I even got a lot of coworkers, family members, and friends to buy a membership. When I returned to the gym my key fob stoped working while I was still getting charged, I got it a new one and after a week it "stopped working". Almost like they didn't want me there wich was understandable and I figured my membership was revoked. Come to find I've been getting charged to this day and I gotten a 20 dollar up-charge on top of my monthly charge, I lost over 500 dollars and when I notified Scott he essentially told me he couldn't do nothing about it and I should've told him sooner. Even when I explained what happened they said "no you probably were in the red zone" because my key fob stopped working "but then everything was good" yea I went to get a new one that stopped working right after. When someone's key fob stops working repeatedly and you get random bs charges you don't just say sorry . I joined anytime because I had no time to workout other than late at night and in order to get help I have to call out of work and when I tried to call nobody would answer. Hopefully you find a better place to work out that actually cares for their community and not their pockets. Do better Scott

As great as the program is, it's the people at the Rogers location that make it special. Everyone that walks in the door will be treated like family. I have been to a couple OTF's and this one excels in making sure you are pushing yourself to get the best results and they will make sure you are doing each exercise correctly. It's addictive and if you want to get fit, try OTF Rogers!!! For anyone that complains about the price, the different plans are explained well upfront! For me it's a great investment in myself!

I've noticed that a lot of the students do not have social awareness and just put their butts in your face when doing certain moves and it's the worst. I do not want someone's butt in my face when I'm working out or trying to stretch. It's awful. Even if the mats are empty, they are left there the entire class. Some mats are reserved and are in the good spots and sometimes they still don't show up! It's a shame bc the 5:30am classes are a great time and the instructors/music is great but the mats are an issue. They should allow students to choose their own spots instead of laying mats down ahead of time. Only do that if you are going to leave enough space between mats so students can work out comfortably.
