I was charged a late fee because my credit card expired. For 8 days. I didn't use the gym for the 8 days my card was expired. I wasn't even in the state. They could have simply deactivated access until it was resolved, but they opt to get the late fee revenue in the name of "convenience" to their customers.

Also the 4 station cable training stations that are usually connected overhead by a pull up bar are not connected, there is no pull up bar in that area...they are located about a 100 feet away. I'm hoping that the only problem is that they are just not finished yet, so let's hope they get this going and make it as good as the other locations across the country. I have addressed this with staff and management at the location several times but to know avail. It almost feels like "Too bad, so sad!".

I even got a lot of coworkers, family members, and friends to buy a membership. When I returned to the gym my key fob stoped working while I was still getting charged, I got it a new one and after a week it "stopped working". Almost like they didn't want me there wich was understandable and I figured my membership was revoked. Come to find I've been getting charged to this day and I gotten a 20 dollar up-charge on top of my monthly charge, I lost over 500 dollars and when I notified Scott he essentially told me he couldn't do nothing about it and I should've told him sooner. Even when I explained what happened they said "no you probably were in the red zone" because my key fob stopped working "but then everything was good" yea I went to get a new one that stopped working right after. When someone's key fob stops working repeatedly and you get random bs charges you don't just say sorry . I joined anytime because I had no time to workout other than late at night and in order to get help I have to call out of work and when I tried to call nobody would answer.
