At week 11 they finally text the night before and said they would be there the following morning to begin and would need a check. Well thanks for the heads up. Along the way- they damaged our siding under our window and then denied they did it. Lucily they did caulk it so water doesnt get in... but yup damaged siding forever. Tool multiple times of asking them to come back and finish the job after they left crap in the yard (debris from deck demo). We were unable to mow for 6 days because of this. Plus the many days prior while they did the work which we understood but the 6 additional days was uncalled for because they told us theyd remove the beam on Friday. They also had to come out 3 additional times to fix the stairs because of very noticable gaps. They also broke our expensive hose and quick connect by just throwing the hose on the ground when they were done and left the last day ($70). Overall just dont recommend them. The process was more of a headache. Go with a better company!! Oh and the BIGGEST issue is the just eye balled our freaking semi circle! Didnt use measurements or anythjng. I've contacted Creative Earthscapes 3 times to have them come out and give me and estimate to repair the problems. He had totally blown me off each time. My back deck is in terrible shape due to a product we used a few years ago that promised to seal the wood and protect it from future weather and damage. Instead, what happened, was the product began to bubble and chip within a year after it was applied, and now my entire deck looks trashy. I had four contractors out to my house over the past few days to inspect the project, tell me a plan of action, and provide me with a financial quote. Brenda, who is the owner of this company, was the only contractor who told me the honest truth about how much this project would actually cost me, and what the realistic results would look like. Talking to someone who doesn't know anything about wood restoration, she took me through the process step-by-step and told me exactly what she would do to make the porch look as beautiful as she could make it. But in the end, the cost of restoring the porch would have been higher than simply replacing the wood boards, and that is what she ended up recommending to save me money and make the project come out looking as beautiful as I wanted it to. What this meant is that I would not hire her for the project, but someone else to tear up the old wood and put down new, which ultimately cost her my business, but was The better option for me financially. She was looking out for me as an individual client and my financial capability over her own bottom line. This is what makes me believe she is absolutely the most quality and honest contractor to hire for any future projects. We found Brenda and had her come over for an estimate. She explained the different grades of sealants she used, what they would look like and was very knowledgeable. We scheduled work with her to follow removal of a dying tree next to the patio. There was delay in the tree removal, but Brenda was great with keeping in touch and after it was finally removed, Brenda and her team started work on the patio. They fixed some dips in the bricks, and then powerwashed, sanded and sealed the patio, and it looks like new! We couldn't be happier! On top of that, she powerwashed the sidewalk that went around the house as well as in front, which helped to remove the dirt and grime from many years, and it also looked like new. Because she was just starting out, she even threw in powerwashing the driveway. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for your patio needs, and are very satisfied with the work.

Once ordered your waiting without any update on installation. Contract says "contractor shall keep…read moreclient up to date with the projects anticipated completion date" which over 2 months hasn't happen once. There is no installation support that I can see. Customer service is nil. The only answer I get is we can't control the weather, nothing about projected installation dates. Excuses about customers not ready, rotten wood and fixing structure. I would say they have one installation team and once the windows are sold you will wait for them til they have time to install. I have other contractors waiting on windows installation due to estimate of mid June installation projection. I've stored my windows in my living room because they ran out of room at the warehouse. Do not use unless you're willing to wait months.

At the 1/2 point of the build we asked if we could see the warranty information and we were told that they would only show us that information once paid in full. I currently have a patio room that has leaks every time it rains and makes very loud popping noises. They've come to fix the leaks about 5 times to no avail and now say "we can try and see if ** can come out between jobs". It's been over two weeks. The loud popping noises....they will ask the manufacturer. It is now April 2026 and the leaks are still leaking and the popping is still popping (although less than before) and the spots on the wood are still spotting. We have an open case with BBB but have not heard back from SunSpace in months and are now contacting a lawyer. Buyer Beware!!!
