Unfortunately, a year later and he still made excuses for not installing my bathroom countertop. In the meantime In the meantime, the countertop in my kitchen is beginning to get holes in it. He had guaranteed the strength and temperature limits on the countertop and I have not gotten anywhere near the maximum temperature or weight. My kitchen is still unfinished. Brandon got paid all of his money but I only have partial work done. After discovering a box of broken tiles, instead of him taking them back to the store and getting a new box, he took pieces of the broken tiles and used them instead. I still don't have a baseboard in my kitchen. I still don't have trim around the tile in my kitchen. I still do not have silicone weather stripping down the crease of my countertop where it meets the wall, and the bathroom was never done. He had lots of excuses such as getting hurt snowboarding, cutting his hand, illness in the family, and much more. While he was going to give me a break on the price for the bathroom countertop, after a year, I did not want to wait any longer. One excuse after another went on for a year. I would not use this contractor for anything in the world. And now the one countertop I did get is beginning to deteriorate. Epoxy should last a lot longer than 1 year.

horribel experience. their service is terrible. different departments do not communicate it…read moreseems. i was getting countertops done. one day they came to remove the old counter top, disconnect water etc from dishwasher. next day somone was to come and reconnect. whoever came, did not reconnect properly with dishwasher. called store several times. no response. so i am not then able to use dishwasher. finally got someone to come in. a few days leter, when the different team came to put counter top, there were problems...like the ends of the backsplash not straight etcetera. this team also came much much later. they outsource their work and almost always the people coming to do the work are east europeans...horribly rude etc... you keep leaving messages but they don't get back. WILL NEVER EVER WORK WITH THEM, PAID CLOSE TO 8K TO GET THIS DONE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ARE LEFT HANGING ON YOUR OWN. ONE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING. THE GENERAL MANAGER REMAINS UNAWARE. IN THE KING OF PRUSSIA AREA, MANY CUSTOMERS HAVE SAID THE SAME THING---HORRIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO RESPONSIVENESS. when you are working full time, you do not have the time to chase them. but that is what they end up doing as they do not respond to messages. they do not care about their customers once they get their advance money. see others saying the same thing.
