They told me i could resume again for full price when i was ready and made me feel forced into this subscription when really all i wanted to do was cancel. $65 a month and i couldn't even USE the membership because of the chaotic series of events in my life. This is a company that feels almost money hungry. No remorse, no sensitivity. Argumentative manager with short patience. I just want to be able to cancel with ease. IT WAS EASY TO SIGN UP, why would it not be easy to back out? Not everyone can afford these payments in this lifetime and anything can happen with someone's finances. I just want freedom from this place. They gave me a link to go online to cancel instead of doing it themselves for peace of mind. And of course, the website wasn't working properly. It got me all the way to the agreement and signature part but then the "URL was not found" I finally called again to get her to confirm whether or not i was cancelled and to please send a confirmation receipt so i don't have to stress anymore. With everything we have to deal with nowadays, this is the last thing i need to worry about! $65 is a lot to someone like me and to already be embarrassed about cancelling and then have someone get frustrated with you is no better! I never leave reviews for places but today i just needed to get it out there. Hopefully someone has a better experience than I did.

There are lockers for your stuff, changing areas, showers, and a sauna.

It was a great, motivating group WOD! On my last set of strict yoke press, I injured myself (total fluke that could happen to anyone, my doc says, and in no way a reflection on the box/coaching) and everyone was so quick to try and help. Because I was just in town visiting, I didn't have a primary doctor or chiropractor and so everyone volunteered their recommendations. Beth even text me her personal chiro and then continued to text and check in on me every day I was in town. It was so appreciated and you could tell she really cares about her athletes! Next time I'm in town I will definitely make sure and drop in again because I haven't met such a warm and caring group of athletes anywhere else. Can't wait to get back!

I both called (during business hours) and sent multiple texts the phone # on the door which is a cell phone with no response. She never responded to my texts (5) or voicemails (3-4). I was finally able to reach her by phone to cancel my account after 5 months and was charged for that month even though I'd given notice by both voicemail and text. Now, she won't answer the phone during business hours OR respond to texts regarding 2 fraudulent charges. The equipment in the gym is old and the place is filthy. I never saw any person using equipment wipe it down and don't think it was cleaned by the company either. And this was during Covid. This is the first and probably only negative review I will ever post.
