First the program for fitness is probably one of the greatest programs going now and if you go and…read morelisten to the trainers you will see improvements. As great as the program is, it's the people at the Rogers location that make it special. Everyone that walks in the door will be treated like family. I am sure if you are a loner you might be able to stay that way. Michael does an excellent job of making everyone feel like they have a personal trainer even though you are in a group workout! I have been to a couple OTF's and this one excels in making sure you are pushing yourself to get the best results and they will make sure you are doing each exercise correctly. It's addictive and if you want to get fit, try OTF Rogers!!! For anyone that complains about the price, the different plans are explained well upfront! For me it's a great investment in myself!

Matrix was my home for racquet sports for the last 10 months and it was an incredible experience. I…read moreenjoyed meeting other members at mixers, playing on tennis leagues, experimenting with padel, and getting my butt kicked in pickleball tournaments! The facilities are top notch -- but for me, what really sets Matrix apart is the quality of tennis instructors. For years, I played tennis in pain. I'd voiced this concern to coaches at other clubs but none could offer a sustainable solution or precisely diagnose what was causing it. But, Matt at Matrix was able to break down my form and identify the issues. Needless to say, I had some deeply rooted bad habits that needed correction. Through roughly 10 lessons, Matt patiently gave me cues-- one at a time-- so I could focus on fixing that specific element. He listened to my feedback and phrased things in different ways until I understood his recommendations, and could implement them repeatedly. Now, for the first time, I'm playing pain-free, and I've substantially improved my consistency. Life-changing.

I am really impressed with this place! I had no idea how big it was until we toured it last week…read more It has a full size ice skating ring, gymnasium/basket ball court, 2 indoor pools and slide, and multiple workout and performance/activity rooms along with a small gym and locker rooms. They have birthday parties and day passes along with parents night out and summer and spring break camps. My kids were also excited to sign up for their seasonal classes including painting and gymnastics. The monthly family membership is only $45 which was cheaper than my single gym membership. They offer a military discount too, so we pay $36 a month for a family of 4. Workout classes are included and you get a discount on the kids' activity classes like gymnastics and swim lessons. Also, the free community food truck For the Love of NWA parks here on Mondays 530-630 for free dinner! Check this place out!

This is something I've been wanting to do but haven't had enough confidence to do but I have amazing friends who it took a year to talk me into doing it. Right now I'm not sure how amazing they are given the fact I'm hurting and having trouble standing up from all the soreness but I will continue. I am very self conscious and I can give you every excuse as to why it's taken me so long to get into the gym but one major reason is the cost of childcare or lack of childcare. BurnBody has childcare available at no additional cost and no hidden fees. The woman there are amazing.. they're beasts! I'm struggling and they encourage and help you through. The only judgement I feel is from myself. In my three days I've met two of the coaches Gretchen and Josh and they're amazing. Supportive. They push you and help in a good way but they don't push you so hard that you hurt yourself. Do I recommend this place? Heck yeah. I'm really glad I joined and I hope that I continue. So I'm a little over a month in and I'm addicted. I'm not the type of person who loves fitness and working out... I love food and more food. But this is something different. The group of women are phenomenal and I feel better about myself. I'm gaining not only friends but confidence and losing fat becoming healthier. I'm sadly eating healthier and it's doing good things to my body and healthy. It's awesome. The work outs are still hard and I'm not coordinated enough to get it right each time but the coaches are amazing and will come up and correct me so I don't hurt myself. I plan to sign a contract with them so hopefully this review helps someone else

I've mostly enjoyed my experience with Burn Boot Camp. The workouts are consistently challenging…read moreand well-structured, and I always leave feeling like I've pushed myself in the best way. One of the things I appreciate most is the availability of classes throughout the day--it makes it easy to stay consistent, no matter what your schedule looks like. The coaches bring great energy, and there's a strong sense of community that's motivating and supportive. It's clear that the program is designed to deliver results, and it does! That said, one thing I've found a bit tough is the rigidity of the structure. While I understand the value of group cohesion, there doesn't seem to be any flexibility for accommodations for individual needs during class. For instance, you are not permitted to do any exercise other than what the group is doing, even if you are listening to your body and trying to avoid burnout or injury. Or, I sometimes need to stretch and will do that while the instructor is explaining the next exercise but you are required to stand up and keep moving. I know when I need to push and when I need to adjust and a workout facility and trainers should not only understand that but should be there to provide other options as well!
