Yet they guarantee a "price match" oddly enough there was less than a thousand dollars difference between the quotes. I knew then not to pursue them but then an Ad on TV running frequently offering free services to Vets I thought , as a 30 year RVN first Gulf war Vet to inquire to only find out if I were eligible or not for their program. The person responding to my simple question went off on a tangent requesting personal information until I stopped her and asked for the 3rd time was I eligible and she asked for a telephone number and email and said management would be in touch. Well you probably guessed it no call no email and I have to believe this is more of the same with a lack of credibility in honoring their advertisements .there is a lack of credibility with these folks but from a Vets standpoint a lack of honor. How difficult would it have been to drop a line to answer one way or the other. My impression of Spicer Bros Construction has not changed.
