My mobility and stretching movements are limited right now and I feel this is a place where I can comfortably work on me! Yoga Gypsy offers 19 classes a week. Over the last few years they've taken great strides to include more "advanced" classes, such as their hot yoga classes (only about 85 degree room, doesn't make you feel like dying as in some other studios) and more offerings in the "flow yoga" category. The ONLY reason I didn't give them a 5-star rating is because they don't offer anything beyond one level 1 class on Saturdays (hint hint, Andrea).

Classes are accompanied with hip hop music, but the flow is the heart and soul of each class. Class left me feeling strong and refreshed. Nicole made everything accessible to all students, so I felt right at home. Mats are available for rental and other props are available free of charge during class. I believe that Lululemon outfitted the place, so expect your props to have the Lulu stamp! The little lounge adjoining the practice space has plenty of seating and a welcoming vibe. Loved chatting with the yogis after class. Parking situation - you should be able to find ample free parking nearby on Saturdays, but during the week, prepare to have some coins for the meters. Fortunately, the meters near EYL are pretty cheap, and you should be able to park streetside or in the nearby city lot. A unique design of the studio is when you first walk in you will walk into the practice area of the studio. The class was taught by Nicole and the class was perfect. The class I was in was very small ( 2 people) and Nicole was able to give personalized help and cues. You can definitely tell that Nicole knows her stuff. I would have to put Nicole in the top 10 of Yoga instructors in Northwest Arkansas. While talking with Nicole, she mentioned that she will be starting a guys on class once a month on Sunday. This is a great idea and I will definitely be attending them when they start up. My masseuse was Kenzi and she was so kind and made sure she knew what I wanted and where I had pain and what section of my back I don't like touched. My massage was 50 minutes and it was SO GOOD! I felt so relaxed and ready for my week after getting a massage. They also have scent boxes where you can pick your scents and in the rooms you can pick the music. Jeri Ann, the owner, is a very knowledgeable teacher with a fun and caring personality. She provides individual attention to each student, even in a group class. I leave class feeling like I just had a great workout even we do very small movements. Jeri Ann really understands how to communicate with her students. The studio is small and has a great energy. It's clean and comforting and very PURPLE, which I love. Mats and props are provided, so you don't have to worry about lugging around equipment. All of the equipment is cleaned at the end of class. Jeri Ann offers group classes and one-on-one sessions. I've only taken her group classes, but I know people who take private classes think she's wonderful. StraightUp has a really cool reformer apparatus for private sessions so you can get an even deeper workout that's even more gentle on the body.
