Incredible, incredible studio!! The owners, Mike & Kyle, could not be more kind and welcoming. The vibe was top notch, the coaches were sooo fun, knowledgeable, and attentive! One of the cleanest studios I have ever been to. If you're on the fence about whether or not to join, take a class, and I PROMISE you will not regret it. Thank you Mike & Kyle! #f45forever read more

I have been attending classes 2x a week since the beginning of the year. I really appreciate the coaching since I have never really done any lifting before. The coaches are attentive and always help me correct my form for my safety and the most effective workout. They will push you harder than you can push yourself. The community is very realxed and welcoming. This is the first time in my life that I have ever purchased a gym membership and it really feels worth it! Thank you Geoff and Azu! My OG coaches! read more

This review has been a long time coming, but I truly love F45! I joined after dealing with uncontrolled asthma for a year, during which I couldn't work out at all. From day one, the guidance and support I've received have been phenomenal. I was nervous to start exercising again, but the coaches helped me modify movements so I could train safely without triggering an asthma attack. Shortly after joining, I found out I was pregnant, and once again, the coaches have been incredible in helping me modify workouts. Azu is the sweetest - she literally anticipates what I'll need and often has my modification equipment set up before class even begins. That means so much to me, especially since I sometimes don't know what needs adjusting. Geoff is super knowledgeable and keeps me motivated in every class, and Anne and Alexy are so kind and accommodating when my toddler son joins me. All the coaches here are great. I truly appreciate the time, care, and investment they put into each member. F45 has helped me regain confidence in working out and stay active through pregnancy, and I couldn't be more grateful! read more

I can't say enough great things about F45 and the community Kyle and Michael have built. The facility is spotless, the equipment is top-of-the-line, and the staff is friendly, supportive and incredibly knowledgeable. I really feel like the trainers care about my progress, they take the time to listen, motivate and tailor the workouts to fit everyone's needs. Classes are diverse, fun and high energy. What truly sets this gym apart though is the COMMUNITY. Everyone - from the staff to the members - is welcoming, encouraging, and supportive. Beyond just being a place to work out, its a place to grow, push limits, and feel inspired. I have never been stronger or more motivated to work out than I am now that I have found F45! read more

I never write reviews but this was a must! I have been working out at F45 since they first opened 2 years ago. The coaches and the community make it worth waking up at 6am to workout. The coaches keep me motivated throughout the workout and lets not forget about the music to pump you up! Azu at the front desk is super friendly and greets you every time you enter and leave, she's the best! If you have been hesitant to check it out just come in for a free workout and you'll see why I've been still coming every morning. They have towels and spray for when you are working out. Restrooms and showers for after if you need a quick rinse before work/school. The space itself is very clean and you can see how they keep up with the gym and restroom. read more

Been going to this F45 since the outdoor parking lot days during COVID and it's been so nice to see how much they've grown since then. All the coaches are super friendly and motivating during the class and they help you improve your form to prevent injuries. This is definitely a spot to go to if you want to start working out but don't know what to do because they have everything planned out for you and all the weight options you ever need and you get to choose how heavy or light you want to go and modify movements based on your body and limits. I could never do tricep push ups before F45 but now I can! So glad to be part of this amazing family! read more

If you need encouragement to workout or just encouragement to get off the couch? F45 is for you. No matter if you want to increase your core strength or get a cardio workout. They are for you. I do not like gyms in general. It is all to easy to sit a session out, end early or chat the time away. The worst part about gyms, is how quickly you can loose interest, and how dirty they are. F45, keeps the classes small, and sterilize everything. Your mask slips, they will not yell or shame you. If you're slowing down? They encourage you. Have a injury? They support you. Feeling discouraged? They inspire you. Just want to quit? They stand by you. The only thing, they do not encourage, is laziness. They have a solution for every infirmity. Weather it is physical, mental or both. I have found no better. I have gone from a wheelchair and a diagnosis, of never leaving my wheelchair and getting worse, as time moved on. Even my physical therapist quit on me. That broke my heart. Then made me mad. Anger gave me the fire, I needed to improve. But, somewhere in the last decade. I became complacent. I can walk half a mile, walk up and down stairs (huffing and puffing), get out of the tub, with the support of hand rails. But I still can not get off the floor, without rolling to my side and pushing up with my fists. I was embarrassed of me. True F45, costs more, and they give you more. They listened to you. If you have prior injuries or several joint surgeries. They hear you. They call you at home, to be certain you have not added to your injuries. If your discouraged, they will talk you through it. You are falling behind, everyone and I mean everyone else? They stand by you and walk you through. Not everyone is on the same level of health. They show you how to modify, your workout. In short, they give you the fire needed to push your boundaries, question your limitations and be the better you, that you are hoping for. That may, just be it. I am paying them to fan the flames of hope, into results. I like me. When I am at F45 or at home. I leave aching and tired, but I am proud of me. F45, let's you rest, if you must, but they never quit. read more

Music pumping out of this place is way too loud. You can't speak to anyone much less focus. I asked an employee if he could drop the music volume down and he said "maybe." The best gym I've joined! The group classes are motivating and always have a positive energy. The trainers are attentive to everyone to ensure we have the correct form, weights, etc. I appreciate that they give alternate options depending on our fitness level so whether you are a beginner (like me) or advanced (like my partner) everyone can do the exercise to meet their fitness level/goal. I also love that there are a mix of cardio and strength days so it feels well rounded. All around fantastic classes and trainers. read more
