This is the best pizza I've had. Perfect crust. Perfect sauce and toppings. We loved it so much we took another one home for our travels tomorrow.

Great pizza place! Family run business, and they treat you like family. We tried both the pizza and their Philly steak, both were excellent! It was later in the evening when we picked up the food. We noticed they had two small patio tables outside, so we decided to grab a table and eat there. Within seconds, they noticed we were going to eat outside and they brought out plates, cutlery and napkins for us. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended!

Last minute decision on pizza, wanted local. So glad we found this place! We split some cheesy garlic bread, and a large 16" (only $1 more than a mess) half supreme and half meat lovers. The veggies were fresh, meats deliciously fresh. That crust though- Out of this world- perfection. Nice crispy bottom and edges of, delicious chew as you but through. Drinks are ala carte , by bottle or can. There are also beers and wine. The owners run the business and they are not only welcoming and friendly, they truly care about their food and their customers. Many locals came in for carry out as we dined in. ( It's small dining room -2 tables and counter seating.) Definitely give this place a try if you want authentic fresh pizza.

When in Naples you look for places that cause a stir and when you have 3 little kids pizza comes up quite a bit. After reading the bookmarks I had set aside on yelp Fabio's came up repeatedly as a pace to try. Upon arrival I wasn't even sure Fabio's was open. It is a small store front restaurant with only three tables inside and a couple of outdoor tables on a busy street. The menu is an overhang with a simple menu but that's where the simplicity ends. The owners and chef are a couple who launched this place with deep Italian roots. We ordered a large half and half pizza, a family salad, cheese bread and wine, soda and waters. We chatted briefly with this delightful couple and waited for our pizza. While waiting 10-15 couples picked up to go orders and we realized a lot of people in this area grab food to go to enjoy the water or sunsets (brilliant) The garlic cheese bread is like a drug and is amazing The salad is simple but so tasty with a fresh wine vinegar dressing The pizza was amazing and we destroyed it as a family. The crust is fresh and thin, the sauce sets the pizza apart and the toppings were generous. Order to go or come enjoy a family conversation. Don't expect gourmet surroundings but you will get gourmet food!

I have literally tried to eat here for 4 days in a row, timing was just not right with vacation, holiday schedules and stuff. Finally it happened, and I am not sorry! This place is easily overlooked, as it is a part of a small strip mall next to 7-11. Nothing to reel in customers. The inside has some seating and a few seating outside. The pizza..... amazing. The guy said the price difference $1 so we went big. We drove it home and the car smelt delicious. The pizza was still crispy by the time we made it home! We got the artichoke mushroom and ham, and one half cheese and pepporoni. The other party ordered the steak sandwhich and sausage parm sammich. They were all freakin smashing. I usually find steak sandwhichs boring but this was so good. Highly recommend it. I couldnt begin to express how good it is. Just look at the pictures and go. I took pictures of the menu for you :)

Steve made my hot sub ( I like that they have both hot and cold options) . The Commodore was quite tasty and very filling. It is fine for a really nice sandwich, but it is somewhat pricey. I'm sure the rents are sky high in that area. I certainly couldn't afford them for a party. But I would definitely return if looking for a hot sub! I almost forgot to add that Steve said the bread is imported from Canada and baked fresh daily! It was soooo good. Meat to bread ratio was also excellent.

Offer you a coffee while you wait. That's the seduction. -The small (aka "Minnow") Caprese Pesto had lots of greens. Mozzarella? Not so much. -The regular ("Submarine") Tuna Tsunami (really just Tuna and Cheese)? Unseasoned tuna, with cheap, flavorless, industrial provolone. -The chips were actually the strongest thing in the bag. I could acquiesce if the sandwiches were memorable. Alas, they were not. YCS calls itself a "...new type of upscale sandwich shop." What does that mean, exactly? High prices. Quality seems not to be much of a consideration. Blatant rip off, even by Naples standards.

You walk in and instantly know this place has a loyal following for a reason. The sandwiches are massive, messy in the best possible way, and hit harder than a late-90s screamo breakdown. Hoagie spot with a definite punk grunge skater vibe…read more While in Naples, FL for a soccer tournament, decided to stop by Slicers as I wanted to check out what all the high reviews were about. Heard they had some crazy sandwiches. Located inside a strip mall, parking was relatively easy. The decor inside was punk grunge style I would say. I asked for what their top sellers were and they directed me towards "The Twang". Which was sliced chicken breast with honey mustard, onions, American cheese and crushed bbq chips. I was told the way to get it was toasted and so that's how I got it. It was a good sandwich or hoagie but I'm not sure if maybe I'm spoiled from living in Miami but crushing chips and putting it on a sandwich is not what I would consider creative. And I thought $15 for a 12 inch without a soda or a side seemed a bit much. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. And hats off to whoever calibrated the soda machine. It was perfect balance of syrup and gas. Overall it's a good spot but nothing I would rave about.

5+ Star Review for Mercato Italiano…read more From the moment you walk into Mercato Italiano, you know you have found something special. This is not just a café. It is an experience that brings authentic Italian flavor and warmth right into the heart of Naples. Let me start with the espresso. The flavor was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. You can taste the quality in every sip. It had that true Italian profile, bold but never bitter, and it set the tone for everything that followed. Now the food. I ordered a croissant sandwich, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The croissant itself was fresh out of the oven, light, flaky, and buttery in all the right ways. Inside, I had two sunny-side-up eggs cooked just right, paired with prosciutto, bacon, and ham. The combination of flavors was incredible. Every bite gave you a perfect mix of savory, rich, and slightly salty notes, all brought together by that warm, delicate croissant. What really stood out was the presentation. This was not just a sandwich thrown on a plate. It was carefully arranged on a platter, clean, inviting, and done with pride. You can tell they care about every detail. The atmosphere completes the experience. The energy inside is welcoming, relaxed, and full of character. It feels like a place where people come not just to eat, but to slow down, connect, and enjoy the moment. Whether you are stopping in for a quick espresso or sitting down for a full breakfast, the environment makes you want to stay. The experience was outstanding along with the service that made you feel like Family. If you are anywhere near Naples, this is a must-visit. Mercato Italiano delivers on flavor, presentation, and experience at the highest level. This is easily a 5-plus star spot, and a place I will return to again without hesitation.
