Amazing coaches. They give great feedback to help you progress. Workouts are fun and well balanced throughout the week.

I can't speak to the quality of it but I can say that they have some very sleazy sales practices. First of all, they tried to lock me into purchasing a year's worth of coaching in advance; looks like they don't allow going session by session for no adequately explained reason. They tried to frame it as "a commitment and investment that I'm making" Despite this, I was still intrigued so I told the guy in the sales call that I'll need some time to look at my finances, and he wouldn't allow it. He kept me on the call and repeatedly insisted that "if I really wanted this, finances wouldn't be an issue". Used a lot of other clearly canned sales lines and gimmicks. He called it "holding me accountable". I can't speak to the quality Sasquatch's coaching itself, but it's hard to trust that they are approaching things with my best interest at heart when they are clearly just trying to sell me something. I ended up getting nutrition coaching elsewhere.

ok i've been with this gym for a few months now…read more this is the reason i joined this gym. the kids klub is MILES better than any other kids klub ive seen. a full playground and not just a room with a few random toys in it! staff members that actually seem to like children and aren't just unhappily stuck babysitting! amazing. baby comes first, always the gym always smells good and is always well air conditioned. everything is neat and organized. and i really appreciate that they respect women--there's a separate women's area if women want to go there! the only problem is that it's pretty small for how popular it is, so a lot of the times it's packed the staff is hit or miss. some staff members are 100% on point, definitely know what's up and what's not. some staff members will BS you and just make up stuff. i asked a staff member once to give me a guide on the weight machines and what's generally where, and he was just like, "you can read the things... these machines are not good... let me know if you have questions" just seemed like he didn't even know what was what. the personal trainers seem awesome. i've only spoken with karen, michael, and catherine. they all had a different style, and i'm sure there's a good fit for every type of person out there. with all of them, though, i had a sense that they really cared about me and just wanted to help me with my goals, whatever they were i saw another review giving a 1 star for broken washers. so what? yeah it's true the washers break down. then bring your own towel. imo it's a luxury that we even get towels. haven't you ever been to a gym that doesn't supply you with towels? is it so hard to bring your own? come on man i think it's really neat that they offer valet parking, bc sometimes the parking gets so full, but i do feel bad for the employees just toasting out there in the sun :( they deserve popsicles there is a lot of variety in machines, and not just resistance training, but cardio too. there's this one that's like a never ending hamster wheel (not really), and there's one that's like elliptical + stairmaster, and it's so hard and i hate it but i know it's effective. there's also a million weights downstairs and upstairs. there's bigger amenities like a sauna, basketball court, pickleball court, massage chairs (?! amazing), and a pool that's only open to lessons. i wish the pool had designated free swim times :/ i've tried a few classes, and this is what i have to say about them: - Body Balance: this is NOT easy, and it is NOT relaxing!! it is constant "am i doing this right?" and falling over and the instructor moving from one pose to the next like lightning - Body Attack: this is NOT for all levels! this is high level cardio for one hour! this is exhausting and too hard! - Pilates: I LOVE ALL THE PILATES CLASSES AND INSTRUCTORS THEY ARE WOMEN FOR WOMEN THEY MAKE ME FEEL AWESOME I love this gym, and I love how much they love my son. this rating is wild, and i think it's just bc the "high class" people who come here are so entitled. you will run into the women talking loudly on their phones or the women watching kdramas with no headphones, even when the gym provides headphones. crazy. this gym is awesome

Zero stars since Bay Club took over! Terrible management and vibe. They violated the existing…read morecontract terms with 425 Fitness, and they should honor existing customer contracts in an acquisition, I have been a member for more than 5 years. Denied access with my physical card despite I am fully paid and my contract stated that is the way to enter the facility. Very rude front desk people, they forced downloading their app as condition of entry and accepting their liability terms under duress. Increased the prices, layered undisclosed taxes and fees, pull funds in advance, and only a month later you see the added fees of the prior month are higher than the 2.5% stated. My 425 Fitness contract (still the only document I've ever signed) was transparent: month-to-month price including taxes, no cc fees. They raise prices unilaterally sending emails and the quoted price doesn't match the charges. If you click "contact us" they simply ignore your tickets for weeks and when they respond with dismissive and inaccurate statements. I escalated to my cc and they credited the excess charges in my favor, as Bay Club had no signed authorization to pull the larger monthly amounts and went silent when I asked for a copy of it (of course as they don't have such thing). The gym was filthy when they took over, smelly showers, mold, hair in walls, and equipment broken, pool out of order, sauna out of order, hot water tuning cold mid-shower, water fountain broken, etc. Definitely not worth the ever increasing prices and reduced services. Personnel used to be professional and friendly, not anymore. I canceled and now they are still trying to run my credit card after giving cancelation for their breach of contract.

I love that in 1 hour, I get an amazing workout of both cardio and strength training. It's so efficient and it's all coach led so I don't have to think about what to do next. I really like how every workout is different (hard to get bored!) and each time I go, what I do for the cardio side compliments what I do in the strength portion of things. I know I've gotten considerably stronger, healthier and happier since I've been going to OTF again regularly. The only feedback I have here is that, compared to the studios I used to visit in Florida, the studios here don't have some toiletries in the shower/washroom(for example, lotion, dry shampoo, etc). Also I have definitely experienced in some studios that the coaches encourage you constantly and they help you with your posture regularly. I don't see this in Washington state studios. I would recommend this studio!!

I signed up for a consultation, then I went to visit the gym and decided it just wasn't going to be a good fit for me. "Coach Chelsea" or whoever is calling and constantly texting has been told to stop and she won't let up. She leaves incredibly weird texts and they DO NOT STOP hassling you. I've told them politely to stop calling and texting and they wont. I told them I would report them, and she still hasn't stopped. If people don't want to do your program, they don't want to do it. I don't get how they think it's okay to just harrass people into joining.

They have been open for just one week and were generating a lot of interest for personal training. I met with the owner/trainer, Chris Meredith and he gave me the overview and philosophy for his business. It's a very positive focus on assisting clients to attain their individual fitness goals in a peaceful, beautiful setting. He tailors his training to his client's individual needs and tastes from encouraging them to really "bringing it" and challenging them to blast past their own barriers to a new fitness level. His website is still under construction, but don't let that prevent you from making contact and giving this new personal training studio a try. Lifting weights and committing to exercising three days a week has changed my life. I wouldn't have been able to do this without the wonderful staff of trainers at Kutting Edge Fitness. Prior to joining, I had a difficult time carrying bags of gardening soil, relying on my husband to do all the heavy lifting around the house. I was what you called, "skinny fat". My weekly Pilates classes weren't getting the job done. My growing children were proof that if I didn't make a change, I was going to be left behind. Today, I'm strong. Both physically and mentally. I credit my success to Cory, Alex, and Sam. They give me confidence to try new things and push me to do more, safely. (Although Sam is no longer a trainer at the gym, I still hear his positive affirmations.) Hannah recently joined and is a solid addition to the team. Each trainer has their own unique style to help you do your best. However, it's up to YOU to put in the effort. If you're looking to feel your best at whatever age you are I highly recommend Kutting Edge Fitness. Come learn new things. Change will come! Consistency has been key for me--- along with changing my diet, and drinking less. I'm happy to say, it's all been worth it.

It feels like the best of both worlds. You get personal training and are in a gym environment. So here is a little how it works... There are a max of 4 people per 60 min session and everyone has their own marked off space with their own equipment. So no sharing, no close contact, none of that. You get your own specific personal workout that the (masked) trainer gives you in increments at a time, so if you have the attention span of a hummingbird you'll be ok because you only need to remember like 3 things at once. Everything is sanitized and they have a 30 min gap between sessions, so once again...minimal contact, maximum safeness. I am super impressed with the workouts, the new Redmond facility and the way they track and challenge me every time. They have a few different plans to choose from depending how often you want to attend. They also have group zoom sessions which are great to do from home. It's definitely not the cheapest workout option, but you get way you pay for and considering it is essentially personal training it's a pretty good deal. They also work really well with injuries and limitations, so that's refreshing. I would definitely recommend to pretty much anyone wanting to workout as they cater to all ages/shapes/fitness goals/experience so it's not a one size fits all approach. They are also into the whole golf TPI thing, so if you golf that can be helpful.
