Tiktok led me to this charming boutique right off a bustling street. The women who work and own this place are a tight-knit family. You can tell their busiest time is during prom season. With all the commotion they still manage to provide quality service. They've meticulously set up their system, and it works flawlessly. With an overwhelming array of colors and styles, I almost felt tempted to buy one for myself. My daughter found the perfect prom dress, and she looked absolutely stunning at her senior prom. The prices were reasonable, and while you can find similar styles online, I'm confident the quality at Fabiola's Boutique is unmatched. They also offer alterations if needed. Overall, I'm so glad I made the drive to this boutique! read more

Great dresses and a very nice young saleswoman, but dont have alterations done here. They altered my daughters prom dress and it was so tight the back ripped out when she got dressed (she had not changed size at all) so she never got to wear it, we had a dress emergency. We went back to ask them to remove the alterations and fix the zipper. they wanted to charge us again to fix it. No thanks. read more

MOST AMAZING DRESS SHOP!!! Do not listen to these reviews, they are straight up lies! The workers are super kind and so willing to let you try on dresses. It is $10 to try on 4 dresses but if you end up buying a dress the $10 go toward your purchase! They had beautiful dresses on display and really attracted me before even entering the shop. I was greeted immediately and offered help right away. They get really busy and crowded so patience is important. The wait isn't long and so worth it. They have amazing prices for gorgeous dresses. I couldn't decide which dress I wanted but Jimena helped me decide. They always hype you up and make you feel so comfortable and good about yourself. They help you tie and zip up the dresses so don't be afraid to ask for help! They do alterations and order sizes for you if needed. My dress fit perfectly I walked out with it. I so so SO recommend this place! Cecilia and Jimena are the best!!!! Thank you guys read more

Fabiola's Boutique - gold dress size 6 $280 - Fashion Near Me - Concord, California

They are challenged to meet demand, especially for alterations. You need to keep calling them to get the status of your order. Nice people, but they don't have to enough personnel read more

The young girl is friendly, but the owner is not! She charges $10 to try on a dress and if you buy the dress it goes toward the bill and if you don't then you lose that money. She charged me way more for an item than she did to a friend of mine. So unprofessional and disrespectful, when I told her I was size small for a dress she straight up said no you're not! Do not come here, there are other places that are helpful and professional with more reasonable prices. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

This was hands down the most disrespectful shopping experience I've ever had. The woman working there made it her personal mission to make me feel uncomfortable about my body from the second I walked in. When I asked to try on dresses, she told me I could only look at them, not try them on... AT A DRESS STORE. That alone should tell you everything. Then she handed me a size 12 and told me I wouldn't fit into the sizes I was asking for (I'm normally a 4-6). It felt so degrading and unnecessary. It only got worse. I asked to try the dress in a different color and she shut it down immediately, saying "no" and acted like I was being difficult for literally doing the bare minimum--trying on dresses. She even said I was "doing too much" just for wanting to see another option. The worst part? She straight up called me "big." Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly shocking. No one should ever be spoken to like that, especially in a place that's supposed to help people feel confident. I left feeling embarrassed, upset, and honestly shocked that someone like that is allowed to work in customer service. Save your time and go somewhere you'll actually be treated with basic respect. read more

Visited in search of a dress for my daughters 15. I had previously asked on their tik tok page if dresses were available same day or if they were special order. Person responded dresses came in 5 days if not available. I got there on a weekday morning the store was not busy I paid the $10 fee and chose 3 dresses. The person helping was super rude and pushy. I don't understand why pictures are not allowed if these style dresses are available at many boutiques they are not unique to this store. I tried on a dress that I knew was not my size and was careful when slipping it on and did not attempt to zip. She was rude and entered my dressing room while I was still taking the dress off and undressed. I loved the dress and she then proceeded to tell me it would not make it on time that all dresses took 5 week which was diffrent then what I was told. She quickly took the dress and did not even let me continue to look. Will never recommend this place to anyone after the horrible customer service I received. read more

Everyone at this store location was super nice and open to letting you look around the store to find what you are best looking for! Jimena was the kindest soul and she made sure that i was confident and gave me an honest opinion as to which color matched me best for prom! There are so many dress options for prom and even if you don't find your size, it can be ordered online so definitely inclusive to all! it's $10 to try on 4 dresses and if you buy a dress it goes towards your purchase which is amazing! read more

My daughter and wife went there for a promo dress and they came back so disappointed about the service, not so kind and neither a good service regarding the products, also there's a charge of 10 dollars if you try 4 or more outfits whether you buy or not. read more

The older lady was very rude and pushy, doesn't give any time at all to look at a dress and I was supposed to pick up my dress tmw!! Now it's not even ready smh read more

Customer service is awful. After paying to try on the dress (WTH) AND buying the dress AND paying for alterations, I had to return 2 times and dress still did not fit. The zipper on the dress broke and the owner told me to go ahead and get another dress in exchange... then made me pay extra money (all the while I could hear them talking about me while they thought I was too far away to hear). I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. What horrendous customer service, and what a way to waste people's time and gas, only to be rude. I always felt rushed when she was doing the alterations and she never measured NOT ONCE like a seamstress should. The alteration work was not done professionally AT ALL. They just bunched up the material and left the extra fabric (so it didn't lay flat). I will NEVER shop here again. I would NEVER recommend to any friends or family. So upset, especially talking bad about a customer (within ear shot)! Do better, Fabiola's. I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews before going there. I would have stayed far away. Buyer beware! read more

when i went there i did not feel welcome and it felt like they were trying to peer pressure me into getting a dress i didnt want and the quality of the dresses were not great... i was so disappointed walking in there and the workers are very rude read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! If you work with this business be ready to be disappointed because your event will be ruined!!! I ordered a bouquet that supposed to be ready in a month and is 2 months..... and not ready!!!!! The lady, I think the owner so unprofessional, pushy ,impatient. When I was claiming my item she is like, "So you want to wait or not, you can get your money back" what she doesn't understand is that what she offers is special order and going to other place is not an option and you trusted her with plenty of time in advance.

LISTEN TO REVIEWS PEOPLE! PLUS SIZE PEOPLE BEWARE! She was friendly when we walked in but the moment we asked to see more dresses she hesitated. My goddaughter is plus size and she refused to let her try on a dress... She advised us to take our business elsewhere so we are.. I would rate this place a 0/5 read more

The service was absolutely terrible!!! The lady there refused to let me try on dresses, and would not leave my side.

This was the worst place ever, worst costumer service the lady there was so rude and wasn't being helpful at all, If your looking at a boutique to go I would NOT recommend this place at all. Martha boutique in pittsburgh is the best place and have the best costumer service would recommend this boutique to anyone who is trying to find a good one to go too!! read more

This place was great! The worker was very friendly and attentive to me. I found a beautiful dress. I've been to a handful of places for a Quince dress and this one was the best one in my opinion. Beautiful dresses with a big selection. The price was very fair for such a pretty dress. read more

I took my daughter here to get a homecoming dress. The woman working greeted us, asked what we were looking for, we described what she wanted, and were lead to several options. She helped my daughter try on numerous dresses. We picked out the dress she wanted, ordered, paid, and it came in exactly when we were quoted. read more

My niece is a plus size young woman, and her excitement for quince dresses was quickly shut down by the woman here, literally said a dress wouldn't fit. i understand sizing is not always accurate but to say that to a 13 year old who's experiencing a fundamentally important celebration in our culture and to be shut down that way is insanity. In a progressive society I would hope people understand that our bodies are shaped differently, some people have illnesses that cause weight loss/gain, some people have hormonal issues where they can't lose weight, some people suffer digestive disorders and can't gain weight, we should treat everyone with love and grace regardless and i'm just dumbfounded that a person who wants to run a successful business lacks the key components to be a likable business owner. Just beware. if you like to be degraded and invalidated this place is for you. read more

Well quick story my kids soon to be god Mother and god father forgot the bautizo candle etc I called Thai store 5 minutes of closing as we had a 9am bautizo the next day and some at the store went out of their way to help even thru FaceTime charge me over the phone and left my items in a safe place for me to picked up I can only share my experience and this store saved the bautizo Gracias read more

No compren de este lugar! muy mal servicio al cliente, eh incluso hacen fraude!!y el vestido que compre estaba roto y sucio.

We went to three similar dress stores and this one had the worst customer service. They do have a big selection but they were not friendly or welcoming (and there was only one other customer in the store). My 10yr old daughter needed a white ball gown style dress for a parade. We tried on 5 confirmation style dresses but they were either too short or just didn't fit right. So we wanted to go look through them again to see if there were any others worth trying on and the lady said that we couldn't try any more on, there was a limit of three dresses to try on and that they all fit the same. Well if anyone has ever tried on dresses you know that every dress fits completely different. It was as if they didn't want to help us find a dress. So we left and will obviously not be shopping here or recommending this store. read more

Came here last week for my daughters prom dress and were helped by Jimena, such a friendly young girl super patient with my daughter and I. We went in with no idea what she wanted and didn't know her size Jimena helped us figure out a color and style that fit my daughter perfectly. Would definitely recommend coming here for prom season ! Will be back next year for my youngest daughters prom. read more

Don't go here unless you'd like to be "greeted" in a rude way. I stopped by with my infant god children to look for baptism outfits and when I tried to open the door the woman working there opened the door and said "Que quieren" meaning "what do you want" she was pushy and didn't let us look around to see what we liked. I walked out within 5 minutes. read more

I simply do not know how this place is even in business?!?! Horrible customer service!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! It will be a waste of your time and energy! The lady who I presume to be the owner is rude and has no sense of customer service we came in looking for 3 dresses for 3 different body types and were told we wouldn't fit in any of the ones we looked at and the tone the lady used insinuated it was because we were too fat for the dresses which is completely rude and unacceptable and based on all the negative reviews is very common in this establishment if this lady wants more business in her dingy little shop I suggest she check her attitude and start ordering bigger sizes 2,4,and 6 isn't cutting it. read more

Got a prom dress here for my daughter, they were so helpful and the dress is perfect! They even did some seamstress work for us as the dress was just a bit long. I would highly recommend stopping in here to take a look! read more

Bad customer service the lady doesn't even let you look in peace !!! Has to follow you all around the store !

Zero stars if I could, place is expensive. Every time I go the prices are different (higher than the day before). This store really takes advantage of customers, especially since there is really no other quince stores around. Cheap quality dresses for like $500+ dollars, simply ridiculous! read more

If I could give a 0 I would!!!!! This lady is sooooooooooooo rude that she can't even help you get what you need. She doesn't listen to what you need or are looking for. Gives no real answers and gives you the runaround and lies about everything. She tries to convince you that you don't know what you're looking for if it doesn't match what is easy for her to pull off the rack because she is lazy and a liar. Trying on a dress is ineffective because they refuse to tie it up all the way for you (if it ties in the back) OR simply pin it so you can't even see what the entire dress looks like. She lies and says they have a bunch of dresses in the color you want then when you're there says "it can't be done." We have no idea when it'll come" It's almost like she doesn't care about your business. I went in hoping to order 8 dresses from her for my entire party and I had to walk out because she started arguing with me she had horrible energy and was COMPLETELY unprofessional! She was rude and childish, no tact. The worst service I've ever encountered tbh Please do not waste your time :( Go somewhere else, you're time is too valuable to be wasted by her read more

I visited with my cousin for her quince and we were followed around the store and it was very crowded and unorganized she gave my cousin the wrong size dress. When I went to try my dress on nobody helped me put it on and the lady was very rude in general and she was no help at all. The dresses were pricy for the quality. Do not recommend this business. Poor customer service and very rude and doesn't help. The lady is selfish and only cares about herself and the money you owe her. Do not come here. If you do expect bad customer service and manager was rude and not helpful it's also a mess and crowded. read more
