I came specifically to look at their books and the prices of books was amazing. I brought a novel home for $3.99. They have a lot of kitchen and home goods, rugs and small selection of garden things. I looked at the prices of some of their home appliances and it was fairly priced. What put me off about this place was the restroom mainly. It was so dirty, and not maintained. I blame mostly customers for throwing stuff on the ground including dirty toilet paper, who does that? There were not a lot of employees but someone should check in on the bathrooms because it was so gross. The employee at the checkout was so sweet and welcoming though, so I think I would come back if I'm in the area again.

When you go to Merrifield, you will be bathed in the amazing living variety that can be brought to your home, for indoors and outdoors. The selection is beyond anything I've ever seen, and the staff clearly loves the business. You can browse hundreds of plant and flower options indoors And they also have an amazing selection of patio adornments. The best was my experience today. I needed a garden hose adapter. Sounds simple enough, but this is so uncommon that all of the local chains didn't have anything, and one young man in an orange apron Ron suggested I just get it on Amazon. I stopped here at Merrifield, and they also did not have it in stock. But the gentleman at the counter Suggested that he'd be happy to make one for me if I wouldn't mind waiting for a few minutes. And he jumped into action, grabbing the hose and fittings that he needed and manufactured what I needed for me on the spot. That his old-fashioned service deserves a lot more than just five stars. Please bring them your business!

I've heard great things about Merrifield and though I've visited before, I hadn't bought anything. I took some pics of my lawn, some of the current grass/weeds/plants growing and went to their help desk. It was mid-week, so not too busy. Craig was working the desk and so I don't bury the lead... he was AMAZING. I explained what I was trying to do, that I really knew nothing, and though I had done a little research, I didn't want to trust everything I had read/watched. He walked me through my options. I don't care much about what is growing, just that we have good coverage. Clover was something I was interested in. He explained the clover options as well as some low-maintenance grass options. He even spent a lot of time helping me understand about aerating since it was something I wanted to know more about. I decided to go with grass and clover, hoping a mix might balance between lawn and something for the pollinators. As the spots were relatively small, he said I could just hand spread, especially with the clover seeds being so tiny. While prices are a little higher than the big box stores, looking into this, the products seem to be of a higher quality. Luckily my issue was sort of small to start with so I felt it was a good investment.

This is what I am going to say to their manager and management, Lowe's is right across the street and there is a super duper well stocked Amazon warehouse in less than 5 mins and both will be very happy to take my money and even deliver to my doorsteps. Digging around I found the deck boards stamped as Kiln dried heat treated. Checking their website also states that it is pressure treated. Not what I paid for.

My trailer was not a brand sold at the local Leonard. Regardless, Joe told me to bring the trailer right over and he would have someone diagnose the problem. Upon arrival, Joe greeted me and then walked with me to the technician location. The two technicians diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate the friendliness, cleanliness, and care from the Winchester, VA team. These guys do wonderful work on tarps. They fixed one for me about 2 months ago. They always have a lot of lanes open, as well as lots of self check out. Staff is very friendly. They do check your receipt when you leave but are always very nice. Kyle rocked it and asked if I needed help as soon as I entered the humongous store filled with household appliances new and used. He immediately took me to the charger aisle and tested a universal charger on my laptop. It saved my day as I had a virtual highpower meeting to attend that evening. Kyle and Best Buy saved the day! + customer service + parking with disabled accessibility + appliances galore +/- could use better signage in the store to navigate items.
