This place was a lifesaver! I ran out of flooring to finish a room and after calling several local…read moreflooring places they had exactly what I needed to complete the job. I would have had to wait weeks to months and pay crazy shipping charges for a small amount of flooring needed if it weren't for these guys. Their price was fair and they were honest. They refunded me for some of the flooring when they inspected it before pickup and saw damage. I enjoyed my experience with them so much I ended up buying more of the same floor to complete another room. Pickup was quick at the rear of the building and the guys who loaded up my vehicle were very careful and professional. Their showroom was clean and organized. A lot of flooring places do not stock merchandise (with good reason upfront cost/space is an issue, etc.), but these guys have a big warehouse. If you're looking to do a project and can't wait for the ordering/wait times/supply issues give these guys a shot. Thanks again!

The salesman looked at how uneven the floors were in our kitchen, told me that it was no problem,…read morethey know how to level floors, it was their specialization. Then they got here, didn't know how to deal with uneven floors. Decided not to rip out all of the old ceramic tile, even though it was part of the fee quote. Refused to call me at work to discuss after my wife told them to repeatedly. The next day, They were behind schedule because of this, I got them to tear out the old tile, but they left the floor VERY uneven, you can fell it moving under your feet in some places, The refrigerator was so uneven, the doors did not close properly. They kept asking me to pay the balance, I told them they had to fix the floor under the refrigerator, two more visits later, they got it level, but the rest of the floor, they have refused to address or respond to. I paid the balance, let them know it was under protest. They could not care less. Buyer beware!

Victor and his crew did the impossible for us. They removed a slate floor, took out appliances,…read morebathroom fixtures, laundry appliances, kept the mess to a minimum and installed a gorgeous tile floor to perfection. Could not be happier with the work and the customer service.

From start to finish, Victor and the 2 other men on the team were knowledgeable, professional, and provided timely responses. Victor came out for the estimate and pointed things out that I never would've thought of. When I told him I was looking to save money by doing as much work as I could myself, he told me what would reduce costs (like removing carpet and as much furniture on my own as I could) and what splurges might not be worth it (matching laminate quarter-round and replacing my trim - I could just re-paint it). After choosing this company for the job, Victor answered additional questions and was very accommodating with scheduling the install. His brother and one other man came right on time yesterday to install. They were efficient (finished in about 5 hours and never took a break!), professional, and friendly. When finished, they asked to make sure things were cleaned up enough for us. They called Victor for me before leaving to ensure I was ok with the price of the job (which was right in line with the estimate given previously), and so I could ask him any questions. I would highly recommend Construction on Time for your renovation project. I will be reaching out to them for any future projects.

My wife and I had an awful experience with Bradley. He was aggressive, rude, disrespectful and…read moreborderline racist towards us. I was frankly shocked at his repeated unprofessional and careless behavior throughout the time we dealt with him. He made my wife uncomfortable with his defensiveness and inability to take any negative feedback multiple times. I hired him to upgrade our bathroom shower walls in October 2025. Initially, when he tore down the tiles on the back wall in our shower and placed a grout in what was supposed to be the center of the wall, he did not take into account the top of portion of the wall. Therefore, the grout was not actually in the center, it was placed about 2 inches below the center. When we tried to talk to him about it, I was shocked at how defensive and unprofessional he was. Instead of apologizing for making a mistake, he gaslight us by making it seem as if the grout was placed in the center and we were in the wrong. Even though I was polite and respectful in pointing out the mistake, he refused to admit any wrongdoing. He was disrespectful throughout the conversation and threatened to abruptly cancel the rest of the project if we had an issue with the work he had done up until that point. The day before he completed the project, my wife asked him if he could extend the size of the grout free of charge given that he had made a mistake with its placement. He again refused to admit he made a mistake, got defensive and disrespectful. To make matters worse, he even implied that we weren't going to pay him because we are Indian. He doubled down on refusing to admit he made a mistake with the grout placement and again threatened to cancel the rest of the project. He also guilt tripped us by saying he is a single father and has to take care of his daughter again implying that we were not going to pay him. Even though he was extremely disrespectful, we paid him the full amount we owed on the day of completion. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there for us. After he completed the project, he did not inform us that he left our old shower tiles in our garbage bin in our garage. I found them myself two days later and had to pay $200 to have them removed by a debris collection company. To make things EVEN WORSE, two months after project completion I discovered that Bradley improperly installed the right-hand side of the shower door one inch too low (please see pictures). Therefore, the strip on the bottom of the door kept rubbing against the shower tub. Fast forward to May, half of the strip had torn off, and we were unable to close the door properly. I reached out to the shower door manufacturer (Dreamline) and a representative confirmed that the door was most likely improperly installed at the wrong height. A contractor quoted us $400 to reinstall the door at the correct height. I reached out to Bradley via text and whats app explaining the issue and asked him to resolve this professionally by giving us the $400 so we can get our shower door repaired. He did not respond and instead blocked my number. I will be taking him to small claims court and can hopefully resolve this there. If you are going to hire Bradley or anyone from Zobel Home Repair because of their lower cost, be careful. Ask for a contract or an agreement that lays out terms, pricing, etc and watch over everything he does every step of the way. Take a look at the pictures I uploaded, and you will get a better idea of how he installed the shower door improperly. Attached is also a screenshot of the email from the shower door manufacturer's representative stating that they think the door was improperly installed.

I bought stones for my floor but he ignores that and bought a $270 pan that you do not tile! He purchased black fixtures as well. I had already bought the fixtures in oil rubbed bronze. As you can see from the rest of the pics...my walk-in shower is 12 inches high. Now I have to pay to fix my vinyl siding and the shower installation. Not sure how he gets good reviews. I'm guessing it was originally a family members company who knew what they were doing!
