As great as the program is, it's the people at the Rogers location that make it special. Everyone that walks in the door will be treated like family. I am sure if you are a loner you might be able to stay that way. Michael does an excellent job of making everyone feel like they have a personal trainer even though you are in a group workout! I have been to a couple OTF's and this one excels in making sure you are pushing yourself to get the best results and they will make sure you are doing each exercise correctly. It's addictive and if you want to get fit, try OTF Rogers!!! For anyone that complains about the price, the different plans are explained well upfront! For me it's a great investment in myself!

Overall, fantastic place to get a well rounded workout and not fight the crowds. Highly recommend!

I've noticed that a lot of the students do not have social awareness and just put their butts in your face when doing certain moves and it's the worst. I do not want someone's butt in my face when I'm working out or trying to stretch. It's awful. Even if the mats are empty, they are left there the entire class. Some mats are reserved and are in the good spots and sometimes they still don't show up! It's a shame bc the 5:30am classes are a great time and the instructors/music is great but the mats are an issue. They should allow students to choose their own spots instead of laying mats down ahead of time. Only do that if you are going to leave enough space between mats so students can work out comfortably.
