I am a retired Army General Officer and volunteer at the USO (for military) Center at the Tampa International Airport. We recently received a new two-level desk at the reception area. I contracted Fab to make plexy covers for the desk. I provided paper patterns and they copied them perfectly. One had cutouts. Everything matched. The covers were perfect and very high quality. Volunteers and visitors often remark how great our desk looks. When I ordered the plexy the staff were very professional and offered a couple of suggestions. The products were delivered to my home in about a week. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. After about 3 months the plexy looks new. Volunteers are proud of the desk and take excellent care of it! read more

I purchased a very large round table top for my dining room table. I live in Southern California it was delivered to me in 2022. I only recently opened the crate and put the glass table top on my dining room table after it had been stored in my garage for two years. The quality of the glass is perfect and it looks stunning on my table. I highly recommend their products and customer service. Thank you! read more

Great selection and fast service. The products were easy to install and of high quality. Would buy again from this company.

I phoned the listed number and spoke to a representative. I told them I was interested in having a mirror cut and wanted an estimate. Since I was near their Westerville location he suggested I stop there. I took my pattern and walked in to their lobby. There was no one there, but a sign suggested I call to get someone to help me. I called and spoke to someone, apparently at a different location. They said they would send someone right out to help me. All the time I was in their lobby I saw no one, coming or going or even moving around in the office area. I waited another 10 minutes and left. It was all very strange and a total waste of my time. read more

Absolutely DO NOT order product from this company. They do not stand behind their products. Purchased mirrors, upon receipt of them they appeared to be normal and were not broken. Had them installed and realized that from a distance greater than 4 foot the image is distorted. I did receive a refund and ate the installation cost. Left them up, as I did not want to incur more expense, however now they are shattering for no reason, and a hazard, I now have to pay out more to have them taken back down. I reached out to the company to ask if they would cover either the removal/disposal cost or reimburse me for the installation, I was met with a hard no, even though their product is faulty and hazardous. I would have never installed had I know there were safety issues, and these would shatter for no reason. Sara Phillips was one of the main people I was dealing with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Now I have to seek retribution thru small claims read more

I've been trying to find a place to do some simple glass tabletops, and ran across Fab Glass & Mirror online. While they seemed a little expensive (a 23"x25" polished-edge 1/4" piece of glass came to over $100), the glass arrived two days after initially promised (but not their fault - it was a UPS delay), and in absolutely rock solid packaging. The received glass was perfect. Not a smudge, the right size, all edges chamfered and polished as requested. TLDR: A little on the expensive side, a little delayed in shipment. Glass was perfectly packaged, and perfectly matched specifications. read more

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I ordered three frameless bathroom mirrors. They arrived in individual boxes that were all taped together. The boxes sat for a week or so before I had the time to unboxed them and install them. When I finally did open them I found that one of the three mirrors was in perfect condition. The second mirror had a large scratch in the glass and the third mirror had a broken corner. I contacted fab glass and the person that I spoke with said that he could give me 5% back on the two damaged mirrors. I told him that was absurd and I just simply wanted the mirrors replaced. Then I received an email from another person named SId, who said they are willing to give me 15% back on the two damaged mirrors but because I did not contact them within 48 hours after delivery, they would not do anything beyond 15% discount. read more

The quality and design of the glass I received for my 5 x 7 shower was Spot On. It really does look amazing and done perfectly. However, I now have a mix of brackets that do not match any of the fixtures in the the room, or the rest of the hardware in the house for that matter. Not sure how that made any sense and I was never asked what color hardware was needed. The only other thing that was more a nuisance than any thing else is the time it took to get it. 5 weeks to deliver. read more

Fab Glass and Mirror - Precisely what I ordered! - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Westerville, Ohio

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience We ordered your product and received something different. To make things right, your company is asking me to spend more money for the item I already spent over $200 for. This is not reasonable. I requested a full refund of my initial purchase and all I got was a lot of BS back. Terrible place to do business... Stay away read more

The worst company to deal with! No customer service from Aaron Hall! Instead of responding to your concern he throws the contract in your face while that SAME contract is worded incorrectly. They did NOT advise they use a vendor for parts and they dont custom the parts fir the CUSTOM glass you order. So you end up having to cut to measure ( not an issue) then drill the rod ( ISSUE). Aaron lied through his teeth, never knows anything to properly say. Responses like his make you seek a lawyer! Empty promises and lack of communication! Mistakes are always your fault... even if they admit to making them. read more

Was told my order would take up to 3 weeks. It's been OVER 3 weeks and I couldn't get a return email or phone call from my salesperson. I went on Facebook and messaged them to find out if there was another method they would prefer to communicate by. They removed my message. I called general # and talked to Rick who said he would look into order and call me back within 30 minutes. 2 hours later I had to call him again and was told that I should receive an email by end of week with information. Information doesn't help me. I need a shower door. Based on what I was told from salesperson, my contractors were scheduled for yesterday and today (which was outside of delivery time). It's now cost me More money to have them here with no door to install and who knows if I can get them scheduled fir whenever door MAY possibly come in. Support number sounds like it goes to overseas call line. No resolution, no answers, no support. Oh and no return call or email from salesperson. read more

I had a bad experience, mainly with the custom design glass order. Even though they contacted me, it was not detailed and the design came out without the holes that I had drawn into the design template. By the time I contacted them about the missing holes, they threw away my template and said they cannot do anything about it, not even a discount on a reorder. I tried to figure out how to install this $750 glass without the holes and it later just became useless junk. I like the fact that the company offers custom designs, but the lack of details in the communication during production and the poor customer service, left me in the gutter. read more

I ordered and paid a mirror on 5/15/2020. On 5/29, I saw no updated status on my order number (100074087) so I sent an email to their customer support on. A person named Rowail Javaid replied back to me next day: "I can see that the glass was resent for the fabrication since it did pass our quality check. We are getting it refabricated. We apologize for the delay and the inconvenience caused. Best Regards, Rowail Javaid Fab Glass and Mirror Consultant rowail@fabglassandmirror.com Direct #: (813) 556-6909 www.fabglassandmirror.com" Today is 6/10, almost 2 weeks since our last communication, I checked online for my order status, it is still the same. Folks, DO NOT use this company for your projects. You will create unnecessary stress in your home or project. It has been 4.5 months since I fully paid and ordered my shower glass and it is yet to be finished. When you speak with them, they will tell you the build and install will be done in 3 weeks, 4 weeks max. We have been waiting 18 weeks. One excuse after the other; wrong size produced, didnt pass inspection, installer got into an accident, installer ran out of silicone......the worst contractor and company I've ever dealt with. read more

Just like a lot of reviewers here I did not do my research about the company before I placed my order. It has been a month since I placed my order. I purchased a 24x48 oval mirror, delivered cracked. they sent me 2 more cracked ones after that. before the 3rd mirror i had a back surgery so it was hard to pull it out all the way. as soon as i pulled the cardboard covering it out, we saw glass shards on the cardboard. i took a picture & sent it to them & had my son throw it out like the others. Now they say they need a better picture or they won't refund my money. After 4 months & nothing but headaches, i have no mirror and out the money. Great huh? Not so "Fab" read more

This place is a joke. Cut the wrong size glass and then delivered it to the wrong address. When I called back to give them the correct dimensions AGAIN, they still got it wrong on the quote. How f**king hard is it to get two dimensions right? Save yourself the trouble, time and money and DO NOT order here. read more
