The crew that came out to do the work was professional and worked quickly on a humid August day. They cut down several branches and limbs from the very mature oak trees in our backyard. I'm particularly happy with AAA because their quote was half what another company gave me for the same amount of work. Really happy to have found them and highly recommend their service!

FIRST: LOVE THESE GUYS!!!…read more I have had issues with landscapers in the past. They start off good, then services start slipping and then the excuses or "additional costs" come around to bite. The first time I talked to Sal, he understood what I was going through. He said 9 out of 10 landscapers are just running weekend operations whereas he runs a 7 day operation with multiple crews. My lawn looks GREAT. They just finished my Spring Cleaning and what a difference it makes when you have crews that know their job and are good at what they do. No ridiculous two hour window time window, like I've received before in the past. They started when they told me on the phone that they'd be there. I had lawn maintenance done on my lawn. This consisted of mowing, mulch and hedge trimmings. Then at the last minute I asked about putting mulch around my bushes in the front yard. I believe the owner's name is Jim, he gladly mulched my bushes and threw in the last two bags of mulch for free. Great service! Keep it up.

They are timely and super professional while still being personable. They went out of their way to come out on various days to offer suggestions regarding the design build as well as landscaping options. The one thing that I loved about Mr. Hidrogo and his team is that when they start your work they only work on one project until completion and then start another project so there are no conflicts with other projects. Daily they arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the entire day. Once their day ended they ensured that all areas were clean and that they left your home presentable. I can't imagine how they feel at the end of the day as it was extremely hot and humid but that did not stop the work and dedication that they had to ensuring that we were pleased with the end product. The amount of work that they completed was done in such a timely manner that I was shocked! Our project was fully completed within 9 days! This was over the course of three weeks due to holiday closure and two days being set aside for their landscaping days. No need to worry if you're going to like what they are doing as they frequently have you come look at how things are going for your approval. This is a family owned and operated company and as you work with them you start to feel apart of the family as well. If you are looking for paver additions or landscaping this is the company to go with! Their workmanship and attention to detail is second to none.

We had a terrible experience with AJ. They came out to do an overhaul of our backyard. We had…read moreinherited a weed filled mess when we purchased our home. Initially we were pleased with the team who did the work and the job that was completed. However, shortly after they seeded for new grass, all of the weeds we had requested be remediated began to come back. They were overpowering the grass seed and the grass was therefore not able to grow. We spent a week calling AJ with no response. We finally got a call back from Carol (owner) after many days who told us we were not taking care of the lawn or following instructions and it was our fault. This was false as we had two sprinklers watering morning and night in each spot where grass seed had been put down. At this point we called AJ and left a message saying we would like to know what we should do as we were not getting grass even though we were following their instructions, and it seemed that the weeds were taking over. They did not call back, and they continued to not call back after we left them a voicemail every day for a week. When we finally did get in contact with them, Jim (the owner) was extremely rude and condescending to me. He said he was ignoring my calls because he had nothing to say to me. He also said stop being so uptight it will all work out. When Jim talked to me he told me he was personally checking our lawn regularly. When he talked to my husband he said he was sending a soil specialist to check our lawn regularly. Not sure which or if either was the truth. They then sent someone a week later to look at the yard and put peet moss down. This still did not cure the weed issue, and in fact fed the issue more, so we continued to call again. They ignored our phone calls once again and we could not get into contact with them. We finally had to take care of the lawn issues ourselves, as we had had the weeds over grow once and we were unable to combat them at that point. We did not want to get into this situation again, and since AJ would not get into contact with us we had to take matters into our own hands. I left them a message stating we would pay approximately 85% of the price since the work was never completed if they would agree we could part ways. They of course never called me back. The last straw was a week after we left them a voicemail about payment. Jim came to my home and was wandering the backyard. I then stepped out of the shower to hear him ringing the doorbell repeatedly and banging on the front door. He did this at least three times before leaving. I was scared to answer the door as his loud banging did not leave me confident that he could resolve this matter face to face without any further altercation. We have submitted full payment to them to hopefully ensure that they never let themselves on our property again. This has been the worst experience in customer service my husband or I have ever received.
