I've mostly enjoyed my experience with Burn Boot Camp. The workouts are consistently challenging and well-structured, and I always leave feeling like I've pushed myself in the best way. One of the things I appreciate most is the availability of classes throughout the day--it makes it easy to stay consistent, no matter what your schedule looks like. The coaches bring great energy, and there's a strong sense of community that's motivating and supportive. It's clear that the program is designed to deliver results, and it does! That said, one thing I've found a bit tough is the rigidity of the structure. While I understand the value of group cohesion, there doesn't seem to be any flexibility for accommodations for individual needs during class. For instance, you are not permitted to do any exercise other than what the group is doing, even if you are listening to your body and trying to avoid burnout or injury. Or, I sometimes need to stretch and will do that while the instructor is explaining the next exercise but you are required to stand up and keep moving. I know when I need to push and when I need to adjust and a workout facility and trainers should not only understand that but should be there to provide other options as well! read more

So far, I enjoyed 4 workouts on my trial. I am very familiar with studio fitness. Things start on-time. Everything is well organized. Exercises are fully explained and coached during the session. People are very friendly. Leaders are very attentive for both safety and exercise effectiveness. It is a great work-out, with modifications for those growing their fitness. I enjoy the suspension floor. Each session is creative, balanced and well structured. Their intention is to create a community vibe. As members, we need to go with that flow to make it real. Burn Boot Camp has been such an amazing experience! The workouts are challenging and the trainers offer encouragement and feedback on proper form. The atmosphere is like no other gym! I've gone to about 70 camps so far and it's such a positive atmosphere. No judgement at all and you are constantly lifted up.

An awesome place to workout with such a team environment no matter when you go. The trainers and even other members make you feel welcome.

It's hard. It's not something you do half butt.. I'm only on day 3 of my 14 day trial and I'm wondering how I'm going to survive. I'm hurting in places I didn't realize could BURN. This is something I've been wanting to do but haven't had enough confidence to do but I have amazing friends who it took a year to talk me into doing it. Right now I'm not sure how amazing they are given the fact I'm hurting and having trouble standing up from all the soreness but I will continue. I am very self conscious and I can give you every excuse as to why it's taken me so long to get into the gym but one major reason is the cost of childcare or lack of childcare. BurnBody has childcare available at no additional cost and no hidden fees. The woman there are amazing.. they're beasts! I'm struggling and they encourage and help you through. The only judgement I feel is from myself. In my three days I've met two of the coaches Gretchen and Josh and they're amazing. Supportive. They push you and help in a good way but they don't push you so hard that you hurt yourself. Do I recommend this place? Heck yeah. I'm really glad I joined and I hope that I continue. So I'm a little over a month in and I'm addicted. I'm not the type of person who loves fitness and working out... I love food and more food. But this is something different. The group of women are phenomenal and I feel better about myself. I'm gaining not only friends but confidence and losing fat becoming healthier. I'm sadly eating healthier and it's doing good things to my body and healthy. It's awesome. The work outs are still hard and I'm not coordinated enough to get it right each time but the coaches are amazing and will come up and correct me so I don't hurt myself. I plan to sign a contract with them so hopefully this review helps someone else read more

If you're looking for a serious calorie burn this is your place! And the workouts are all 45 minutes long and split up into a warm up then usually six rounds of a different type of work out. You will do those a few times. And then into the finisher that's pretty challenging. The trainers are all really good and they will push you which helps me get motivated. They do have complementary child care for the daytime classes. The floor is like a gymnastic floor so it's low impact. The only downside is that it's rather expensive to be a member here, but I think it is justifiable if you can go four or more times a week. read more

Absolutely LOVE Burn Boot Camp Bentonville! I recently moved to Bentonville from Southern California leaving behind an amazing gym. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to find anything comparable, until I had my first workout...It was AMAZING and was exactly what I was looking for! Burn offers a FREE 14 day trial, and FREE childcare...say what, so cool right? My kids are older so I don't really need the childcare as often but it's definitely comforting to know that it's there when I do need it. I took full advantage of that 14 day trial, loved it so much I joined for the year! The workouts are definitely a workout, and they are always changing, what I really love about this gym is that it's for anyone of all shapes and sizes. You don't have to be in perfect shape to do these workout, and they have a modification for every exercise if needed. I have a bad knee and I let the trainers know ahead of time, they continuously ask if I'm ok and let me know when I should modify. I leave everyday feeling like I just had the best workout! At Burn they also sit down with you and go over your nutrition, they take your measurements/weight and help guide you towards your goals.
