. This is invasion of privacy without cause. I was also told I was "obviously trying to build a case," which is ridiculous. I was trying to make sure my skin healed and that I had proper documentation because the reaction happened immediately after their treatment. A customer reporting burning, tenderness, and discoloration after a facial treatment should be treated with care, not attitude. The communication afterward made me feel dismissed, judged, and attacked. I would not trust this place with my skin again.
