The fufu was good but tends to stay hot longer because of how it's packed so be careful burning your mouth. I like to dip the fufu in the beef stew and eat both together . The papaya juice was light and refreshing, a unique drink option compared to typical sodas. Give this place a try if you haven't had traditional African food before. They also gave me a samosa on the house which was nice and a bit spicy , it tends to be oily but was flavorful. Hoping to come back and try other menu items, especially the goat stew. They are homemade with a sweet dough and a delicious meat and potato filling. They are also a bargain at $5 for two hand sized pies. They would make an amazing lunch on their own and were just as delicious at room temperature as they were fresh from the oven. I do have to warn you about ordering the chin chin dessert. It is delicious, and you will wish you had more once it's gone. Order it early in the weekend in case you need to run back for more by Sunday night, or you'll have to wait almost a week for the restaurant to reopen. Go get yourself some fufu!
