After countless times of walking by the F45 studio while at the mall and feeling intimated by the nature of what I was witnessing. I finally decided to walk in this past spring. I told Coach Ricky that I was a complete newbie (granted lifetimes ago, I was an Ironman triathlete but I haven't gotten back into a solid workout routine in years due to life and kiddos) and he couldn't have been more welcoming! Great workout! The community environment makes it fun and motivating to show up. I personally like that each workout is different and you're constantly working on strength, conditioning, and functional mobility. I use to do cross-fit and felt that I would always get pushed to lift more/finish first vs. focusing on mastering my form to max the workout and avoid injury. I joined this gym about 4 months ago and love it more each time I go. The coaches are the bomb- they know their stuff and are super energized and positive. The music is always different and amazing and I've never had the same class twice. I find that I go all in on gyms and then my body does not really change since I'm doing the same thing over and over. Fun, challenging classes and the instructors always bring their best energy. I've only done a handful of classes here but the other guests are so friendly and welcoming. It's nice seeing people you were paired up with at previous workouts and saying hi to them again at another class. It all makes it easy to keep coming back for more classes. Only drawback I will say is the hours. The latest class is 5:45pm on weekdays. They won't let you in if you miss the first stretching segment, which I get. But would be great to add one more late night class on weekdays! read more

This studio is truly top notch! The coaches are incredibly helpful, the space is clean & the community is friendly. Having 2-3 trainers per class really sets this place apart. Coaches aren't shy about correcting your form or giving you pointers, making you feel like they really care about your fitness goals and want to see you get stronger. This is a stark difference from other workout classes where the teachers are so busy instructing that you barely get any feedback on how to improve. I have thoroughly Enjoyed my workouts at F45. The class setting is very accommodating to Social distancing, and the music and coaches keep the motivation going through the whole class. The team is knowledgeable and always willing to help me to modify for injuries. They also push me to try new weights and I have seen increases in the weights I can use- coach Sara is hands down my favorite, but they are all fantastic! I've been training here for about a month and I'm already very pleased so far! For context, I'm a life long runner (NCAA D1 in college, competitive team running for more than a decade after) who had too many injuries (and a meniscus tear) to continue. Now that my routine includes a much better variety, I knew I also needed to add strength training, especially after recently having my third child at age 45 and losing muscle everyday! I've even noticed that when I'm swimming laps, it's feeling less labored and it's really since starting at F45! The classes go by so quickly and they're not boring at all. Combining this with Pilates, yoga, swimming and walking has really made a difference! The coaches offer great advice on your form and Ricky is very knowledgeable about nutrition. Finally the F45 app is also amazing - tips on diet depending on your goal (weight loss, maintenance or muscle building), recipes, workout tracking and more! I could go on, but I highly recommend F45 to anyone who wants to add strength training, which is so important (with a mix of cardio too)! read more

I have done every workout known to man and F45 checks all the boxes. I have successfully lost 70 lbs while incorporating F45. It is the closest thing I have found to a personal trainer but in a group setting at a great price point. The coaches are upbeat, positive, very hands on and helpful. This is a great class for all levels either beginner never worked out a day in your life or an iron man. The fitness challenges are probably my favorite part, great way to get motivated, meet new people, shed body fat percentage, gain muscle and great prizes too. Not to mention their hospital grade body scanner to let you know how you are progressing. Don't walk run to try this great workout you will be so happy you did. p.s. I hate working out more than anyone but I really enjoy this workout. It's challenging yet you can modify pretty much everything which I usually do because I have a few injuries. The trainers are super nice and helpful, it's not intimidating in the least bit (which is a huge turn off for me) and it goes by so fast (which I love the most). It's a great workout and I definitely feel it the next day or so. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone - it's good for those starting out or those who are super fit. read more

I've been a member here since they have opened and I have had an amazing experience. I would give them 6 stars if I could. When I first started working out with F45 I was literally completely out of shape. I had knee pains and back pains. I felt like my body was falling apart. Now almost 6 month later I have 0 knee pains and my back is as strong as it's ever been. I have improved my overall fitness level substantially! They make it so easy for their members. There is no thinking or planning your routine. All you have to do is show up and follow their directions and you can expect to get a great workout. No muscle groups neglected! I love this place! I always know I'm going to get a killer workout in, and I'm in and out in ~45 mins. I've been going for about two months and I've more than regained the strength I lost during covid (I fell off my routine in a big way), and having recently moved to the area, I'm so happy to have found a supportive community I can work out with. All the trainers are amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, and push you to go harder than you think you're able to. Covid-wise, their priority is always safety and max cleanliness, and the studio reflects that. Workout wise, I love how varied the workouts are. Each day has a different focus/workout - there are strength days (split between upper and lower body), cardio days, and hybrid. They're always cycling new moves and even new equipment! About every 4 weeks, the workouts also cycle to a new set to keep things fresh. While I originally had planned to spend less on my fitness on a monthly basis, after I did the trial it was a no brainer for me - spending/investing in my health is one of the most important things, and I've found this investment to already be more than worth it. If you're thinking about doing the trial, make it happen!!! You'll have so much fun and worst case, you'll get to experience a really fun and challenging workout, meet a great community, and get to learn from some of the best coaches around. read more

One of the funnest gyms I have ever been too! I used to belong to this gym for a little while and my experience was great! Its not like a normal gym like planet fitness or 24 hour. They have set classes through out the day and each class focuses on something in particular like cardio, strength, or a mix of both. There are circuits you go through solo or with a partner for 45 minutes! Very high intensity and fast paced! You can always modify your workout too! All the trainers were nice and very knowledgeable about fitness and willing to help you through the workout, so I never felt forgotten or felt like I was behind. Pure no judgment zone, all bodies are welcome so I never felt super self conscious. I mean, you go to the gym to get fit and healthy and you have to start somewhere! It is a bit of a pricier gym but you get what you pay for, and you get a lot here so it is worth the price in my opinion! Always a welcoming atmosphere and always such a fire music playlist!
