I even got a lot of coworkers, family members, and friends to buy a membership. When I returned to the gym my key fob stoped working while I was still getting charged, I got it a new one and after a week it "stopped working". Almost like they didn't want me there wich was understandable and I figured my membership was revoked. Come to find I've been getting charged to this day and I gotten a 20 dollar up-charge on top of my monthly charge, I lost over 500 dollars and when I notified Scott he essentially told me he couldn't do nothing about it and I should've told him sooner. Even when I explained what happened they said "no you probably were in the red zone" because my key fob stopped working "but then everything was good" yea I went to get a new one that stopped working right after. When someone's key fob stops working repeatedly and you get random bs charges you don't just say sorry . I joined anytime because I had no time to workout other than late at night and in order to get help I have to call out of work and when I tried to call nobody would answer. Hopefully you find a better place to work out that actually cares for their community and not their pockets. Do better Scott

Such intense workouts that have you sweating and burning from the minute you start working out. So far I've been to 6 classes between Atlanta and Rogers, AK, each having amazing staff. So far Michael from the Rogers location is my favorite. This man will physically move/place you in the correct position when he sees you jacking up the move. He's highly motivating. This location has such good vibes from both staff and other clients. I've met & had awesome conversation with others while in the waiting area here. I'm so happy to have found a location this close to where I'll be staying while in town for work. Update... I returned to this location after a few months working in other states and attending classes elsewhere. Al was my coach this time and let me tell you... I kept checking my heart rate monitor to see if it was working, because I was killing it in this class. I firmly believe that the coaches have a big part in my success by creating the right workouts. My goal is always to get those 12 "splat" points. I never give up there and often will reach points in high teens and even sometimes in the 20s. Well never before have I gone into the 30s let alone 40s, which happened to be tonight in Al's class. 40 in the Orange and 7 in the red. Holy moly! This was non stop madness and motivation. I've had classes in other locations that didn't feel as challenging as others but I've yet to experience this at the Rogers location.

Luckily, I figured out I had to get on a desktop to cancel my subscription, wouldn't work from my phone.... had she even answered my email explaining my troubles maybe it could've been resolved before being charged...find that convenient. Casey will only say "you log on and cancel yourself" when I am explaining and sending screenshots of why I cannot, then she will ignore you. Online videos are not going to be updated on any kind of schedule, just when she feels like it. I loved this studio so honestly I hate that I have to write this but my experience left me feeling uneasy with this studio.
