The staff is super friendly and the variety of classes you can sign up for is staggering. My kids have taken swimming, tennis and fitness classes at the Fitness Center over the years. I was even able to take golf lessons through the WLFC! The only thing to watch out for is the music selection. The gym has the Rockbot music service which allows gym members to select the songs they want to hear. There's one member DJ - "Sunset Jack" - who only selects Hardcore Classic Rock. Metallica, Ozzy, Guns & Roses, etc. Not bad music... unless you are forced to listen to it all the time. Unfortunately, Sunset Jack is a level 41 DJ which means his songs have preference over almost anyone else's. And... more concerning... Sunset Jack will vote down anyone else who selects a song that isn't Enter Sandman or Crazy Train. Who does that? Very frustrating... So, unless you want to hear all 9:17 of November Rain every day - bring your headphones and get ready for the best workout of your life! The WLFC truly is a wonderful gym.

My favorite class is Tone and Tighten, taught by Holly on Tuesday/Thursday evenings from 6:10-7:00. The class typically focuses on a few primary muscle groups, but you'll get your heart rate up and work all sorts of muscles! The class draws folks from all fitness levels.

I was charged a late fee because my credit card expired. For 8 days. I didn't use the gym for the 8 days my card was expired. I wasn't even in the state. They could have simply deactivated access until it was resolved, but they opt to get the late fee revenue in the name of "convenience" to their customers.

Also, not a lot of "meat heads" banging weights really loud. The owner (Jack) is usually around if you need anything or want some advice, but isn't in your business. They also don't shove the personal training down your throat. Get the Myzone fitness tracker when you sign up, it's a pretty neat tool to push you. Overall, fantastic place to get a well rounded workout and not fight the crowds. Highly recommend!

I am writing this review at the suggestion of the manager, Ben…read more Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable or safe while using this facility. There was an un-housed individual who would regularly come inside and stand near the front of the gym for over an hour, as that's the length of time I was there. This person never appeared to use any of the gym equipment but would hold their phone up in a manner that made it seem as though they were recording members while they worked out. This made me feel uncomfortable and as though my privacy was being violated. When I went in to cancel my membership, the employee, Ryan, processed the cancellation without asking why I was leaving or expressing any interest in understanding my concerns. To make matters worse, I was charged the annual membership fee the very next day. I spoke with the manager, Ben, the following day, hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, he was not helpful. When I asked whether the facility cared about why I was cancelling or wanted feedback that could help improve the experience and safety of its members, he did not respond. I also requested a refund of the annual fee, but was told that refunds were not possible. When I asked for a phone number or contact information for someone higher up who might be able to review my situation and authorize a refund, Ben simply suggested that I leave a review and that someone would respond to it. So, here I am. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I expected a gym where I could feel safe, comfortable, and confident that management would take members' concerns seriously. Instead, I felt that my safety concerns were dismissed, my feedback was unwelcome, and my request for a reasonable resolution was brushed aside. I hope management takes this review seriously, addresses the safety and privacy concerns within the facility, and reconsiders its approach to customer service and member satisfaction.

Might be the cleanest gym I've ever been in. Staff are helpful, owner Daniel is the man and makes you feel at home on every visit. He also will order supplements for you, and keeps a cooler stocked with anything you might need at the gym pre or post-workout. All in all I'm glad to be a member and would recommend it to anyone.
