Joined this gym for a few months now, amazing classes and even more amazing people. The owner,…read moreMarc, is super friendly and understanding to his gym members, coaches are helpful with correcting postures and helping you achieve your goals. The music is a mix of oldies to more recent ones so it caters to most age groups. Whether you're looking for a workout with socialization or you just want a focused independent workout, this place is it. It's 45 minutes of HIIT training, every class has been different and fun so far, without dieting, I've maintained my weight but gained strength, stamina, and my body toned up dramatically in just 2 months. You know you're doing something right when your body is sore in different places after every workout!

The gym has a great concept.. depending on which class you do, there are a certain amount of…read morestations that you will be at for 45 seconds. Two actual trainers are circulating the room and there are monitors on the wall with trainers showing you what you should be doing at your particular station. If you don't like a lot of the jumping around or crazy movements (plyometrics) don't come on a Saturday unless you wanna leave 3 lbs lighter and it's not from the work out itself... lol... strengths classes I think are Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday but you can prob check that online.. the two dudes running the class were awesome and def motivating .. first, they demonstrate how you're gonna go though 27 stations and then repeat... water break 30 seconds... it's a tough work out.. I thought I was mostly dying.. used to straight up cardio and weights.. just know yourself and what you can and can't do, obviously knowing your limitations health wise! There are no mirrors in this gym specifically so you can focus your mind on your body and the exercises you're performing .. best you can do is try your best and try to make it to the end! And hopefully not be as weak as me, lmao. I think I def would make sure you're hydrated and eat something of sustenance at least an hour before you go, you will totally need your energy.

This is a great studio! I would rate 3.5 if I could on Yelp. Not the best I've experienced or seen…read moreby any means, but good enough to get your butt kicked in a great workout. Positives: -The front desk is always really friendly (I think she's the owner). -Nicole B is awesome. I've taken a lot of spin classes in a lot of different studios and she's definitely one of the top instructors I've had. Take her class if you want to break a sweat each time. Mike is also really great as well. -Nice, spread out area and lighting, bikes are distributed evenly enough in such that it's a "no-judgement" work out. Negatives: -Variability of instructors. This can be frustrating when the price per class is $20+. You just kind of have to experiment a little in terms of who you book and then stick with them once you find out the instructor that fits well with you. -Minor detail but they don't have spin shoe rentals...This is the first studio I've been to that doesn't have them, but it's not big deal, their spin bikes have like a mini net thing that you can slip your sneaker into; however there is a HUGE difference b/w a workout with and without a shoe that can clip into the bike.
