They've come to fix the leaks about 5 times to no avail and now say "we can try and see if ** can come out between jobs". It's been over two weeks. The loud popping noises....they will ask the manufacturer. It is now April 2026 and the leaks are still leaking and the popping is still popping (although less than before) and the spots on the wood are still spotting. We have an open case with BBB but have not heard back from SunSpace in months and are now contacting a lawyer. Buyer Beware!!!

It did take a long time to get from cashing my check to coming for installation but that was just another COVID thing I guess. However, the installation team was great and their work was top shelf including how well they cleaned up after themselves. I would have liked more instruction on all facets of the product. But given that there was a severe thunderstorm only minutes away, I guess I would have tried to get gone too. Some of the windows would not stay up and I had a leak. I let Sunspace know and the guys were back out here for service in just a day or two and took care of everything. They also provided all the information I needed to enjoy and maintain the enclosure. Overall, I am satisfies with Sunspace and their products and their staff including installation and customer service as they always did their best to help me.
